Hi All I want to know all workflows that got triggered / executed when an asset is uploaded to AEM? I checkedTools -> workflow -> InstancesTools -> workflow -> Archive But I could not find any records of workflow in the above paths. However, in my logs I could see var/workflow/instances/server0/update_asset workflow entries. I'm wondering why update_asset workflow shown in logs but not in Tools -> workflows -> Instances or Tools -> workflows -> Archive Can anyone explain why this happens? Thanks

Hello Community.  In searching for educational videos on Fusion, I am seeing a shortage of educational videos. Does anyone in the community have any links or videos you can share on Fusion 2.0?

Hi,I've noticed that the metadata keywords do not save consistently when I download assets from AEM. If I have assigned keywords in adobe bridge before uploading they are still there when I download, but if I add keywords by uploading a metadata csv, or by manually adding keywords in AEM, they disappear when I've downloaded the asset. I've also noticed that even if I delete keywords on AEM, they are still attached to the file when I download it. This seems like it's going to get very messy - can anyone explain what is going on, and how to fix it?

Hi, I have a usecase where our authors have data in a spread sheet. Gave some sample data below. Wondering what are some of the ways content authors can manage this data easily and then out of the box options to render graphs and charts in AEM.I am planning to use React and https://www.chartjs.org/ to render the data if there is no out of the box component but I am not sure what is the best way authors can manage all the raw data for the charts. Any ideas with some reference documentation are greatly appreciatedSample Data: Example of graphs and charts to be displayed

Hi all, We have a application which uses typescript and are facing issues to embed the launch script. Need help on how we could do this. Thanks.

Is it possible to deploy data collection / analytics using the Web SDK (client side) while deploying Target through the Edge Network Server API? Would this break A4T? (i.e. do both data collection + ECID assignment and Target calls all need to fire together on client side/server side unanimously for A4T to function?)Are there any other risks or considerations for a split (WebSDK + Edge Network Server API) approach?

Hi,Can someone please assist why the path browser option is not displaying as expected for the multifield added through the OSGI configuration. With the single field it is working fine.Code :Output:

We are in the planning stages of a broad deployment of WF throughout our organization. I'm curious if there is a quick reference guide to detail the difference of various structures. I'm looking for best practices on how to implement: - Companies- Portfolios- Programs- Groups- Etc. I have some assumptions on what may make sense for our company. However, I'm trying to determine what roadblocks may be created by arranging our work in certain categories above. Specifically, I want to ensure we fully understand the impacts of access and reporting capabilities when we categorize projects in these areas.

Hello,I am trying to get my SlingModel to return status of 404... which is possible, but then I would also like my sling model to push the user to the/libs/sling/servlet/errorhandler/404.jsp page which I am expecting:Cannot serve request to /content/my-site.home in BundledScriptServlet (/libs/sling/servlet/errorhandler/404.jsp) How can I do this?

Text mode experts, I'm hoping you can help me with this one: What might be the text mode for a report prompt that pulls in hits for a job role—primary or otherwise? There's an existing prompt to pull a list of users with the primary job role, but not one to query all job roles.

Notifications arrive to users who are not in the routine roles We currently have an issue in which we have a project in which we add issues, we create some role routines but it has been reaching people who are not within that home group, does anyone know why?

Hi, I am a bit lost with the time spent metrics. I have read multiple pages but cannot find something related to time spent and segment.I would like to get the time spent per visit on our website for 2 segments:- Subscribers- Not subscribers I put Time spent per visit (seconds) and Average Time Spent on site (seconds) and the values are not similar so this is why I am having a doubt now if it is possible and if so, which one should I pick? Does anyone have a recommendation please? Thanks.

Hi everyone !I'm trying to create a dropdown menu in an input forms and I don't know why this doesn't work, knowing that I've created an enumeration in the DataSchema, here's the code for the DataSchema :<enumeration basetype="short" default="sh" name="scriptLanguage1"> <value label="Shell script" name="sh" value="0"/> <value label="DOS Batch" name="batch" value="1"/> <value label="Visual Basic script" name="vbs" value="2"/> <value label="Perl" name="perl" value="3"/> <value label="Python" name="python" value="4"/> <value label="Ruby" name="ruby" value="5"/> <value label="Other..." name="other" value="6"/> </enumeration> And this is the attribute linked to this enumeration :<attribute desc="Language" enum="scriptLanguage1" label="Language" name="sscript" type="short"/> This is the attribute i put in the Input Forms :<input label="The Scripts languages" xpath="sscript"/>I also

We need to capture product id of the original page the product was viewed. So at product display page, we have "you may also like & complete you look". buckets.now when user come to product A page, he see both of any buckets and he click any product from that buckets. So requirement is we need to have previous product id when user land to page B , we store should a eVar with previous product id values. As of now what I have done isI used a session storage DE and stored that value in the Product display page rule if the product being viewed(page A) has items displayed in any of these buckets.Note: the value is only applicable on the very next page after it's been set. this is where I am thinking how to do. we should be setting the DE when the user views product A(this is being done),Need guidance - sending that value in eVarX when they land on product B and then immediately emptying the DE. When the user goes to product C, we send nothing in eVarX (the DE will be

I'm having a problem with two htmlwriter configurations: one for the versioned clientlibs and the other for link rewriting (removing /content/mysite from links). Only the configuration with the higher order is working, excluding the other one.I've tried also combining them but it doesn't work for me, since the versioned clientlibs stopped working. Is there a way to make two htmlwriter configurations work together ?My merged configuration:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <jcr:root xmlns:jcr="http://www.jcp.org/jcr/1.0" xmlns:nt="http://www.jcp.org/jcr/nt/1.0" jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" contentTypes="text/html" enabled="{Boolean}true" generatorType="htmlparser" order="5000" paths="/content/mysite" serializerType="htmlwriter" transformerTypes="[linktype,linkchecker,versioned-clientlibs]"> <generator-htmlparser jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" includeTags="[A,OPTION]"/> </jcr:root>

We are getting an error when trying to generate a Smart Crop on a very narrow image (32x1200).  Dynamic Media is throwing an error: "The supplied auto-swatch generation parameters (SmartCrop) led to an invalid swatch. No auto-swatch operation was applied to this image."  Our Smart Crop swatch parameters are 30x30, so the image is not too narrow to generate a swatch in theory.  Adobe's documentation doesn't seem to list a minimum width or aspect ratio where Smart Crops do not work.  Is anyone aware of what constraints exist for Smart Crops for the source file?  We're using the Smart Crops programmatically, so we need to avoid trying to generate Smart Crops for problem files, but we're not sure what attributes to use to avoid Smart Crops.  I supposed we could add a try / catch, but that seems inelegant. Thanks!Beau Background: AEM 6.5 SP16 in AMS connected to Dynamic Media.

I have been adding smart tags to assets in AEM and have found that this information is not retained when the image assets are downloaded. Unlike all the other fields like keywords; title etc which become embedded and travel with the image. Does anyone have information on this please ?

Hi! I'm trying to create a metric on how many unique days visitors has visited our site during a month. The result should look something like this for example:20 visitors visited the site 4 days this month15 visitors visited the site 5 days this month I am totally lost on this, is there a standard dimension that can be used? I suppose a calculated metric needs to be build, what should be included in that?

Hi everyone,Does anyone know how to set up a report showing all issues pending MY approval (user name would be a variable) but NOT necessarily assigned to me?If by any chance you would also have a data dictionary for WF, I would be very grateful.Best,Justyna
