Hi, I am trying to use "if" condition to compare values of 2 variables that I am getting from SOAP call. <% if(rtEvent.ctx.Consumer.oldid==rtEvent.ctx.Consumer.newid) { %>here<% } else { %>there<% } %> I have checked in RT instance and found that value of "oldid" and "newid" are same but it is still going in "else" condition. Can anyone please tell me what is wrong? I have used "if" condition in the past but just to check variables's value against static value and this has worked.e.g. <% if(rtEvent.ctx.Consumer.oldid=="correct") { %>here<% } else { %>there<% } %>  Thanks,Vinay

Hi, I am trying to use the javascript code included in the documentation to get the winner in base of opens, and it is not working. Is anything wrong with it? I will leave it here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/sending-messages/a-b-testing/use-case/a-b-testing-uc-script.html?lang=en  I did a copy-paste, so if I am missing any step, please let me know!Thank you very much as always 🙂

Erro when I tried to login to a new ACC server. My other colleagues don't have this issue. How can I resolve this issue? Thanks!

Hi,I think this is very common usecase that customer wants to see only the project specific workflows in the StartWorkflow dialog. I tried to implement this using ACL but it didn't work. Referred few similar community articles but none of them worked for me. So, I decided to overlay /libs/cq/gui/components/authoring/workflow/listworkflows which shows the list of workflows in the dialog box, but this component is marked as granite:InternalArea. I overlayed this in local AEM which worked perfectly but I believe overlaying will not work in cloud environment because of MixingType=granite:InternalArea! Correct me if wrong. Any suggestion would help greatly.   Requirement is to display only selected workflows (project related) in the below two dialog boxes.

Hi,we are trying to rollout the changes from "language-master" to live copies by selecting "Rollout page and all sub pages" option, changes are rolling out only to the parent page but not to the child pages.how can we resolve this issue. FYI: we are not facing this issue in our lower instances.

Hi All, I have a requirement where I have to extend List core component dialog & sling model to add one extra filed to be added along with other 3 fields available under OOTB core list component. I have added a text field under "Fixed List" section along with other 3 existing fields. Last field in the below screenshot - These highlighted fields in yellow, I need to get them added within the list result beings provided by OOTB list sling model. I tried to achieve the same by Sling Delegation Pattern but unable to get it working. I created a class "PageListImpl" implementing the List class & tried to override Collection<ListItem> getListItems(). Since I just needed to add an extra fields within the existing list item, I didn't intend to rewrite everything again but rely on the core List implementation. I planned to create an implementation of ListItem class (class PageListItemImpl implements ListItem), add the extra required field being passed through dialog.

Hi Team,I created a v2 of my component inside v2 folder but when I drop the component on page it's picking the v1 version of component. Is something I'm missing I compared with core components versioning th eonly difference I found is  Is that we should follow nodes inside button for versions or we can folders as well?

Hi all We have the Zoom Launchpoint app and it's stopped working. This morning we received an email from Zoom to say they've Zoom deprecated the JWT app type, and to migrate to OAuth or S2S OAuth immediately. Does anyone know what we need to do here?

Unable to see any of the dynamic or smart crop activities even after connecting to dynamic media. Connection was successful as I can edit or crop and rotate but don't see any type of renditions on the left hand side timeline options.

Hi All - We are revamping our preference center, and in our discussions, hosting the preference center in Marketo vs OneTrust came up. Does anyone have insight as to which tool provides a better experience for the data subject?

Happy Friday, Community Friends! I'm not sure if I'm being dim or if I've done something wrong or if Marketo is being a jerk today. I've just set up a few more default programs to add to my existing/active Engagement Program and I can't add the program to the stream. The email within the program is approved/active, the Skip Email Campaign is activated, the Send Email Campaign includes "Member of Engagement Program = {{This Nurture}}". Here's a quick screenshot of the Default Program itself (which I cloned from the prior default programs so I knew all the details were going to be included): When I search for the Program in the stream, I only see the 6 programs that are already active in there: What am I missing? I have tried deactivating the Trigger campaign and also turning the entire nurture off, but neither seems to get that Program to show. I hope it's user error and I'll roll my eyes at myself when I learn what the issue is 😋 Thanks i

Hi there, We are trying to send a signal over to a 3rd party app to delivery SMS. There are two primary steps: 1) Fetching an OAuth Token, setting the client id and secret, and then putting the token into the Header as part of the API call, this call works in Postman. But when I replicate the same settings into AJO, i get a 403 Forbidden error. Is there anything special I need to configure on the AJO in addition? Things I can confirm:1) The endpoint is the same between Postman and AJO2) Authentication returns "Test successful", and I also have this  "tokenInResponse": "json://access_token" in the payload3) The Payload request is directly copied from Postman. Any advices would be appreciated. Thank you!!

I am wanting to change the URL that's been set up in a Landing Page that's been created in AJO. I can see the original URL display that was placed when the landing page was created, under Access Settings/URL but I can't see a way to edit the existing URL that's been placed. Is it possible to update the existing URL? Location: AJO/Landing Pages/Page/Access Settings/URL

Hi Everyone,While getting backfill data from Analytics to AEP I have witnessed multiple batch failures had happened at the same time (Ref SS). When I had investigated reason it says  "A batch XXXXXXXXXXXX  is detected as a duplicate". I'm curious to know is it a UI glitch-bug OR under which situation this error pop ups & continues how long ? I can see later (Almost after 38 batches failed) subsequent batches are ingested successfully. Also wondering on what parameter decision happens in single batch number of  records to be ingested.   Thank you.

Is there a way to run a report that shows projects created from a template that had tasks deleted out?Or can reports be run that show the # of tasks within a project that can compare to the # of tasks within a template? We want to ensure our team members aren't deleting certain tasks out of our templates. I am hoping reporting can help us enforce this rather than checking each project that was made.

Hi All - We've recently used the above filter and trigger but not sure why no members are showing up. Anyone faced a similar issue as this?

Hello, My question is in relation to the "profile richness" license metric, but not related to ExperienceEvents. I have set up a daily CSV ingestion from an SFTP source which maps into an IndividualProfile dataset which is enabled for profile. Each day an entire file is ingested, with many of the records in the file having no changes from the previous day. These are essentially duplicate profile fragments. Do these impact the "profile richness" license metric? For example if I upload a duplicate IndividualProfile record for a specific profile every single day for an entire year, would the "profile richness" metric start to get larger and larger because there are so many profile fragments even though they are containing the exact same values and so the "unified" profile itself remains static this entire time? I understand that with ExperienceEvents each one has a timestamp and each dataset can enforce a TTL. But this is not the case with IndividualProfile datasets an
