The acs-commons subpackage wasn't installed at the time of the Jenkins deployment in Dev and higher author environments but it also installed DEV publish and the local environment. The acs-aem-commons subpackage isn't installed during the Jenkins deployment in Dev and higher author environments(We can't see the last installed timestamp). But it will install in the Dev and higher publish environment(We can see the last installed timestamp). EnvironmentAEM 6.5.16acs-aem-commons : 6.0.14Please find some scenarios,- If we install the package manually in the author environment then it will show the last installed date and time but the last installed date and time will disappear at the time of the next Jenkin deployment.- If we increment or decrement the subpackage version then it will install the subpackage and we can see the last installed date and time but in the next deployment we can't see the last installed date and time. Note: This issue is only in the author instance of Dev

Hello RTCDP Community, I'm seeking some guidance on how to effectively track and segment customers based on their cumulative purchase history within Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform.Currently, we have Adobe Data Collection in place with the Web SDK on our conversion 'Thank You' page. This setup captures each purchase event, including transaction details such as the transaction amount, items purchased, and date. Here's the challenge: If a user makes multiple transactions over time, for example, one for $100 and another for $500, we would like to have an attribute that reflects their total historical purchase amount ($600 in this case). Could anyone guide me on how to create and update an attribute that accumulates the historical purchase amount for a profile? i.e. we can create segment like "Historical Purchase > $500"(P.S. There is no CRM in place for historical purchase for us to ingest) Thank you in advance for your assistance! Best regards,Rap

We have two AEM instances and trying to access one AEM instance repository on other AEM instance. I've created workflow process where I used below to code to access. But it is throwing below exception when the process is executed.Piece of code: Repository repository = JcrUtils.getRepository("http://localhost:4502/crx/server");//Create a SessionSession session = repository.login( new SimpleCredentials("admin", "admin".toCharArray()),"crx.default"); Exception: Unable to access a repository with the following settings:org.apache.jackrabbit.repository.uri: localhost:4502/crx/serverThe following RepositoryFactory classes were consulted:Perhaps the repository you are trying to access is not available at the moment. But the same code is working when I write Standalone java class to access AEM repository and it is not working only when I try to access AEM repository from other AEM server. Please advise if I'm missing anything. Quick response would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi!I know Time Spent per Visit is calculated as Total Seconds Spent / (Visits - Bounces). However, my understanding is that end time stamps don't fire for any exits, not just bounces. Why wouldn't the calculation be Total Seconds Spent / (Visits - Exits)? It's been super difficult to find information about time metrics, so any and all help is appreciated!

I imported a spread sheet that has a date of birth field with a field type of  'date' . The date of birth was formatted in a csv as  05/18/2084 and uploaded to that person's data. The database > info > date of birth field in the person data shows, May 18, 2084. The email I've sent out has a token to get the person's dob, {{lead.Date of Birth:default=edit me}}. The email in their inbox displays that as, 2084-05-18. Where is the setting to fix how tokens render the date in SMS or email? Or is there another setting somewhere to change so the dob is in an acceptable format?

Google has begun using new serving domains for Search Ads in Nov 2023 and we discovered traffic with these referrers aren't matching the paid search detection rules.  What's the best way to request these to be added to Adobe's search detection logic? A Google Support document goes into further details. The specific domains are:https://www.adsensecustomsearchads.com https://syndicatedsearch.goog

So in workfront when things are deleted they live in the trash for 30 days and then are automatically deleted.Does anyone know if proof works the same way? I can see there are a lot of files in my organizations proof trash bin and wanted to know if these are from a specific time period(like the last 30 days) or if the proofs in the proof trash bin is everything that's been deleted since an admin manually deleted all items in the trash.

Hi All, Here I've created the Social Media Sharing Component using Sling Model. When I'm giving the Social media links, it is not redirected to the External app.Any step by step process how to proceed would be really helpful.

Over the holidays, we had a Fusion scenario that was stopped due to a transient but long-running error in a third party service.  This caused the scenario to stop.  Unfortunately, in the slew of other scenario errors that were triggered, we missed reenabling that one scenario. While this was our fault, we are looking to Fusion for ways to help minimize the impact of such situations.  Critical scenarios would ideally have a setting to NOT be auto-disabled, ever.  Or we could have a way to have one scenario check on the status of others and send a reminder email/Slack/etc. to reenable if it's detected.Other than sheer will, does anyone have any suggestions of how to make this generally more robust?

Hi there,  I have two query activities with targeting dimension & filtering dimensions as the recipientand in my queries the query data is linked to different schemas that output feature name associated to a particular modelone query generated 394 countanother query 191i am trying to combine the results by using the union. When I use keys only it give 566when I use all shared columns it's giving 580.Does that means there are duplicates?please suggest how to pass the entire data

Dear Team, I've a requirement where the existing asset share common search functionality to be overridden.Instead of token based search, needs a 'startswith' search. For example: if file name is abcdef_xyz.jpeg , if the user enter abc or abcd, I should get the result. I created a servlet for the query execution and I believe logic is okay to give results. But unfortunately, my servlet logic is by-passed and after executing the servlet logic , the control goes to 'asset share commons' and a new query got created from the same string( abc / abcd) that I passed and the result of that query is available in the page.  I couldn't find how it is communicating to asset share commons. In the page I'm using 'asset share common- search-results' component to display the results. That's one clue I've with. Do I need to replace the search results component in-order to make it work?  The highlighted is my facet search. The left hand side is authored with the 'asset s

I want to create a MemberID strategy between CJA and Marketo that allows for identity stitching between the two platforms. CJA would be my source of truth and push down to Marketo. Marketo would basically be a fancy ESP. Has anyone accomplished this before, and if so, what was your process?

I am getting stuck on how to create a report that will show me how many requests have been submitted to a request queue. Our team deletes the issue when the issue is resolved. I get "personalization or count error" when my workflow's targeting has 0 results. To avoid this I've created a split activity, where if primary key is empty, just end. Otherwise send the delivery. However, I've restarted the workflow, and even when there isn't any recipients, the split activity has continued by the split and the complement. Why?

Hello community! I am looking for a way outside of the workload balancer/planning (so a report) to see everyone within a specific role(s) who does and doesnt have work assigned to them. I don't need to see the exact tasks or project or anything, literally just who "is working" vs "who is not" at this moment.  So overall, an example, a way to see if we have 20 people in a role, and 18 of them are on active work and 2 are not.  Any thoughts?Tim

Hi, has anyone created a calculated field to display the number of tasks in a project?I can achieve this using textmode (as a new column) but struggling to work out how to 'Count' the number of tasks using an expression. Thanks!

It has been brought to my attention that 'Vietnam' needs to be spelt correctly on all our global forms and within our CRM-Salesforce.Instead of Vietnam, we have Viet Nam as our stored, select value in all forms. What is the best way to correct this spelling error in bulk in all forms? - Could Python code work? I can then create a smart campaign to change old values to new values in Marketo when corrected. In Salesforce, is this again a store value change that can be done on mass by the CRM Admins? Will the corrected value in Marketo sync to  Salesforce lead and update in Saleforce too? Thanks

Hi All, I have set up test content json for below source code.Is it possible to have a real resource resolver, query builder, query, session to go through test content json get me the results. All the unit-test examples out there on internet talking about mocking  query, querybuilder, session, searchresult, objects and do mockito returns rather than performing real query search on test content json. I am looking to test query in below source code to do real querying on test content json and give results back. I appreciate any help! NOTE: resource resolver that comes with test aemcontext can adapt to pagemanger but not not to querybuilder or serssion.I would like to know if it is possible or not , if so , any small example would be appreciated. private void getFaqs() { try { QueryBuilder queryBuilder = resourceResolver.adaptTo(QueryBuilder.class); if (queryBuilder == null) { LOG.warn("Query builder was null t

We have a requirement in our project for Adobe eSign, where we need to implement Adobe eSign on adaptive forms. There are two different scenarios:Single SignerMultiple SignersScenario 1 is working as expected. However, in scenario 2, although we are able to send forms to multiple signers, we have an additional requirement. When the PDF document reaches signer 1, they are expected to update assigned fields and provide their signature. Once signer 1 completes the signing process, the document should then proceed to signer 2. Signer 2 is supposed to fill the fields assigned to them and complete the signing process. Our challenge lies in being unable to assign fields to specific signers when dealing with multiple signers.Appreciate your support here. @pulkit_jain_ - Would you please help with this use case.
