I am trying to create a landing page, subdomain, and preset are correctly configured. But when I create a landing page and publish it, I get a 400 error when I try to access the landing page

Could using the same subdomain for both SMS and email impact my email sending reputation?For example, if my SMS channel generates a lot of spam complaints or opt-outs, could that negatively affect the reputation of the email subdomain in any way?

How to define/personalize an if-else condition in an AJO API Trigger Campaign email template to return the values of {{context.make}} and {{context.model}} only if they exist(true). Hi all, Is it possible to use a subdomain delegated to Adobe and used in email channel setup to be reused in SMS Subdomain setup with a different prefix ? As per this documentation - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/channels/sms/sms-subdomains already delegated subdomains can be used, but wondering whether the one used for email setup could be reused for SMS or not ?

I am trying to create a variable in HTML and use the value in multiple places in HTML. {% let Linktags = "abc,def" %} <a href="https://www.qatarairways.com/" target="_blank" data-tags="{{ Linktags }}" style="color:#8C919B; text-decoration:underline;" data-tracking-type="MIRROR_PAGE" data-nl-type="mirrorPage"> View in browser </a> I validated this HTML and there is no syntax issue but it is treating like string  data-tags="{{ Linktags }}". instead of getting value from actual variable. I also tried below syntax but it is not working. Hi, where I can find SMS tracking logs? I used Twilio and I have clicks in my Last 24hs report but I can't find any SMS tracking logs dataset  

Lets say if the events are batch based, and attribute required in the personalization is not part of profile schema, but event schema. And those attribute cant be added into profile as there could many such attribute. In such case if journey is built using read audience or qualification, then how to access attributes from event schema for those audience ? computed attribute is not an option here, bcz these cant be stored as profile attribute due to growing nature of event attribute list.

Is journey orchestrator a separate sku and not part of journey optimizer ? I havnt used adobe campaign, but is that JO part of ACC suite ? The UI of JO seems exactly same as AJO. When do we use JO, instead of AJO ? 

Have a quick question - that -  My Journey Starts with a read audience and I have added the Day of week check [ Tues|Wed|Thurs|Friday] . Now the question is Concern about the weekday checks- right now when the check returns weekend/monday, it looks like it ends the customer journey.  What would be best possible Solutions  for this - Problem Statement  : 1. Added the Days of week chek only in [ Tues|Wed|Thurs|Friday]  days - is this sufficient 2. If the days are from Sat to Monday - then the customers will be out of the journey - then how to handle it .     

Hi Team, Question that I noticed there is limitation for AJO Journey if existing profiles entered the journey and max duration for staying in the journey is 91 days. However, my Cadence of program is 3 years' time to finish and exit to the ending point of journey for sending out email on bi-monthly basis. what's the recommended you would advise as the best practice?

Is it possible? I thought its not but maybe something has changed 

I am sending SMS text messages and need to adhere to quiet hours. I am having trouble building an expression in AJO that sends at 1 PM in the fans local time zone. 

Hi, as per summary while sending SMS, the following characters ' and > < are not correctly sent. At contrary, the following characters are displayed receiving mobile phone: " '  "-> '" > " -> &lt" < " -> &gtHow this can be avoided?  Thanks a lot for the help, Noah

When I try to save a visual fragment with the dataset lookup function, it throws the below error but works fine in email templates.    {{datasetLookup datasetId="1234567890" id="101" result="store" required=false}} Product details: Name:{{store.productName}} Description:{{store.productDescription}} Amount: {{store.productListPrice.amount}} Conversion Date: {{store.productListPrice.conversionDate}} Currency: {{store.productListPrice.currencyCode}}  There are no errors in the expressionBut when I try to save the fragment, I get the below error, but the same is working fine in the email template. Is anyone on the same page? any solutions would be helpful.

I created schema datasets and all enabled for profile - I confirmed my profiles is showing the associated attirubtes in Profile browse. However, when I try to use them in personalization of email template - I see the attributes populating in left rail mycompany (object) and attributes under that object and I can drag and drop them onto the canvas  But when I simulate the content - its not applied. Does anyone have similar experience? if so, how do I fix it?

Currently my company is using Adobe Journey Optimizer journeys for batch based campaigns. We are interested in exploring the feasibility of using the new Orchestrated Campaigns capability. We want to better understand how (if at all) we can use XDM Individual Profile and XDM ExperienceEvent schema data with the new relational model-based schema that are not profile-enabled. Because we do not have access to Orchestrated Campaigns I hope someone can help answer the following. Here are the three broad scenarios we want to explore to know what is possible, and if so, what is required to enable these?
