Is there any real advanced formatting capability for designing content card? Something similar to what is available for the in-app message content. We really need the ability to apply our branding to the content instead of the default Adobe styles. Thanks.

Hi,   I am new to the Journey Optimizer tool and am working on setting up reporting/dashboard/ etc. to show success.  One component I would like to measure is the incremental lift journey have on the growth of my audience and would like to ask for advice:  Should we do that through the AEP audience, with in the AJO journey build, or with the CJA reporting?  Thanks in advance for the ideas and guidance. 

Hi there, I have an Object Array that looks something like this: "Account":[{"AccountID": "1", "lineofBusiness": "AA", "pymntType": "Cash"},{"AccountID": "2", "lineofBusiness": "BB", "pymntType": "CreditCard"},{"AccountID": "3", "lineofBusiness": "CC", "pymntType": "Debit"},{"AccountID": "4", "lineofBusiness": "CC", "pymntType": "CreditCard"} ] Let's say I only want to clean up the array to accounts that has pymntType = CreditCard only, so then the expression would look something like this:filter(#{ExperiencePlatform.Profile.Account, "pymtType", ["CreditCard"]} --> this returns a listObject with pymtType == CreditCard only.  At this point, I have couple questions:1) What can I do with this listObject? I am not aware of any functions that accept listObject as a parameter2) How do I extract a value of this new listObject? For example, I want the lineofBusiness at position 0.  Thanks.

Hi Adobe Community,I’m currently running tests on the new Journey Entry Capping functionality in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and have a question related to journeys triggered by a Read Audience.In my setup, a profile enters the journey and eventually exits through one of the designated end nodes. What I’m trying to achieve is for that same profile to re-enter the journey at a later time either after being removed from the audience or after some condition changes.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Once the profile exits the journey, I remove it from the audience.Later, I reinsert the same profile into the audience (e.g., via a query or attribute update).However, the profile does not re-enter the journey.I’m wondering:Are there any known conditions or limitations that prevent re-entry into a journey triggered by a Read Audience? I’ve respected the “Allow re-entrance after” setting in the journey configuration  it’s currently set to 5 minutes, as is the default behavior.Is there a speci

In a event triggered journey, when I push a payload into the dataset, do I need to profile enable the schema and dataset for the profile in the payload to become a part of the journey ?

As part of this shift, many are moving to Customer Data Platforms (CDP). For instance, a brand may plan to adopt Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to unify customer data and capture real-time behavioral data. Concurrently, many brands are migrating from Adobe Campaign V7 or Campaign Standard to Campaign V8. In this context, it is common for brands to utilize both Adobe Campaign V8 and AJO, which are powerful marketing automation platforms. This raises several questions:   Is it not sufficient to have either Adobe Campaign V8 or AJO to handle business use cases? Would it be better to adopt AJO, the latest in the market, instead of migrating to V8 from Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard? Hello Team,We are working on a requirement where SMS messages should only be sent to users who meet multiple real-time criteria for example qualifying for a high-value audience in AAM, having a verified phone number, and not having opted out in the last 10 days etc.Is there a way to combine AAM traits with real-time profile attributes to trigger or suppress SMS actions?

Is this possible to have both on one sandbox?

Typically, profiles can be added to a subscription list using a landing page, as documented in the following:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/landing-pages/subscription-list However, I have a use case where the subscription information is coming from an external source (CRM system) and I would like to incrementally and periodically add profiles to a subscription list in AJO. Is there a programmatic way of doing it, either via UI or API? Thank you for your help! 

I am in a bit of a time crunch so would really appreciate any help. Scenario: want to have data with 2 attributes "location" and a "set of dates associated with that location" be available in journey building conditions. This data is not profile data, nor event data, but I need it to be available in my journey, depending on my user's location, so I can make conditions using it. How can I go about doing this? Note: Also, I can have this type of data stored anywhere, doesn't necessarily need to be in a schema, but I just need it accessible in my conditions. I've tried creating a lookup schema, but I am not able to make a data source out of this schema as it is not built using profile/event (out of the box) classes; it is built using a custom class. Any way to get this type of data be available to my conditions? I don't mind work arounds if this specific functionality is not available. Any and all help is appreciated 🙂

We have a custom action that is targeting an event array. The event has multiple accounts within it.For the custom action is it possible to have it post the entire array instead on single objects. i.e. post all the info about account and post all of the info about account two at the same time.Whenever I try to aloter the experience and bring in the context fields it requires me to select "at(0)" (ex @2821738{PropertyTaxEMV2ArraEvent._gmfinancial.campaignArrayDS.at(2).accountNumber})

Hi Community! We are approaching our first use-case in AJO and questions start to come forward regarding how we can measure the effect of our communication. So I was wondering what your experience is with control/target setup in AJO/AEP specifically? Today we run a setup, where the cg/target distribution is kept throughout a customers life cycle, to keep it intact and allow us to report back on the total effect of our communication. Not to say we want to keep doing it that way (because it has drawbacks too), but for reference. I am thinking that a cg/target setup would be beneficial to set up in AEP as a calculated attribute on profile level, so that it can be used across touchpoints, but what are your experiences? Thanks a bunch! 

Trying to access the JSON offer in the email template for custom rendering format. The offers are stored as JSON. (Saved the JSON into HTML placemnt) Trying ways to access JSON as an object in an email template to custom render.  <% let selectedOffer = offer.html['dps:offer-placement:12324324']['sps:offer-activity:32423423'].content %> {{selectedOffer}} It throws an error when rendering JSON. Any suggestions would help.
