I've discovered that Bizible doesn't like progressive profiling. Bizible will track submits on the form when the first set of fields are presented (first name, last name, email, company, title). But subsequent form submits, where we present only 2 custom questions, are not captured in Bizible. I've discovered a Bizible support article that deals with this issue ("Ghost" or "Progressive Profiling" Forms Setup). But by web dev says that while he could implement this fix on our CMS, the Marketo form and landing page editors do not offer the necessary access to implement the required code.Has anyone else come across this problem and been able to fix it? One solution is to stop using progressive profiling forms but I'd prefer not to.

We are trying to build a data pipeline using Marketo REST API, AWS lambda and Snowflake. We exceeded the API limits recently (API limit was 10K / day... now it is changed to 50K), and we want to avoid such problems in the future.   I am trying to understand the API query limits better. I found this blog post explaining the limits, but I am hoping to get some more details.  If we use the REST API with dynamic date range for lead activities data (for 10 activity type ids) with next page token, how much data(in MBs) can be consumed for a date range of one week and how many API calls could one request / response consume? Up to 200k+ / month of lead activity data (approximately) How many api requests would we end up consuming if we download all leads from the marketo leads database? oldest record is from September of 2019 Bulk export for a 31-day period would result in 3k - 5k records (approximately) Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone,   For compliance reasons, we can not host our videos on a public site like Youtube or Vimeo. How can I still integrate a video on my Marketo landing page? Right now we are hosting the video on our website and integrate it on our landing page but it seems like this does not support media player functionalities such as pause, stop or continue the video.   Thank you for your help. Does anyone have progressive profiling turned on on their forms and also log Bizible touchpoints?  I was hoping to only show the custom HTML on forms for known users, but found this did not log Bizible touchpoints.  Before rolling out progressive profiling, I was wondering if anyone had successful use cases or aha moments.  Ideally, I'd like to only show email address for known users. We have a third-party form on our branded site that is being submitted to Marketo via the REST API using createOrUpdate. We are getting this error fairly often: result":[{"status":"skipped","reasons":[{"code":"1007","message":"Multiple lead match lookup criteria"}]}],"success":true}   As a result we aren't getting inquiries captured in Marketo (and eventually over into SFDC). We are using the email address as the matching criteria since these forms are how our customers can provide updates to us as well as prospects can make inquiries (we can't stop users from using the forms however it suites them). And we can't reasonably expect to have no duplicate emails.   Currently, the form is capturing all the inputs in custom fields (except for email) and we have an automation that copies the values from the custom fields into the standard fields (for example, submission_firstname >> first name) only if the standard fields are empty (so we don't overwrite existing values from p

I am trying to implement recaptcha in one of our forms and I am using the script below. I am running into an issue where if the user does not fill out the form completely the validation kicks in but it will not let them submit the form even after correcting the info on the form. What I think is happening is the recaptcha is firing off to google server before the form is validated. I have a column with categorical data. Eg: The entries are like so "1-10" or "11-20". But while filtering it through a smart list, the suggestion box in the "Multiple Values Chooser" doesn't display all of the categories in the column. Eg: "1-10" doesn't show in the box. It only shows around 10 of them. This is a string field and I am trying to specify multiple values by using the "is" operator for that field to filter through.   Even though it doesn't display the category and doesn't show up in the search box when I enter the category name, when I manually type the category name, it manages to filter using that.   1) How do I get the suggestion box to show all of the suggestions? 2) Is there an option somewhere to edit what shows up in the suggestion box?

Hoping someone can help.  This is the problem I am trying to solve:  We are using a Third Party platform (Folloze)  to deliver content to our customers and leads.  We drive customers there from multiple sources.  Marketo Email nurture, Paid Social (linkedin) and Twitter.  Once they are on the Folloze page they have the option to click a contact us button which is a link to a Marketo landing page.  My issue is that I am losing the attribution back to the original source of the form fill.  We use utm parameters but they are lost once click the contact us button.   Any suggestions?

So I am trying to create a script that I though was going to be simple, but its not working and I have no clue why. I found this article (https://nation.marketo.com/t5/Marketo-Whisperer-Blogs/Basic-Email-Scripting-Examples-for-Marketers/ba-p/245747) and was trying a similar if then script. So I have been asked by our Marketing VP to see about auto-filling an interested product field on our forms based upon the page the user is currently on. The idea being to limit the number of fields they have to actually fill something out. I know this is possible, but the question I do have is if the Javascript can be set up such that the form is autofilled with the displayed name of the product, but still actually capture the stored value upon form submission. 

Where do I gather stats on which email templates are performing the best and worst?

We recently added munchkin code to our support pages (this site uses a single sign on to access).  We were tracking perfectly fine until one of our customers complained that when they log in, the site uploads over 50kbyte.  That customer's IT department blocked their users from using our site.  Once the code was deactivated, it was under the 50KB limit.  Is this something that is common?

Hi all,   Unfortunately, the org. I work for manually processes the data we collect in MKTO before transferring it to our CRM. We are using MKTO forms for petition signing, and a Thank You email from MKTO, and want to take the valid emails out of MKTO for our CRM.   Question - I just ran a test entry using @gnail.con email address, to test how long it would take MKTO to flag that it's an invalid email address, or even bounce. I thought it would be near instant, given the TY email that is sent automatically would surely go nowhere..   I need to find a way of allowing MKTO the time to figure out the bad emails from the good, before I hand over the form-fill data to the data team to import into the CRM.   Any tips? I have a scenario where I have hundreds of people showing as having clicked a specific link in an email. However, the landing page web page activity report only gives less than 100 people known to have gone to that landing page. Which is true? The smart list of people who are shown to have clicked the link or the web activity report? It's a huge difference and I want to be able to get an accurate read of who has gone to the landing page.Thank you,Anita

Hello!   My team and I just started using the Marketo Calendar and I want to see future Engagement Program casts, but there is an old engagement program we are no longer using that's still showing up on the calendar. Is there some way for me to "archive" this program, so I don't have to delete it totally, but also not have "future casts" (that aren't actually going to happen) show up on the calendar anymore? Do I need to set up the Calendar filters in a certain way to exclude this inactive stream?   For additional info: I've already archived the emails that were in the stream, I set the cadence to "None", everyone that went through the stream is Exhausted, I set the Program Status in the Setup tab as "Off", and we have no plans to use this stream again but I'm hesitant to "Delete" it completely so we can still go back and see the engagement stats.   Thanks in advance!

Hi Community,   I set up one email program with one smart list yesterday and that went out successfully. Now I have to send the same communication to a different list. So I cloned the email program and set the smart list. (Example: Smart List A and Smart List B) Now I have to make sure, I don't send the same email to members who already received the communication in Smart List A.   So far I have added the filters as mentioned below: 1) Member of Smart List - Person in (Smart List B) 2) Member of Smart List - Person not in (Smart List A)   Is this the right logic? Please advice.   Thank you.
