IssueCustomers on Shared or Trusted IPs are able to set up additional branding within the Marketo sending infrastructure.  You are able to set up a branded 'envelope_from' so the From Domain used by the Marketo sending servers is associated with your brand instead of with Marketo. hi guys   we started sending a lot of data with form submissions.   if you go to database, select a lead, then choose a form submission and look at the activity detail:   Is it somehow possible to format the data so one can read it easily? e.g. wrap it in a <pre> tag?    that is marketo does that. An alternative I was thinking about was like, user browser styles?    see the problem here:   seems like the <br/> are not respected and newlines are rendered as \n. That is backslash n so even when "trying" to display the containing span as pre, it won't work   was something changed? broken? another idea?  

IssueThere is a significant delay of several hours or days between when an update is made to a contact record in Dynamics and when the change shows on that record in Marketo. SolutionTo determine what may be causing this, follow these steps: Check under Admin > Microsoft Dynamics to make sure your sync is turned on.Take a look at the Admin > Sync Status tab as described here: https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Sync+Status. If there is a backlog of updates or inserts showing here, this is likely what is causing the delay.Check the Sync Errors tab to see if there are any errors indicating issues with your sync.Find an example record that has a sync delay, and locate the GUID of the record in Dynamics. While waiting for the response from the support team, I'd like to hear from my peers here.I had an email asset with a link that has mtk_tok enabled; the link worked properly during the test, meaning the link opened. Believing the test result, we sent out the email, and many responded to us "the link isn't working". I realized that the length of the mkt_tok is significantly different (60 more chars, to be precise) so that the page has returned 414 error (URL too long). Though there seems to be some resolutions on the website server end, I wonder if somebody else noticed this before. 

Hey, I'm looking for a field that is called 'send key' or something. I'm pulling data out of Marketo via the API and I'm seeing a field 'email_campaign_external_key' which is filled. I'd like to use that to stich data but I need to be able to see this field in the UI as well so that the email team can store that key on their end as well. Anyone know where I could find that? Secondly, would that key be generated before the email is sent?   Thanks

I'm working on a landing page where we have the forms replacing on page. Hello I need some help please.   We want to create a sequence of 5-6 mails. - The first mail will be send to all person from liste. - The seconde mail will be send only to the person who will not open the first mail. - The 3d mail will be send to those who opened the 1st mail.    But we tried do it with different smart campaign and it doesn't work. I have the impression that marketo can't track the opening on mail and it send the 2nd mail of remind to everyone, event if person opened the 1st mail.   Can you help us please, because we wanted personalise our mail scenario and track opening of mails.   Thk for any ideas!

Hi,    I am working with Marketo webhooks. I need to map JSON response similar to below, where "orderDate" is to be mapped to a Marketo field. However, I need to get every "orderDate" from this response and compare it with the existing marketo field value. We're having a consistent issue where a record will enter our database from a URL that has UTM parameters within the link. However, those UTM parameters do not populate from the referrer into the UTM fields (utm_medium, utm_ source, etc.). I've scanned the community and have not seen anyone discuss the same issue (< if you have, please point me in that direction). Hi all, i have  a query with transition rules,  currently i am transitioning prospects through my nurture streams using lead score e.g. Early: 0-25 Mid: 26-59Late: 60+   My question is in transition rules can i also have an OR option, e.g if lead score is between 26-59 OR if the click the link on the email content transition to MID stage, even although thier lead score may not be 26 yet? The reason for this is, we may have a situation where someone engages with the early stage content but still dont have a high enough lead score to transition to mid stage?   Does anyone have a solution for this

I set up an a/b subject line test and it stopped after three days....I never declared a winner though and I wanted the test to run longer than that. Anyone know why?    The a/b test is in a program so the email send runs from a trigger of "added to list"

Hi all, I am wondering about the news that web browsers will no longer support flash player, and how MKTO needs it to show a high number of pages. I have not seen anything from MKTO regarding this transition, though I am sure that since MKTO is now an Adobe player, they will be aware of the issue with Adobe Flash Player. Anyone got the official down-low?

Let's say I have a campaign that is sending to a total of 500K contacts...  Is there a way to set it up to send to 100K contacts, and then the next 1000K contacts a week later, and so on without creating 5 different campaigns? Thanks in advance...
