Hi all, We regularly need to amend a single task that is part of a reoccurring task. e.g., change the date or duration for just that occurrence, leaving the remaining tasks as they were. But we find this isn't a painless process. making the change often give us unpredictable results that we have to fudge to tidy up again. Based on the fact that our project timings are set up using Start Date, is there a simple way to make these changes. I've tried different constraints, but can't see one that really helps. ThanksMatt

Does the AEP SDK currently support or have integrations for Apple Car Play and/or Android Auto? If so, where can I find relevant documentation? If not, is this functionality currently in development and is there an estimated timeline for release?

Hi, We have a requirement to add preheader in our Emails. Could you Please let me know how to add it? Below is the Sample email with and without preheader     Regards,Pravallika.

This is strange. AEM displather has 2 dirs under conf.d:available_vhostsenabled_vhosts What we have found is AEM ignores all xxx.vhosts files in enabled_vhosts except for one called default.vhost. in avaliable_vhosts we have 3 xxx.vhost filesin enabled_vhosts we create a symbolic link to each.only default.vhost is actually used. Our workaround is to put all our vhosts in into default.vhost, but its not ideal. Anyone else have this issue? All our vhosts look like this: <VirtualHost *:80>ServerName "somesite_com"ServerAlias "oursite-dev.ourdomain.net"ServerAlias "oursite-test.ourdomain.net"

Hi Guys. Need help with groovy scripts.    I have a property String[] which has tags stored in it. I want to move the tags to cq:tags property specifically.  I am able to create the cq:tags property but the data is not getting stored in cq:tags property I tried creating another property name other than cq:tags called "xyz" , and then I was able to store the values. is property cq:tags protected? how would I store tags to cq:tags via Groovy script? Have also tried - https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/how-can-i-update-multi-valued-property-using-groovy/td-p/566330 but does not work for cq:tags property. We also tried few other ways including Valuemap and Node objects.

Hello,   I'm wanting to add a new status to our Event Channel for "Will not Attend".  What will happen to programs that currently sync with a Salesforce campaign that doesn't have the new status? We have several current programs and I don't want to break any of the syncs. If I add the new status to the Event channel, will I need then need to turn off the sync for each of the programs currently using the event channel, update the Salesforce campaigns to include the new status and then turn the sync back on?

Is there a way that a Marketo Form can be updated so that we can add a tooltip or a hover text where it shows the description in a box for each value we have listed in each checkbox? The values are for one form field, so they aren't individual fields. Hoping to be able to do it on the Form side and not on the LP template side. If we can't get it for each checkbox value, can we achieve it on the Form Field Label? Description box would also need to meet accessibility requirements as well.   Example: Checkbox Value 1 Checkbox Value 2 Checkbox Value 3   When hovering over each checkbox value, there would be a description box.   Thanks!

What is the cause of some users not having edit access to projects?  One user is 'managing' all of this who is currently on leave and the other team aren't able to do it but everyone has the same access level as the person who 'manages' this normally. Screenshot attached

We currently track AppMeasurement code version from our website visitors; e.g. 2.22.0, 2.23.0, etc. Is it good practice to collect this data and if so, what is it useful for? I'm considering stopping them from being collected. Please advise.

Hello Let us say a scheduled segmentation is completed and marketer decides to do an on-demand segmentation with a Segment Name - New SegmentSegment ID - XXXXXXNow he decides to evaluate the segment. By new segmentation does it mean an activity of segmentation to add or evaluate the existing segmentation? What API call I should use to evaluate the segment? Post or Segment - Should I use Segment Name or ID?I am new to AEP I went to following link https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/segmentation/api/segment-jobs.html?lang=enHowever getting lost in understanding the meaning of evaluating the segment

¡Muchas gracias!

Is there an object or attribute on a visitor's browser that populates that value sent to the dimension 'Visit Number'? How is the value for this populated and sent to Adobe?

Hey all, We're running into a communication snag. There seems to be no way to send out messages to every Workfront user WITH Workfront. This would be particularly helpful when there are system errors that affect everyone. Any ideas that don't involve a manual email?

I built out a nurture campaign that is connected to my CRM. The flow works as follows: Lead hits my CRM Lead is sent to Marketo Lead is sent to a Nurture Lead goes through cadence, etc., etc. The question is: Is there a way for marketo to automatically send them an email and not wait until the stream cadence starts?

Good Morning - I think I know the answer, but can someone please confirm. We are in process of migrating assets from WF to Aprimo DAM and I just want to be certain before we test that I have correct naming conventions.in WF I need to have the "Name" of field match:Label: Asset TypeName: AssetTypeand then the "Values" needs to match in options list? so:Option 1: Document / TextOption 1 Value: DocumentTextI hope this makes sense to somebody out there....I have never been through this process - and as an aside I am having to create a custom form with new fields to map and BULK EDIT and attach to thousands of projects...taking any best practice advice I can get but I'm guessing meta data will be much more robust and we take what we can get for migration. (initial push is through fusion) Thanks for reading 😃

In my application, the user fills out a form (Non-AEM) from a different platform. A webservice takes care of submitted data, this data from webservice is given to a PDF form template, then we generate a pdf out of it, which is sent to the user back. Now the AEM form template (We use a pdf template that is uploaded to AEM forms for templatization) that we use, is kind of large in size (more than 3MB, approx. 13 - 15 pages). This form after being filled (end user consumable generated pdf) becomes heavier around (9 - 10 MB). We do not use any custom font apart from Arial and no images. Any heads up as to how do we reduce the form template size?

Hi all,    I've enabled the filter for a smart list as SFDC Type is 'User' after activating View All Users in the Salesforce permissions for the Marketo Sync profile. The option for 'User' now appears; however, when I add this filter, no people are being pulled in.   Is there a permission that I am missing?

When AEM Remote SPA is locally developed everything is working fine. But, when we build the react SPA and run with command (serve -s build) Model manager is not able to render data.code:import { ModelClient, ModelManager } from "@adobe/aem-spa-page-model-manager";ModelManager.initializeAsync({modelClient: new ModelClient('https://publish-url.adobeaemcloud.com'),path: '/content/wknd-app/us/en/home.model.json'});const container = document.getElementById('root');const root = createRoot(container);root.render(<App />);

What is the best way to control the firing of AAM in adobe launch? Cookies like demdex and Everest are dropped by Adobe audience manager which we want to make sure are only dropped when the user has only consented for advertising cookies. We are individually approving all the extensions in the Opt in services code. However, AAM is firing even when it is not approved, inconsistently seen to fire alone by ECID approval, unless the disabled parameters are set in the ECID extension (Screenshot attached). We don't want to use the patch work of adding disabled variables as it has a trade off in other area. Any thoughts/ideas would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi all, I have implemented the floodlight tags in adobe launch and the tags are also fired properly. However, the issue is that I do not see conversion for the floodlight tags in CM360. It has been a month so there is no delay issue. Does someone know why? Appreciate it!

Hi everyone, Is it possible to use the Workfront API to search/add to an existing project using the Ref # and how would that be structured in the URL? Thank you,Shane

We are working on One Trust Cookie Consent. The issue is when a user opts out of "Performance" which includes ECID, the ECID extension still makes a server call: https://smetrics.bmo.com/id?d_visid_ver=5.5.0&d_fieldgroup=A&mcorgid=121534B8527830F30A490D44%40AdobeOrg&mid=21348874171737834873325675687762529092&d_coppa=true&ts=1695852884320 Which is for the AMCV cookie creation/update. ECID makes this call because we delete the cookie but we don't want ECID to make the server call or create the cookie. We need to prevent this call but even though we have tried all the settings in the ECID extension, nothing seems to work. We have tried opting out in every field possible (even at same time):Enable Opt In?Previous Permissions?Variables? But nothing seems to work, in eliminating that server call. Any ideas on how to prevent the ECID extension from making this call when the cookie is deleted? Thanks!

Hi all,   It looks like when someone on my team imported a list of our staff members, it imported them as leads, which synced into Salesforce as leads. However, we have all of those staff members also noted as users in Salesforce. Is there a way to use a filter for a smart list to pull in SFDC Users without having to create an additional instance of them as either contacts or leads?
