Hi community!Wondering if Dynamic Chat has the dialogue option to show a different message when the agents are offline vs online? So if there's one connected (on hours) it will assign the chat or calendar to the agent, but if nobody is connected (off hours) it will show an "I'm sorry" dialogue.

I was trying to analyze data for 2017 and I used data feed to get all data. It was a daily view. My question is there any way I can read that big .tsv file or is there any other format I can download the data?

Imagine a scenario where a web page on site is not reflecting the latest changes, and you suspect caching issues. How would you go about debugging and determining whether the issue is related to caching by the CDN, AEM Dispatcher, or the Publish instance? What specific tools or techniques would you use, and what key indicators would you look for in each case?

Can you explain how flags, particularly those associated with redirect rules, work in a web development context? Provide examples of scenarios where you might use flags and redirect rules

Hi,I have been trying to create some custom metadata schema in which we have about 120 properties to be provided. I could successfully create and edit up to 80 fields. After that if I add some more fields , the previous fields are being vanished. Also I am not able to create more than 8 tabs in my metadata schema. The last 2 or 3 tabs are not coming up when I am trying to edit in the edit properties window of the Touch UI.Is there a limit for the number of properties and the number of tabs , one can have in a metadata schema ? Please advise.  Thanks,San

Is there any limit for no. of metadata fields ? like if we can add only this much amount of metadata fields to a Metadata Schema Forms ? As I have created a Metada Schema Form and I have added a total 64 metadata fields for a custom metadata tab. And after applying this Metadata Schema Form to a folder/asset, when I'm checking metadata details in properties section of an asset, I see a strange pattern:From 1 to 44 all the metadata fields are showing properly but after that alternate metadata fields are missing, which are: field no. 45, 47, 49, 51, 53, 55, 57, 59, 61 and 63 are missing. And when checking back the Metadata Schema Form, these fields are not there, they automatically gets deleted. So, I again added the missing fields, saved it and checked again but nothing happens. The fields are still missing. Any idea why this is happening ?Is there any limitation or best practices that only a particular no. of metadata fields should be there ?

Hi,I'm trying to create a custom dropdown field in Assets Metadata schema. This dropdown field has 5800 options as per business requirement. Im adding these 5800 options using json file. However after I add the json file, it imports only 1497 options from json. I want to know if there is any limit on the number of options in a dropdown field. If yes how can we increase it? I tried searching for any configuration with limit as parameter but not able to find. Looking for support.

Hi!I have a campaign that has multiple emails. Each email takes you to a landing page with a different form to download content.I want to create a report on all the campaign's form fills so that I can know which forms have been filled out, how many people have done so and their basic information. I feel this is pretty standard in other marketing platform systems, but can only find a way to create one report per form and this makes it very clunky. Can I create one report that has all the forms in the campaign and how many were filled out?Attaching an image for reference. Thanks

Can anyone tell me how will be the report for traffic at the time of the day? Will this be a hourly?Traffic usually means visits right.

Hi How can I implement a feature to disable or hide specific  time slots for the particular date.once a user has made a selection, The goal is to prevent others from choosing the same time slot.  I've created 'hdate' and 'htime' attributes with string data types to store date and time values, respectively. There are four available time slots for a specific day. If all of these time slots are booked, the corresponding date should be disabled. My approach is to retrieve the existing date and time values from the database, and then compare any new selections with them. If a match is found, the corresponding date and time should be disabled. So does anyone have any implementation solution for that!or any different approach on it !FYI- Please refer to the attached UI for a better understanding.

Can anyone tell me how to create report in workspace for organic vs paid traffic using marketing channel reports.

I'm running into an odd issue that I'm not sure where to begin trying to solve. Our multiple page adaptive forms using the wizard layout typically have a captcha on a validation page that shows a summary of the fields filled with the answers the client has put in, which we save into tokens that can then be seen in text fields using variables that contain those tokens.Clients can then use the form navigation buttons which move back to previous pages in order to correct information they see is wrong.Something we've recently noticed however is that when they do so, the captcha dissapears on the validation step, stopping us from submitting the form since it still requires validation. We don't have any rules that may have caused it to become hidden so I'm not sure where to begin for solutions. As a workaround we are considering removing the possibility of backtracking once the client reaches the validation page, but that isn't a great user experience.Ideas ?

Good morning,Adobe Aem 6.4.8.4 and the related Adobe Forms package are installed on an on-premises server. For project reasons we would like to uninstall Adobe Forms without causing problems to the CMS. Using package manager seems like it's possible at least technically. Is it possible to uninstall Adobe Forms without causing problems to the CMS? Is there an official guide?Thank you.

Hi community, I am helping our client to plan how to integrate Adobe Analytics to React native environment, I've search across the internet but no much detail found for how toThe official package is already deprecated https://github.com/adobe/react-native-acpanalytics , which in the doc suggest to setup the tracking through mobileSDK, but which is rather track on the app side instead of the react native webview. I've checked the old community threads, also tried few 3rd party package but no luck as well, and nor found official guide for it. Does anyone have the suggestion (or an example, even better) for integration, or is it impossible to do it now? Any info would be appreciated.

Masters of Adobe Campaign,  I am working on a recurring campaign with 3 different email templates and would like to exclude recipients of the 1st email so they will no longer receive emails from that said campaign. I can do that by selecting exclusion and adding a successful delivery to it, which worked if I am correct. Still, I am unsure if it will work after another delivery reiteration/sent. Is there any other way to directly build the exclusion to the query? Thank you in advance for any ideas and solutions.
