Hello,I need hepl to figure out what is happening ,  I have 2  users,  the first one can create task from request and add to specific project without problem. But the second one can't do it, both has the same access level and permission because the second is a copy from the firstone.   i tried to figured out  possible trouble  but i didnt get any possible solucion. Als0o im tried to use this  opcion (You do not have access to add tasks to this project. Please select a different project or request access. )But when I try to use  the opcion request access to admin  theres a mesage error An error has occurred and we are trying to resolve the issue. To continue working, please try refreshing this browser page. anyone who has the same problem  or something related Thanks a lot   

Hi All, I am looking to report on who downloaded an asset in Workfront. Do you know if there is a report that I could run to check this? Also, is there a way to set up a notification to let a user know that an asset is due?  Thank you.

Hi all!I have a task report which pulls parent tasks with a certain name. I’ve been retrieving data from Workfront using both API key and Basic Auth. It works fine when I run the script locally, but when I run it inside an AWS Glue job, I get a JSONDecodeError. On checking the response, it’s actually HTML with the message "Invalid access token" — even though the credentials are correct. Has anyone faced this before? Could this be related to Glue’s environment, authentication method, or network configuration? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I have several workers that are in two different resource pools. How do I allocate their total weekly available time between the two different pools so they are not double-loaded with work? Example: Angie has a total of 22.4 available hours a week for project work.  She is in two different resource pools and both pools shows this 22.4 available hours.  I want to split that 22.4 available hours to show 11.2 hours for one and 11.2 hours for the other.

I can't seem to figure out how you would go about defining what file it is that you are wishing to upload. If anyone has examples of this working in the wild they'd be willing to share, I'd be really appreciative. Cheers,Josh

Hi everyone.For the last few days me and my team have noticed issues with generating and reseting API keys for a user through the UI.Whenever we click on generate api key or reset api key, a new api key is shown, but after a refresh of a page it is still the old api key shown or no api key if there was none beforehand.Also, all of our api request are getting "You are currently not logged in" error message when sending them through postman and our app with the api key as a header "apiKey" = "USER_API_KEY".However, when opening a GET query in the web browser, we get all of the data as we should. It only fails for requests sent from postman or our application where we use the "apiKey" header.Any help would be appreciated.

I have created a project with a huge bunch of tasks without any template and is in progress, almost 50% complete. But now I am trying to link the Template tasks to my project tasks, I dont see any field on the Task details to attach or link the Template tasks. I was able to attach the Template to the Project level but not able to detach. I have 10+ projects (50 tasks each) to update with the Template references. Please provide any Ideas on this.

I sent a test email to the request queue with 2 documents attached. One was a .doc (15 KB) and one was a .pdf (583 KB). Only the .doc was saved in the "documents" section of the request queue. To make matters even weirder, I also "forwarded" an email with the same 2 attachments to the intake email address, and neither of the attached documents were saved, just a .png from the body of the email. It looks like it is only saving the smallest file? I can't find any settings I can adjust on my end, are there any? Is this something that can be corrected? This will be a big problem for us and our brand new email enabled request queues.

Hi there!We are attempting to migrate our team from another provider to Workfront and one key requirement is to upload .pdf files to comments on a task/card on their board. At present, we can only enable image files (i.e. .png/.jpg) but there is a real need for it to be able to upload .pdfs.I am aware that you can upload documents to a card on a board as well as to the documents section on a task, but this is not a very efficient route, and then it is tricky to reference that specific .pdf in the comment.  They ideally want to stay wholly within the board.Has anyone got any suggestions ? Thanks in advance!

I am running a scenario that is trying to copy a parent task (and it's children) from a Template to a Project. I do not want to copy over all of the tasks from the Template, only specific parent tasks (+ children) based on info on the custom form.Which module/action is best for this?

Hi smart people,Within a task view, I am hoping there is a way to show the field 'Default Baseline Task >> Planned Hours' as red when it is less than the 'Planned Hours'.Any help would be great. 

Is anyone else having this issue? Now that we have external users getting licensed to WOrkfront via the Admin Console they seem to have the ability to request access to Adobe Apps through our system.  It looks like this is an "All or nothing" system setting- eith er all of your users can request access or no user can make requests. I am guessing its through the Adobe CC desktop app and they do not realize they are signed in to our environment... but there should be way for us to control their ability to make non-workfront requests like this. Adobe Admin console support said the system was just designed this way. Is anyone else seeing this or are we doing something that allows this?

I have created an issue request form and I am trying to generate a report from the form.  Two of my fields do not pull the data into the report and the columns are blank even though I have checked there is data in the system.Both are new fields which I created for this form and there are other fields of the same type in the form which do pull the data, one field is a text field and the other is a radio button.  There are other fields of both types in form and the data does pull into report.  Any advice?

Is there a way to view the planned hours for resources in either the Resource Planner or Workload Balancer by the projected start and end dates of a task?Currently, we manually update the planned start and end dates of tasks in our projects to get an accurate view of resource availability, as our task dates often get delayed or shift for various reasons.

We have a stakeholder that is having issues with a project proof. He can see the proof only when we send him a direct link and not if he's logged in. He is setup as follows: Permissions profile: VisitorStatus: ActivatedSetup as a reviewer & approver Anyone have an issue like this before? We want him to be able to see the proof when he is logged in so he can make proof comments.

Hello! I'm trying to build a month-over-month burn report in Workfront, but I can't find the correct fields to generate this data. My objective is to create a monthly report to show the progression of the planned benefit burn. For example, I have a 100k as my planned benefit on a given project. In January, based on the actual hours entered, I burned 10k (showing the remaining 90k). In February, my starting point is 90k, and I burned 20k (showing the remaining 70k) and so forth. How can I proceed here? It's currently just letting me see the current month, and not the progression of the burn.
