Ability to curate a list of users to ask to grant accessNew

Description - I'd like the product manager for this area to explore ways to indicate a list of users that it's appropriate to ask access from, in order to view an object.   Why is this feature important to you - 1) The majority of the list is random and often the wrong person is on the list.  2) Our service account owns a lot of objects in Workfront and should be excluded from the list since it is not a real person. 3) In particular, the hierarchy for an issue is incorrect (for a task the owner is the primary assignee or the project owner, and for an issue it's the primary contact or the project owner -- I'd like to see the primary assignee in this list as well)   How would you like the feature to work - There are any number of solutions. For one, add the primary assignee for an issue onto that list. For another, be able to indicate on the user object that this person should never be asked for access (this would solve our service account issue). Ideally, you should be able to indicate an owner for ANY object (this includes reports) so that you can manually put this person at the top of the list.   Current Behaviour - per link, there's a set hierarchy of who gets asked to grant access -- usually two people, one being the owner of the object and the other being the owner of the container. However there's a potential list of 10 so the remaining names are somewhat arbitrary and apparently random (although I've also found the same names get repeated over and over) https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/basics/grant-request-object-permissions/request-access.html?lang=en#hierarchy-of-the-request-access-and-request-more-access-drop-down-menus

System or AI mined alerts and guardrailsApproved

Description -I need the AEP/AJO system to identify proactively journeys or experiences that may not be behaving as planned.  For instance if a customer is receiving an email multiple times or reentering a journey multiple times due to a design flaw,  Why is this feature important to you:We had a journey trigger 3-20 times to the same customers and there was not way to spot this issue within the application, however all the data is within the system.  Teams design with the best of intentions, however I want the application to help monitor performance for ongoing solutions/automations.   How would you like the feature to work -I would like AEP/AJO to flag this to an Admin to identify if this behaviour is aligning with the intended Journey.  If the admin approves, then this alert can be dismissed.   I want the AI assistant to alert us. I would like to be able to set a global guardrails that flags customers who have reentered a journey or is sent the same email  message from within the same journey more than X time in Y period of time. Current Behaviour -The issue was not visible within the tool, and went unnoticed.  Once the issue was identified many weeks/months later, we could see the issue by looking at the data.  I want the AI assistant to proactive spot these anomalies and flag them to us.  It should have spotted that these customers have reentered the journey for a 3rd

Hide field choices on certain custom formsNew

I believe I have seen this in another thread somewhere and wanted to check on it to see if there have been any updates around this feature but can't seem to find it.. This would be a HUGE win for us if this functionality was possible.   Description - Ability to utilize the same 'multi-choice' field on multiple custom form hiding certain choices.    Why is this feature important to you - We use the same "Asset Type" dropdown field across all of our different custom forms so that we can easily report on this data, however not all Asset Types should be an available option across all forms. For example:    How would you like the feature to work - Example: On Custom Form 1 we would like the 'Asset Types' dropdown to include Print, Email, Social, Web as options to choose from. On Custom Form 2 we would like to hide Web as an Asset Type for them to choose, and only display Print, Email, Social.    Current Behaviour - Currently (to my knowledge), you cannot hide any options without it hiding on ALL custom forms. We have to create workarounds on each form where (ex.) Web is chosen as an Asset Type on Custom Form 2, we populate descriptive text that says "Sorry this is not an available option, please de-select this choice". However, this is not always a successful method because the form still allows you to Submit, so if a requestor purposely ignores it, or selects multiple Asset Types in which they may miss the message and continue with the form- it causes more work and aggravation on the team to have to reach out and let them know they cannot request that in which we receive a "well why is it an option then?" response 🙂 We are trying to avoid creating multiple versions of the same field so that we can pull clean reporting.
