Workfront Fusion

Hi all, really new to Fusion and my first assignment is to create a scenario where if a document fitting a specific criteria is uploaded to Workfront, the scenario picks it up and converts it to a proof. Great. I figured that out. What I can't figure out is how to pull that proof back into Workfront! Has anyone done this before that can point me in the right direction? I can't find anything in the Community that references uploading a proof from Workfront Proof into Workfront.

Hi all - new to Fusion and would like to connect to our Sandbox to do some experimentation and I'm already stuck. I've tried entering in http://ourdomain.sb01.workfront.com, which I'm able to Verify, but when I try to save the scenario, I get an error message: Account doesn't exist: Connection not found 'workfront-workfront:54230'.  Any thoughts?

Hi,I am trying to set up a scenario to notify the requester to submit the required document if the document has not been submitted after 7days. So, once the issue has been submitted by the requester, the status of the Issue will be New and when the resolver reviews the issue and found no supporting documents, the issue status is updated to pending inputs and if the resolver does not receive the document even after 7days, i want the fusion to send notification to the requester after 7days from the date of issue update dateCan someone help me on steps to set up this scenario, esp the issue update date. Thanks & Regards,Vaishnavi

Hi,I want to make some proof Custom APIs call deleteTemplateStages() - api (proofhq.com).For this a module in fusion present for proof custom API.But they have not mentioned any where in what formate we should pass the body xml.Can you please help me what formate I should pass here. thanks

My company just got Fusion a little while ago. I have a weekly extract in excel that has all the employees within my company and their department names. I am wanting to take that weekly excel file and have Fusion update the resource pools and teams within Workfront. Is that possible?

Is it possible for Fusion to create shortcuts to folders on Google Drive? I use Fusion to create folders on Google Drive but would like to create shortcuts of these existing folders elsewhere on our drive. This would replicate the manual action of clicking Organize menu item "Add shortcut".

I want to conditionally map the name listed in the SFDC Opportunity field to with that person's WF user Id in the Entered By ID field on an Issue. If the name doesn't map, I want to map my WF user ID to the field. I'm using the formula below where SFDC_FieldName__c is the SFDC field, PERSON'S NAME is the contents of that field. The problem is that my name being mapped in all cases. I was working in Fusion earlier today (as one does) and I saw a new green Workfront lion. It was for "Adobe WF Dev."  I was intrigued post supper and attempted to create a connection...and was unable to. I then attempted to click the "online help" link and got this:  I don't recall seeing this until today and I'm in the tool daily. I checked the Fusion release activity and saw nothing. Did this come through today? And, if so, what does this point to? I can't help but be curious. -j (curious)

Hi,    I am creating a request queue with topic group and queue topics. I want to know how Fusion update queue topics?   These topics are saved in a database table, yes they are dynamic (add/update or be removed). we need use Fusion to connect the database and fetch the latest topics and sync back to Queue topics.   How should I implement this scenario in Fusion?   Thanks.

Hello, Recently my users have been having trouble with the automation of Custom Field Dates when certain tasks have been completed (or when the Planned Start Date/Planned Completion Date is changed). We have had fusion automate this process for us for a while now (>1y) but recently a few of the users have had no dates populate and we have even noticed that the requests haven't even made it to fusion. I'd like to learn more about the connection that Workfront and Fusion have and see if I can explain this issue to the client. If possible, I'd like to show any possible evidence that Workfront Fusion was experiencing any issues at the time the request was meant to be processed.

I am currently managing a project with numerous tasks and subtasks in Workfront. Each subtask represents an Asset ID with its respective production status. These subtasks have corresponding issues created for them. Could you please advise on how I can ensure that any updates made to a subtask are automatically reflected in its corresponding issue? Is there a specific setting, automation rule, or workflow I should be using to achieve this?Right now as seen in the screenshot, if I complete both tasks 1 & 2 the prod status should reflect that, right now both of them regardless of their status as tasks get updated to the same status because they lie under the same parent task, how can I change the behavior that each subtask does its own status change in the issue and not get affected by the parent task. 

We are looking at rolling out Frame.io to use as our internal creative reviews and feedback for all video and animation projects. We want to continue to have stakeholder (internal & external) reviews happen in Workfront Proof and have Workfront track due dates. I was hoping for some ideas on how this can be done and an example or 2 of how Fusion has helped.    1. Does anyone have an example Fusion scenario built to connect Frame.io to Workfront and Workfront Proof? 2. Does anyone have an integration with Frame.io, Workfront and Workfront Proof?  

Our Fusion automation that connects us to Dropbox and then pulls files into Workfront following the filepath of links on Projects has broken due to a recent Dropbox update. I finally have Dropbox devs involved and they are asking me to find these things:the name and version number of the platform and SDK/library you are using, if anythe steps to reproduce the issue, including relevant code snippet(s), but don't include any access or refresh token(s)the full text of any error or unexpected outputI am going to just copy the text out of the ones that errored out for the second bullet point and I already have screenshots for the third, but where can I get the info for the first one? We use the Dropbox module and when I delve in I haven't seen it. If anyone can point me in that direction that would be amazing. Thank you!

I want the reference ID to automatically always go to the front of the title when converting a request into a project. I'm just tapping into fusion so wanted to see if someone has a similar automation set up

I'm playing around with an automation that creates a project note and tags users.  I eventually want to add a trigger, but I first wanted to make sure I could get the note creation process to work.  I'm able to correctly provide the Note ObjCode, ObjID, and Note Text, and I also successfully added a user to the Notify setting.  The scenario creates a note with the proper text and tagging, but it always lists me as the note owner.  I tried adding a value to the Owner ID attribute (my test project is shared to all our department teams, with Contribute access; for the Owner ID I used the user ID of a co-worker who has WF admin rights), but this has no effect.  Is there something different I need to do to set the Owner ID for the note? Thanks. 

How can I move tasks to another.I have successfully got a list of task ids to moveI have the target projectIDI currently have tried using update record, setting the projectID to the targetThe update record module does not error.But the task is not moved. Can someone point me to an example of moving a task?

Hello, I have a Task approval process and I need to update the Approvers there to be the Original Requestor, so it won't be the same person or group. I tried to do this with the help of Fusion, but I do not see such option in the Update Record module. I tried adding and mapping User ID in Step Approver record, but got an error:RuntimeError[422] SPAPVR is not a top level object and can't be requested directly in internal Is it possible in general? If so, how do I address this?

Is there a way in a task report to include a specific task and planned completion date? In my example I have a report for all Late task. For the Late task I can pull in the Next task, see below. But I’d also like to pull in our Delivery task name and planned completion date for the project. Has anyone successfully used Fusion to update proof approvals?   Our specific use case: Once a Project is marked complete, remove or close out any pending proof approvals on the proofs loaded to the Project.    I'm searching through documentation on what actions to use to update an approval and it doesn't appear there are any that will update the proof decisions. I've got the mapping down to get me all the information I need and the last step would be to update the proof approval to "Not relevant" or even change the users role to just reviewer instead of reviewer and approver.   Any suggestions on which action to pick to get it to update?
