Is there a way to set up a calculated field that would return multiple values (separated by a comma) from a multi-select checkbox field?   In our current state, we have a radio button field with various locations listed. Each location has a unique location ID. Whenever someone submits a request through the form, the calculated field provides the location ID based on the location that is selected. We would like to allow someone who submits a request to select more than just one location (via multi-select checkbox), but I'm struggling with attempting to separate out the values (locations IDs) that are returned.   Any help would be appreciated!   An example of the current set-up (which provides one output based on location selection): IF({DE:Location Name}="Location 1","12345",IF({DE:Location Name}="Location 2","23456",IF({DE:Location Name}="Location 3","34567")))

Hi dear supportive community,  I wanted to get your confirmation on sending emails in a marketo email program from a personal email (rep email) , when the rep has just started with our company and his email was just created. Do you think this can in any way impact the deliverability?   The goal is to send MES program to an audience of 5000 people from name.lastname@example.com  (DKIM and SPF are set up for our domain). My only concern is that the email we want to use in this program belongs to a rep who has just started and hasn't had any activity yet. Do you think this can have an impact on the deliverability of the emails?   Thank you!

We are using AEM on Premise 6.5.12 and upgrading our Active Directory server level from 2008 to 2016. Are there any known issues or risks associated with this change? Any tasks we need to perform on the AEM side? Or changes to the LDAP? The users are not provisioned through AD, it's just used for authentication.Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I would like to send some calculated Metrics over to a different platform. The limitation is that we can send only a few fields at a time (the limitation is ~5). It would save a significant amount of time and work if we are able to send custom metrics instead of the "raw fields".   I see old posts from 2011 that say we cant. Has this been addressed?

Dear Community, I have troubles explaining our user the existence of tracking code in First Touch Channel - SEO. I understand persistence of Tracking code. I understand why there is a tracking code in Last Touch Channel - SEO. But First Touch Channel should be the first channel of the visit, so in theory SEO should be clean.   And yeah, amount of visits from SEO/FTC is significantly lower but they are still there... Our SEO in processing rules is configured to matches natural search engine detection and tracking code does not exist. Could you please help me understand it?   TomTheAnalyst

AEM 6.5.15. I can select page for Timeline using card view, but not column nor list view. Has anybody come across this issue?

I want to create a segment where the dimension show only a part of url. How can i do that? what is the method?

Seeing this issue across both development and stage on our AEM 6.5.12.0 instances, while working in Touch UI over this last week: "The issue is that periodically ALL components will have their edit options removed, just leaving the Insert and Group options." (Same issues as this thread and this thread, which had no resolutions)   Suddenly seeing only Copy, Group, and Convert to EFV:   Additionally, the add component button on any parsys has disappeared:   The above screenshots are from our stage environment on an administrator account. The same issue is present across other user logins. There are no obvious errors in the granite logs or the web browser console.   Fixes attempted without any results: Reinstallation of UI (apps) packages seemed to temporarily restore some functionality sometimes? But then it would occur again very quickly. Suggested Band-Aid fix from this thread to specify "cq:actions" in the cq:editConfig node across components has been unsuccessf

Hello! I am wondering if it is possible to have tasks auto complete if there is a role attached to it. I attached an example of the current task setup that I have. We do not want to assign the role as we use a project for a workaround to be able to track resources. Thanks in advance!

Hi Guys,   I would like to get some suggestions, on what would be the considerations while migrating between Salesforce to AEM.    How we could strategize the migration? Are there any Adobe tools or any other tools available for the same? Are there any ref. links on the topic? What would be the key benefits of AEM over Salesforce and vice versa?   Thanks in Advance.   ref, https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.community_managed_content_overview.htm&type=5

I'm looking for a function that would do the same thing as the livecycle xfa.host.exportData function. I no longer have access to Reader Extensions, so I purchased Acrobat Pro to extend to Reader. Upgrading to AEM was just too cost prohibitive for us.  ExportData and importData do not get extended to Reader with Acrobat. I found a function that takes the place of importData using the util.readFileIntoStream shown below (Compliments @radzmar  https://thelivecycle.blogspot.com/2014/07/import-xml-via-script-into-adobe-reader.html) and the import button works fine in Reader. I need to do the same thing to Export XML data from the form. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Maybe there is a util function for it? I've looked exhaustively for a solution.   var vStream = util.readFileIntoStream();if (vStream) {var vImport, vImportData, vImportXML;vImport = util.stringFromStream(vStream).replace(/(\<\?.*\?\>\s*)|(\<!-{2}(.|\n|\r)*-{2}\>)|(\r\n|\r|\n)/g

Hi Guys, I please need help in correctly implementing scroll depth using the Time and Scroll Event Extension. So far, I have:1. Set up a Rule for 25% to test to see if this works correctly, before replicating this for 50% and 75% scroll depths.2. In terms of actions, the below is what i have set up  3. set variables on the tracker fires the below:were evar8 is a new page name I set up with hit expiration, and I am using this together with the page name.4. send beacon is set up like this: {"linkType":"o","linkName":"Scroll Depth"}.  My challenge now is:1. The scroll depth only fires on the first page arrived by the visitor.2. On the first page, the scroll depth fires on the page load and also fires when I scroll down to the 25% scroll depth level.3. When I navigate to another page and scroll down, it does not fire the scroll depth event. I will like this to:1. On-page load only fires when the user actually scrolls down to the actual page dept

Hi all,   I have a page and this page is by default accessible by all those users who were given permissions for /content/my-website node. Now I would want to restrict viewing this one page under /content/my-website/---/test/ to only a set of users present in the user group. I added this group to CUGs on that page.  Now does this page take up CUG first or it would still be viewable to all who has access to /content/my-website node? Is there any other way to achieve this?   Thanks!

I want to get those pages whose tag property is authored in dialog is same as the page properties of the pages.   For ex id we author a tag tag1, tag2 and the pages already having those tags in there page properties should appear

Where can I find a template with dynamic text fields and e-mail button (allow only reading and printing after sending)?   Are there no sample templates for Adobe Experience Manager Forms in this direction? ..or in general. Do I have to pay someone extra for this? ...if yes, where? Isn't there at least a simple step-by-step guide for a total beginner in this direction?   Loud thought: I never understood that Adobe does not provide a reasonable example to mutivate users at all in this direction.   Designated...Anyway, would be grateful if there is any possibility in this direction at all.   Thank you for your understanding

Hi All, I an novice in AEM and recently have gotten a use case to do gated AEM assets (images, pdf & etc) for external users that do not sits in AEM's user/group, I've studied the CUG authentication features from a few Internet sources, I notice the authentication is mainly performed against the OOTB AEM login module, and seldom elaborate on how it works if I were to provide a custom login page link. Hence, I have a few related queries here, hopefully any folks with similar experiences or experts can shed some light. From the gated asset folder, possible to put a custom login page link that calling an external login API? If #1 is possible, assume the external login API authenticated successfully and return an login token, how can I make use of this login token and communicate with AEM that this user has login successfully? and hence can allow the user to view/read the gated asset. From my knowledge, the permission on CUG seems to work with AEM's user/group only, it might not work

Hello! I have a dynamic form created with AEM Designer Forms and when it is filled in some fields display the following character in the right bottom corner of the text field: I noticed it usually appears if the text that is being filled in has an empty space at the end or if the text has been copied from a word file and pasted back here. Is there a way for this character to not be displayed anymore? Thanks!

We have implemented Rocketloader functionality on our website and we want the Rocket Loader to ignore one of the clientlibs. https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/speed/rocket-loader/ignore-javascripts/ As mentioned in above URL, we are supposed to add data-cfasync=”false” for Rocket Loader to ignore the js, but we are not able to do so with sightly.   This is our inclusion tag <sly data-sly-use.clientlib="/libs/granite/sightly/templates/clientlib.html"></sly> <sly data-sly-test="${X}" data-sly-call="${clientlib.js @ categories=X}"></sly>   We tried something like this, <sly data-sly-test="${X}" data-sly-call="${clientlib.js @ categories=X,data-cfasync=”false”}"></sly> It did not work and gave the following exception. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. @tushaarsr @arunpatidar @kautuk_sahni
