I am facing some blockers with the following implementation :-> Once I start the Review Task and assign the topic to be reviewed by a designated reviewer, the reviewer should also have an option to reject the task (in that case an email will be triggered to the author who has initiated the workflow that the item has been rejected by the reviewer along with the comments that the reviewer has put in).Customizing the toolbar in the inbox section is not possible in AEMaaCS is what I have come across - so I am looking into some insights as to how we can modify the ReviewDITAMAP workflow to accordingly have our requirement fit in?OR another idea that came across my mind was to somehow capture the comments section when the reviewer hits complete. Maybe if a comment like Rejected is put in I want to capture that and accordingly send a notification/email to the initiator stating that the workflow has been completed and when he/she opens the notification the comments should show up with "Reje

Hi, I'm trying to create a report that shows a list of projects where both of these conditions are true (using fake ID numbers for the sake of this example):The status of template task ID AAAAA12345 is not Rejected.The status of template task ID 54321ZZZZZ is not Rejected.I know how to filter for each of these in a task report using the standard filter mode, but I only want to see the project name and not the tasks themselves. I suspect this requires using text mode for the filter within a project report, but I'm newer to text mode and I'm having a hard time figuring it out. How can I create this report?

Is there any information if and when AEM On-Premise (AEM 6.5) will support running on Java 17 or later?I do not want to get stuck with Java 11 forever. 😞

We have an AEM page (product.html) that is quite heavy due to a large number of authored components. As a result, only part of the components load during authoring, which affects usability.To work around this, we increased the request size in the main Sling servlet from the default value of 1000 to 2000. This resolved the component loading issue during authoring but its not performance oriented . This page also takes significantly longer to load via the dispatcher URL. we to make it better .I’m looking for best practices or architectural approaches to make the authoring experience smoother and more user-friendly, while also ensuring optimal performance on the dispatcher. Any suggestions to address both concerns would be greatly appreciated.

I have 3 report suites that used the same classification. In the new classification sets, I consolidated these under one classification - the consolidation is complete.Now, when I look for the fields in the classification, with the exception of the key, all the results are 'unspecified' I've waited over 24 hours, thinking it might need to propagate through the data, but nothing. Naturally, this is data we use all the time. What do I have to do to fix this? Do I just need to recreate the classifications for each report suite? I've read through the docs multiple times. Thanks,Christy

Hi all,I am trying to add a column to a task report. It should be an integer, counting the number of issues within the task's project that have a specific value in a custom field. Problem is, there is not an equivalent for count(), and even len() is only applicable to text strings, not a collection (issues within a project). I can filter out the names of all the issues that have that status value, but I only need the count of objects, not the other properties of the objects. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I have a recurring journey that uses batch audience. I have also enabled the option of triggering the journey after batch evaluation. 1) If batch evaluation starts at 2PM PST, how long does the job takes to refresh the audience ?2) If I start my journey at 6PM PST, and specify wait time of 1 hour in "Trigger after batch audience evaluation". Will my journey start by 7 PM PST ?  ThanksAB

Hi all, working on making a connection between Workfront Core (Sandbox instance) and Workfront Proof. I'm trying to set up the connection module in Fusion, but I'm consistently getting a Request Timeout error when I attempt to authenticate.I've double-checked the credentials and endpoints, and everything seems to be configured correctly from my end. I've attached a screenshot for reference in case it helps identify the issue.Has anyone run into this before or can point me in the right direction? Not finding much in the community on this exact error. As javax.servlet dependency has been deprecated we are getting tidelift suggestions to upgrade to jakarta.servlet. However, when we update to that we are getting below error -Error: /apps/runner/_work/jabcd/japp-name/core/pom.xml [0:0]: Class org.ab.web.appname.core.servlet.FetchPDF is not assignable to specified service jakarta.servlet.Servlet Suggestions on this error asking again to revert back to javax.servlet. Just checking has anyone encountered this issue before? What solution has been implemented to address this. Pls share your experience. Thanks. -Nilesh

Multiple users would use one workspace - from different entities (companies)Is it possible that:1. Entity 1 employees see only entity 1 activities1. Entity 2 employees see only entity 2 activities etc Is it possible to do that using one workspace? Can it be done using properties? 

Hi all, We have noticed that our Adobe Target activities only appear when using incognito mode. When accessing the same page in normal browsing mode, the activities do not show up at all. Could anyone help us understand why this might be happening? Thank you!

I'm looking for some examples of reports people are using for proof approvals. What columns are you displaying, anything fun i could be adding in text mode, etc. Our users want reporting but don't do a great job elaborating on what they want to see so hoping some creatives out there have ideas.    I would also like to know which type of reports people are using for proof approvals and the reasoning. I am trying to send over a topic for review to the designated users and I can successfully do that. But the issue is once the reviewer has highlighted any text or may have added comments, it is not visible to me. What exactly am I missing?Also, I would like the reviewer to change the document state to "reviewed"/"approved"/"rejected" (based on the options available) - how to do that? 

I'm trying to use Fusion to identify when the third approver in an approval process is pending approval and automate some updates/custom notifs when true. Unlike other objects in Workfront, however, I can't navigate to the specific object and grab the ID from the URL, or use a custom view to display IDs.

We need to know whether, through the web interface of the author instance, there is a section that allows us to view the license status and, in particular, the expiration date.If the licenses have expired, what happens to the CMS? Hello Marketo Community,My team has created a bounce directory that populates a custom field with the latest bounce category number for each record. However, we've found that this value is missing for many records because the data has been archived. The only way to find this information for archived records is to go into each one individually, check the activity log, find the 'Email Bounce' activity, open it, and then find the bounce category number. This is a very time-consuming process.I'm aware that some activity data can be exported via the Bulk API. I'm trying to figure out if exporting the 'Email Bounce' activity type would also include the bounce category. If so, where exactly can I find this information within the export file?Any guidance or tips on this would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,
