Solved

We are using AEM 6.5.21 for an Adaptive Forms–only project (no Sites or DAM setup). In the wizard layout, we're trying to add a custom component (dmaftitle) using this code:<sly data-sly-resource="${resource @ resourceType='dmaf/components/dmaftitle'}"></sly>The component shows up in the form, but we can’t author or edit it in the Touch UI editor. How can we make this custom component authorable inside the wizard component, just like the standard Adaptive Form components?

Hi everyone, I'm working with the Interactive Media (image) component in AEM Dynamic Media, and I've run into an issue I can't quite solve. I'm trying to display an image and manually entering the height and width in the dialog. Everything works fine until I increase the height and width values beyond a certain point. When the dimensions are slightly larger, the image simply does not load. Instead, I get a blank white canvas with no error message or indication of what went wrong. Would appreciate any help, thank you!

Hi, I am experiencing a problem using CIF, I am using CategoryRetriever from ProductList to query the list of attributes I need to display on a page. When in the getCategory query I receive even a single attribute to null in response, the MagentoGraphqlClient class throws an exception when executing the call. this is the exception:com.shopify.graphql.support.SchemaViolationError: Invalid value null for field CategoryTree.application_for Is there any way to handle calls with nullable attributes?maybe some CIF configuration. thanks in advance.

I am trying to build a report that pulls the number of projects a user was assigned to rather than the number of individual tasks within a project. I've tried a project, task, and assignment report but I cannot seem to get it to function correctly.  Example: A chart that shows how many projects each user on Designer Team was assigned to this year -- NOT how many tasks they completed. Has anyone successfully built something similar or is this not possible to do? Thanks in advance!

HiI'm trying to create a segment in CJA to calculate the percentage of money spent in a category / total money spentWe need to export this as an audience to AEP, so it needs to be in a segment and not a calculated metric. A calculated metric looks like this: (Department == Snacks (segment) (Net Total Spend)) / (Net Total Spend)The logic behind what we are trying to solve is "Retrieve the list of users who's top department spend is Snacks." - Every product has a department- We collect net sales amount with purchase, department, and person. I have tried to use segments, functions in the calculated metrics, segments that are person based, derived fields and almost all the functions there, adding data view fields. I'm SURE someone has done this before. Any help is really appreciated! Please help, and thank you.

How to create multiple Test Profiles in AEP through API in a one go

Hi Adobe,We have a source connection to Azure Blob, and the dataflow initially failed with the error "failed to copy data from source." Since then, the dataflow has been running every hour. Although there are files present in the Azure Blob, the dataflow runs without picking up the files, but the status still shows as success.Could you please assist with this issue?

Hi everyone, Issue:Due to certain issues, data from some files (corresponding to specific dates) is missing in AEP. We need to ingest this missing data, but we are concerned about potential data duplication in the dataset. Some information on the dataflow setup:Our source data files are stored in Azure Storage Explorer. These are incremental files, with a new file received daily. Each file is retained in Azure Blob Storage for 7 days before deletion. In AEP, we are using the Data Landing Zone (DLZ) and connecting to the Azure source via API.A dataflow has been created to handle incremental data loading from Azure to AEP DLZ via API, and it is currently running on a daily schedule.Current Setup (Example):On May 1st, we performed a one-time data load into the dataset via API. After ingestion, we disabled this dataflow. On May 5th, we created and activated an incremental dataflow for the same dataset. This flow has been running daily and continues to function without issues. However, dat

Adobe Data seems to inflate over time:  We had 753,919 Mobile visits for April 20 to 26, data pulled on April 30th.  Pulled today, (May 29)  we have 756,468 visits.   We have late arriving hits enabled.  Same report in Workspace, just refreshed a month later.  Is this a 'late arriving hits' issue?  Documentation says late arriving hits that arrive after 5 days are ignored.  Does anyone have experience with this?  Are you confident that it works as advertised?

Customer has to buy add-on in order to have Customer AI & Look alike audiences? These are bought in packages as explained below? https://helpx.adobe.com/legal/product-descriptions/real-time-customer-data-platform-b2c-edition-prime-and-ultimate-packages.html

I have a question regarding Flex Audience Evaluation. If we have an audience that contains a nested audience that has not been evaluated, will flex audience return a count? For example, we built Audience A this morning but it has not evaluated yet. From there, we built Audience B with the criteria of ‘Includes Audience A’. If I run the Flex Audience Evaluation on Audience B, will it return a count, or does it need to wait until Audience A has been evaluated?   In the above, EMID NEW All Seed Profiles has not yet evaluated. So if I run the evaluation for Brandon Graeme Test Audience #4.4 TWC25E_250601 NEW SEEDS, will it return a count? Thanks.

My customer is considering AEP but without AJO.I do not know any specific API endpoint which would work like that:1. Request with specific Audience ID2. Emails which belongs to that audience are returned and then 3. 3rd party tool can make a email campaign  Workaround 1:1. I create export job2. Export audience to dataset 3. That dataset is then exported to some SFTP , Cloud etc  Workaround 2:1. Use HTTP streaming destination and sent segment using this in more real-time way: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/destinations/catalog/streaming/http-destination Do you know any different ways?

There is a profile , which looks like qualified and is present in the destination files shared to downstream applications. But when we are checking for the same profile in profile tab of AEP UI, under Audience Membership we are not seeing any audiences.how is this possible.

Hi Community,I am ingesting data from external sources into AEP dataset. Each table has 4-5 calculated fields. When size of data will be huge around like 1lakh records in each file with calculated fields, will it going to impact system performance. I am creating calculated fields to convert datatime into UTC format and some fields are using split function. Do we have any best practices on using calculated fields in datamapping. Thanks in advance

Hi All,We are looking to automate a process where we can monitor the Addressable audience stats for any given sandbox and if it exceeds the license usage limit, notify the respective stake holders. Please let me know if there are any APIs available for getting the stats. Thanks,Sushma

How can I convert data on postcodes/ZIP from a map format into a freeform table?I basically would like to visualise this data in table form

Hi!!We are trying to configure new destination with mapping having one column name as "event" equal to a certain string or text as "XYZ in destination export file.Is there any way we can update the value based on audience or every time this would require setting up a new destination for each audience ?Is there a way we can leverage the audience files name as an attribute in the export file.i.e if audience name contains "XYZ" set the column attribute "event" as "XYZ" and if audience name contains "XYZ_ABC" set the value as "ABC".Or Is there way we can change this value based on audience ID?I see there is option of add calculated field like below , but not sure what value it contains.segments[*].segmentIDsegments[*].segmentID._id segments[*].segmentID.namespaceWould anyone have some suggestions , how we can achieve above ?We'd really like to have this conditional logic work on the AEP-side instead of having multiple destination for each audience. Thanks!!

Is content experiment testing allowed on images and content blocks within email campaigns?According to the documentation, I know that we can test the subline of an email, but there is no clear documentation indicating whether testing is supported for images or content blocks.

I am to trying enable the Anchor link plug in RTE for Content Fragment. Does anyone have a solution on how to do that?

All,  Question - I have an attribute as part of my Core Profile schema that I would like to use as the External Link of a CTA in an email. I loaded a unique link in an attribute field. I the email when selecting the CTA, I chose External Link and chose the attribute field for personalization. When I send myself an email, the field does not respond like a CTA. I'm assuming this can't be done and that you actually need a link there.

Hi,I am looking for a minor customization of content automation add on creative operations, where I can leverage AEM workflow to read a CSV file(mapping of image and text to apply on top of PSD layers) and pass the values from the file to Asset Processing Profiles as parameters through API and apply the profile to an asset folder to create asset renditions from a PSD file.  Reference : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/assets/content-automation/creative-operations Can any one help me with any pointers? Thanks!

Hi team,Assets are uploaded to dynamic media. We have a requirement to sync the asset that are uploaded in dynamic media to aem by accessing DM using Adobe i/o assets compute process. Has anyone worked on the similar functionalities. How to make the connection from i/o to dynamic media? Bulk Migration from Media Server to AEM DAMreferred this document but didn't have much details on how to access DM and sync the asset to AEM. Please let me know if there's a better way to accomplish this process.Thank you.

I'm following the instructions to integrate AEM 6.5.18 (AMS) as a Cloud Manager Service with Adobe Target to export Content fragments. (see link below) Everything works until I get to the last step. When I select the content fragment, the Export to Adobe Target Offers option does not appear at the top. Is it possible to export content to Target if we don't use AEM in the Cloud? https://bymattlopes.com/integrating-aem-cloud-services-with-adobe-target-to-export-experience-and-content-fragments-part-8d6bca5206f0

HI All, --------------------------- I wanted to Export a large audience like 60 to 100 M to a cloud destination like blob with only 1 field like FirstName or email. --------------------------- The current dev and stage sandboxes have a limit of 4M max as the upper limit of engageable profiles. So is there a way to deduplicate the existing audiences to create a new audiences?. --------------------------- Approach Tried - 1. I have tried to use Audience composition rule builder. But there isn't a native option to do this? --------------------------- Approach thinking to try - 1. Make a FAC audience connection and create a large volume audiences. 2. Activate the large volume to destination ( I doubt even to activate, it comes under engageable limit. --------------------------- Let me know of any other ways. --------------------------- Thanks
