Solved

Hi.   As many of you probably do, we have a Lead Score campaign that assigns numbers to certain actions a user can take within our marketing campaigns, and tallies the assigned number for those actions. For each campaign, we send info to our Sales Reps on the actions contacts take along with their Lead Score tally.   However, we have had this Marketo instance for about 10 years, so our longer term clients have outsized numbers. What I want to do is determine what that Lead Score is from the past 12 months and return that score to the Sales Rep along with their all-time score. The idea is to get a sense of how engaged they are over the previous year.   How do I do this?   I looked at using a Formula field, but it doesn't allow for date constraints. I also looked at using Velocity script tokens, but my knowledge on Velocity scripting is pretty limited, so I'm not sure if I saw the answer there, but couldn't understand it.   Please let me know if you have any

I have a form with a picklist filed with the field type set to "select". When someone drops down the field and scrolls over different the picklist values, I would like a helper text to appear giving a description of each picklist value so they can select the value that makes the most sense to them. Is this possible?

Annotation tool is not showing up for components other than parsys in the page.Observations:The components have cq:action property in cq:editConfig node under them, which donot contain 'editannotate' property value. Adding 'editannotate' value to each components solves the problem. But instead of making changes to each individual components, can we have any global solution for a component group or any access on a template level works?

Hi all, When I track the source of traffic entering directly to a page (Entry Page devided by Last Touch Channel), there are visitors from paid channels. However, we have not run any campaigns to drive traffic to the page. How this is possible? My theory is those visitors come from paid campaigns (they land in different pages), then they visit the tracking page during their session. But it confuses me why AA shows them entering the page directly?

Hi All, Adobe's solution for cross domain tracking seems to be an output of attaching query parameter in the new destination domain / sub domain (e.g. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/id-service/using/id-service-api/methods/appendvisitorid.html?lang=en) Unfortunately our destination domain is somewhat stricter than others and it won't allow query parameter to be added by anything. I wonder if we can somehow pass this info into session storage or cookie and Adobe can ingest it from there? any idea?   Regards,Felix

Looking to create a report which will show any active project which has not had activity within the past week.  Specifically, if no tasks have been updated/completed, no comments added, no documents added, or proofs reviewed/approved.  This would help alert the team on whcih projects are not making any progress.   Does anyone know if there are filters that could be applied to a project report to look for lack of activity?

Hello, Want to know how I will get to know how many people we send emails how many people click on emails how can I check it in marketo??? thank you!!

Hi,  I’m facing this issue where full text search does not show results in production whereas it works in lower environments. Do we have to enable something for the full text search to work ?

Is there a way to fulfill a user journey that has multiple actions (email, SMS, etc.) and wait periods that exceed the 30 day wait activity limit? For instance, if a user submits an application, they are sent a thank you email 24 hours after the submission. A journey of sequential emails is then sent to the user 30, 60, 90 days after the application submission. My initial thought is to break them out as separate journeys, but unsure as to how you could accommodate the 60 and 90 day actions as those would exceed the 30 day wait activity limit. I see that a user can add start and end dates for journeys, but not sure if you put the end date past 30 days, if it automatically overrides the 30 day occupancy limit a user can remain in a journey. Any recommendations that can be shared would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I posted yesterday about using VTL to find the first Monday of the next month. A working solution was provided by @sanfordwhiteman in Velocitip: Find the first 𝑵-day of next month - Marketing Nation (marketo.com)   I learned I also need to go one step further -- Part 2 of our required solution is to get the date prior to the first N-day of the next month. For example, we need to find the day before the first Monday of the following month, which could be Sunday the 31st in the current month. Is there a similar solution we can implement here?

Problem Statement --> AEM Tag references are lost when we do move/merge operation via tagging console. Steps to reproduce the issue Step 1 -> Create the following tags1. Tag A2. Tag  A --> Leaf 13. Save the properties Step 3 --> Navigate to Tagging consoleStep 4 --> Select Leaf 1 Tag and check it's references, it should show the page which was created in step 2.Step 5 --> Perform merge operation on Leaf 1 to Leaf 1 renamed.Step 6 --> Select Leaf 1 Renamed Tag and check it's references, it should show the page which was created in step 2.Step 7 --> Select Tag A and Merge it into Tag BStep 8 --> Repeat Step 6 now we are not able to see the tag references. Questions 1. Why tag references are lost after executing step 7 ?Question 2. Is there any guidelines by Adobe to perform move/merge operation on tags ?Questi

Hello, I am trying to post a tweet but I am getting below error in the delivery. not sure what is the reason.Another blocker is, we are able to see the number of subscribers but the visitor/subscribers details are not getting updated in subscribers tab. Please help us with this.

I'm trying to work out how to get a Fusion workflow to add an update/note/comment to a request (issue) but I seem to be missing the obvious as I can't work it out. All I want to do is post "this action was performed by Fusion automation" so it's clear that it wasn't done manually.  I've seen suggestions that this could be done through either an "create record" module or a custom API post but I've not had any success in doing this. Which field should I be using and which module is best suited for this?

I am looking for help/information if it is possible to send data from email, landing page, link, etc performance to our AWS data lake. We have access to the leads, activities and campaigns but are looking for the analytic data in the Marketo Analytic UI. All of the documentation mentions the three (leads, activities and campaigns) and that's it. Even the REST requests do not mention anything about emails sent, number of clicks, opens, etc. The goal is to use this analytical data in Tableau. Thanks.

Hello,There are several workflows when setting up a translation project. The Create Structure Only method does not duplicate the images that are on the page into the Assets folder. The Create Translation Project method, on the other hand, creates a single image for each selected language in the Assets folder. Is there any way to avoid having to replace each image in each language copy when updating an image? Is it possible that the only way to replace the image is by individually updating it in each folder corresponding to the 20 different languages? Ideally, I'd like to replace the image once and have it automatically updated across all language copies. Can the image be excluded when selecting the "Create Translation Project"?

Hi all I recently added a honeypot to our newsletter emails in order to filter out any false clicks that may have been from bots... Our true results, after removing the honeypot clicks, are significantly lower, about 90% lower if not more. It's been a jarring experience, has anyone gone through anything similar? It even makes me question if the industry benchmarks we see for standard open rates, click rates, etc. are trustworthy when bot and/or spam filter clicks are taken into account

Hi Context:We're recently implemented building blocks functionality in our project. We have a custom layout container component which we use as base to drag/drop components. But this custom component was not supporting the drag/drop of building block in it.Yes, we've made sure to set policy for the layout container to include building block, but still it didn't work out. So we used WKND package, and created an overlay of 'core/wcm/components/container/v1/container' and create a new XF template around it. And we were able to achieve it. Problem:We are trying to using this overlayed container component, in a custom wrapper component (using data-sly-resource). This is causing two issues:We're not able to drag/drop building blocks like we used to (if the container is nested, instead of base for the XF)We've tried setting policy manually for nested container to include our components, as well as building block component. We're not able to drag/drop any components inside nested con

Hello all!   We're looking at how to "track" direct mailers within Marketo in the sense of being able to add "Leads" into Marketo and then track if any results occur from the Leads.   Initial thoughts are to do something like: 1. Load mailing list into Marketo channel for direct mail 2. Attribute the "sent mailer" on date sent out3. Use a QR Code with UTMs or other "tie-in" on the mailer to direct back to our website and applications. . . This is the step I am stuck on - found @sanfordwhiteman's blog post on the Associator Token (Generating Munchkin Associator Tokens in SFDC/Apex or FlowBoost/JS — TEKNKL :: Blog) but it seems that this is depreciated and also might not apply in content of a QR Code or basic UTM.Any recommendations on how to get a flow like "Lead in Marketo --> Mailer --> QR Code/UTM --> Non-Marketo LP" and tie the web page visits in Marketo?

In my Workfront New Home Experience I have the To-dos widget set up. How do I find to-dos that I entered that are beyond the time frame I set up at the top?Currently I have it set up to show me "My month". But I have a to-do set up for September. Where do I go to find that if I want to make a change to the date because let's say I want to get it done sooner?

I have users that have the proofing notifications set to daily summary, but they are getting emails for every action as they happen.  any ideas how to fix this?
