We have a native Salesforce Marketo integration. Our Salesforce instance operates only on Contacts, so as soon as Marketo creates a lead and syncs it to Salesforce, the conversion process begins. That process intermittently wipes the Lead Source and Lead Source Detail values to [null]. Screenshot below. In troubleshooting I have confirmed: Lead (Person) Source is properly mapped from Lead -> Contact (leadsource system field) Marketo Sync User has appropriate permissions to the fields (Visible checked, Read-only unchecked) Anyone been through this before?

Hi All,   I have a form created in ACC, whose document type is not Recipient. Now we have a link in an email which calls the abobe form with a paramter  id=<%=escapeUrl(recipient.cryptedId)%> " We need to retrieve the value of recipient id in our form, but since its in encrypted format, how can we do that. Is this possible using the default Adobe Encryption Method, which the form preloading activity uses, Out of Box   Regards, DG

Hi, please bring me an answer, about this questions: 1. With the departure of GA4, many metrics changed that were usually measured in Universal Analytics, please I want to know if based on that adobe made a decision, or adjustment:-In Google Analytics 4 the % rebound changed, since before it had as % of rebound those users who only visited a page, now there are some events by default, scroll type, which were designed to avoid this, in Adobe Analytics as it is handled this matter?- Also in Google Analytics 4 they implemented the % interaction, for those who want to measure the opposite of the % rebound, in Adobe Analytics can this metric be obtained?   Regards

Hello, Does anyone have an (ideally copy/paste) example of how to do a showing and hiding of some fields based on the checked value of a form checkbox in AEM 6.5+? I see over here there is a CoralUI 3-based example containing a Dialog Snippet, of how to do a conditional show/hide of some AEM 6.5.12 option fields, which works well for me. I've looked at this CoralUI 3 Migration guide and it tells me that Coral.Checkbox has been promoted to a custom element, though little else I can glean. For additional context, I have existing CoralUI 2-based examples (which in their implementation I can see in the DOM add a .hidden CSS class, which doesn't seem to exist in CoralUI 3) which I'd like to migrate.

Hi Everyone,   I am working for a client requirement where we need to design a registration form for end users who would provide some basic details (first name, last name etc). These users can be max 50K in total per year. What would be the best approach to keep this data.  Questions: is it okay to keep the user profile in aem (publish) considering 50k per year is not big number? what should be the design consideration we should keep in mind? If we choose to save it in external DB - how should we manage the session later on ?

Hi All, We have a requirement as part of our compliance suite under which all non-personal technical accounts should go password-less basically SSL-Cert based connection. As part of AEM, we have one user which connects to MSSQL DB using password as mentioned in here [0] {Create the AEM Forms User in SQL Server}. [0] https://helpx.adobe.com/pdf/aem-forms/6-3/prepare-install-single-server.pdfWhile running the configuration manager, on datasource configuration screen, we provide this user along with the password. Is to possible to establish this connection without directly using password, instead some other way like 2-way-ssl, mentioned here [1][1] https://www.dbi-services.com/blog/aem-forms-2-way-ssl-setup-and-workbench-configuration/While configuring 2-way SSL for the workbench, configuration of our Application Server is also needed to handle the 2-way-SSL communications by setting the “Two Way Client Cert Behavior” to “Client Certs Requested and Enforced” in the SSL subtab

I recently received an upgraded Mac laptop with Mac OS 10.14 Mojave. While setting up Dispatcher in my mac laptop I faced numerous issues and finally ended up with not setting up any. Here are my research and analysis. I hope it will be helpful for others.1) Mac OS 10.14 Mojave doesn't allow to copy dipatcher_module.so file into /usr/libexe/apache2 folder even as the root user. In case, if you still want to copy it, disabling SIP at OS booting by going into Debug mode is the only option(Found this on Google search, didn't try it though).2) As I couldn't copy the dispatcher_module.so file into /usr/libexe/apache2 folder, I tried to load it from another location like /usr/local/etc/apache2/, below is the error message I received.httpd: Syntax error on line xxx of /private/etc/apache2/httpd.conf: Cannot load /usr/local/etc/apache2/mod_dispatcher.so into server: dlopen(/usr/local/etc/apache2/mod_dispatcher.so, 10): no suitable image found.  Did find:\n\t/usr/local/etc/apache2/mod_dispatcher

Would the following example processing rule, with a condition to run when media heartbeat metrics are set (ie media start, content started, etc), only create the rule for those specific metrics or would it also be included for the entire HB session?   If any are true: a.media.view Is Set a.media.play Is Set   Overwrite evar1 with concatenated value: custom value: no show name if evar1 is not set

I'm trying to capture route changes as page views for a react SPA.  I have the Adobe Analytics extension installed, and   1. Added custom code in my app that dispatches an event named `analytics` every time the route changes. It's set on the window object. I've verified this works. 2. Set up Rules with Event: Core - Custom Event, Actions: Set Variables, Send Beacon, Clear Variables.  3. In Rules - Event - Custom Event, the Event Type input is `analytics` (the same as #1) for any element. 4. In Rules - Set Variables, I have Page URL set in the Additional Settings. 5. I also have a Data Element, with Core extension and Data Element Type as Page info - URL attribute.   When I check the network tab in Chrome, I see `s` getting sent only on the initial page load, but not when the route changes. Also, when I check what `s.pageURL` is set to be in the console, it's always the initial URL even when it has changed. I've attached screenshots.

Hi team,   I have a bit of a problematic case here cause I wasn't thinking ahead.   Is there a way I can declare a winner without sending it?If I don't declare the winner, would there be any problem (I'm happy to leave it like that, just not sure if it would cause anything)? If I choose to abort the program now, what would happen? Does it cause any problem to the reporting?   Basically, I ran an A/B test and am declaring the winner manually. Still, I noticed when I try to declare the winner, I will have to fill in the schedule to send it out as well but I don't want to send it out.   For the rest of the audience who haven't received the email, I want to make some changes to the winner and create another email campaign to send it instead so the stat in original A/B testing can stay like how they are at the moment.   Thanks so much guys!

I recently created an email campaign nested in a default program. The leads in this program all received the email. I have a completely separate nurture campaign and somehow these leads received the first email from this program through a background campaign. I have never had this issue and am trying to find out more about background campaigns and how I can prevent them from causing leads to receive emails or join programs I don't want them to. Any help or information is greatly appreciated--thanks!

When we author vtt file as viewer modifier in English site, when rolled out to Spanish site the vtt file url is not modified to appropriate Spanish vtt file.    Standard rollout configs doesn't change the vtt path in the viewer modifiers, Is it the expected behavior or do we have anyway to rewrite these caption files?   Thanks

Hello AJO community members,   I have a use case where I created a landing page using AJO and published it. I'm able to preview this page but want to access this page over the web, simply putting the link of the landing page on a CTA on a AEM page to be accessible by the end user. The problem we are facing is that this AJO's published landing page is not accessible over the web. It's also mentioned in the Adobe doc's that "You cannot access your landing page by simply copy-pasting this URL into a web browser, even if published." Is there any other way by which I can access the landing page created in AJO?

I would like to add attribute information to each page of our website.Adobe Analytics has a classification function, but considering the linkage to CDP and other tools , we would prefer to place the information in the datalayer.   ExampleURL: https://XXXX Attribute: for accountants, blog page,...URL: https://YYYY Attributes: for marketing, Product Page,... However, we manage thousands of pages, and it is difficult to specify rules by URL in a batch. How can we efficiently assign attribute information in such cases?Currently, I am considering either of the following two options, but neither is efficient.   -Directly assign attribute information to each page as tags and store them directly from HTML to the datalayer.-Mapping URLs and attribute information in a spreadsheet using URLs as keys, and outputting the mapping information in json format and storing it in the datalayer via a tag manager.   Thanks in advance.

I am trying to test writing via FDA connection, and I want to write Broadlog. So it is important to write Millions of records in one go. So I was doing the POC using 20M records and was trying to write it back from the local Oracle (on Azure) to Azure Synapse database via FDA. In the "Change Data Source" activity, I got the error "The maximum number of inbound rows has been exceeded (step 'Change Data Source')". When tried with few thousand rows (41K) it is working fine. I was referring to the documentation and didn't find any mention of limitation. In SQL log, there is no SQL logged for the change data source activity, so seems it is not coming from Database. So, what is the threshold value before it errors out and how can I increase it?  Just Tried with 1M and it seems to be running fine as well.

I have defined teaserDelegate on list component node-- sling:resourceSuperType="core/wcm/components/list/v2/list" --   teaserDelegate="core/wcm/components/teaser/v1/teaser" My page in the list item has teaser image, however when I call item${item.teaserResource} there is no resource, it is coming as null. How do we configure list component to use teaserDelegate? Is there any step I am missing?
