Does anyone have a Workfront project template that they use for Fusion development projects - i.e., project initiation & stakeholders, requirements/discovery, development, UAT testing, sign-off, push to Production, etc.? I can build one, but was hoping for a blueprint or template to get me started.
Any suggestions on how to build the return frequency dimension from Adobe Analytics into CJA? Thanks in advance!
Notice of Deprecation of Forward to Friend functionality As of September 29, 2025, the Forward to a Friend feature in Marketo Engage 2.0 emails will be completely deprecated for all customers. This will affect the Forward to a Friend token and Forward to a Friend links in emails that have already been or will be sent using the token. Why is this deprecation happening? A security vulnerability was found with the Forward to a Friend email URL that could allow an attacker to forward an email they themselves had not received by using an mkt_tok value. While data is not exposed to the attacker or recipient, and recipients of forwarded emails are not subscribed to receive future emails, there is a brand risk and risk of email complaints to ESPs. In addition, this functionality has very low adoption among the Marketo Engage customer base and is not planned to be brought forward into the new Email Designer. How do I know if this deprecation affects me? If your
Hii all, We have a recurring email performance report/deck (made in Excel) I create weekly which has multiple parameters like Number of sends, clicks, etc for each brand we serve and we basically club it against each other to just have a view of different KPI percentages and email volume. I have to manually export weekly and monthly numbers every week and then once exported in excel replace the numbers in the main dashboard since I import a new sheet on every brand. Say 4 brands- 2 exports for each(weekly & month). 8 exports and with marketo being the gOldie it is, takes more than 30 mins to do it and feel it can be automated.Let me know if anyone has a solve.
Hi, I've created a FUSION scenario that listens for Notes being added, and if they are done by certain user groups, and the task/project is in a certain status - it updates that status to be 'Updated by Stakeholder' I'm nearly there but have struggled to clearly identify what object the note is attcahed to - project, task, document attached at project level, document attached at task level. The 'noteObjCode' seems to be right for when the note is attached to a document or task. But when i add a note to a Project - the' noteObjCode' isn't getting set to 'PROJ' I'm having to check - if the documentID and TaskID for the Note are NULL - then I'm assuming it's attached to a Project. Can anyone offer any other help ?
Hello, I would like to modify the default workspace associated with an alert. Why is this not yet possible? Best, Enrique Gonzales
Hi, I am hoping someone has this working, and I think I am close. We have a typeahead field tied to the user object. When we type in the field, it will reference an existing name within Workfront. The field is used on a task. We are trying to use the typeahead field in a report filter to get data about tasks where the field is populated with the name, but filter off the home team of the name within the typeahead field. We have tried:fieldname:ID:homeTeamID=value of the idfieldname:ID:homeTeamID_Mod=in We have triedfieldname:homeTeamID=value of the idfieldname:homeTeamID_Mod=in None of those worked. Bonus points would be instead of the ID to use $$USER.homeTeamID
Hello, Does anyone know the proper way to track screenviews in a mobile sdk implementation? We are using edge, datastreams, and schemas. We need to track screenviews and clicks in adobe analytics.I see the recommended event types for web clicks and web pageviews in the documentation, but nothing for mobile. We successfully see our props and eVars in the report suite, but no "visits" or "pageviews"- Should I follow the event type recommendations for web?- Do I have to send an event, such as event1 to get a screenview?
If you delete a project it is permanent. Adobe should implement a 30 day recycle bin where you can restore your deleted projects.
Hi Team, I am currently working on creating a CJA dashboard for B2B Buying Group level reporting and Opportunity Funnel analysis. I have set up the schemas with relationships and created the datasets(with 10 records) before establishing the connection in CJA, with optional containers enabled for Opportunity and Buying Group. The connection details are provided in the screenshots below.Unfortunately, the backfill processing for the profile dataset (person) has failed, and the backfill for the lookup and event datasets has been ongoing for more than 3 to 4 days. I have reviewed the audit logs related to the connection but couldn't identify the root cause.Has anyone implemented a similar use case and encountered these issues? Could the complexity of having numerous schema relationships in the dataset be contributing to this problem? Schema with fields Schema Relationship Sample data Connection details: Audit logs:

I have set up a cron-based alarm trigger for my action as follows:category-erp:license: Apache-2.0actions:$include: ./actions/category/erp/actions.config.yamltriggers:eachMidNight:feed: /whisk.system/alarms/alarminputs:cron: 0 0 * * *timezone: ISTrules:nscategorysync:trigger: eachMidNightaction: categorysync I’ve explicitly set the timezone to IST, but after deploying the app, the function is still triggering at UTC midnight instead of IST midnight. The logs written to my SFTP confirm this, with timestamps like:{"message": "Body Parts, Bar, Bars All level Matched", "syncTime": "2025-08-06 00:00:31"}Additionally, even when I update the cron expression (e.g., '*/2 1-4 * * *') from (* * * * *), it continues to run at the same UTC-based schedule.Does Adobe App Builder only support UTC-based cron triggers despite the inputs specifying a timezone like IST? If not, is there a way to configure the timezone so the action can be executed in IST?
I'm trying to integrate Admin UI SDK into our Adobe Commerce instance while following the official docs. While trying to test the integration using the provided sample app, I'm running into the following issue: As a result, I don't see the sample app in the admin section of Adobe Commerce. This is the code that registers the extension, it's from the sample app: /* * Copyright 2022 Adobe * All Rights Reserved. * * NOTICE: All information contained herein is, and remains * the property of Adobe and its suppliers, if any. Hi Community, I found in the documentation that: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/knowledgebase/when-does-marketo-seo-update/ta-p/250529- Website crawl happens weekly- Keyword rankings are updated weekly- Link data updates once a month- Operational updates usually occur between 12am–2am Central Time This helps, but I still have a question:- For the weekly updates, is there a specific day of the week when the refresh always occurs?- For the monthly updates (link data), is it tied to a specific date (e.g., the 1st of every month) or does it vary?I’d like to understand this more clearly to plan our reporting cadence.Any clarification or user experience sharing would be appreciated! Thanks a lot.

In the world of customer experience, delivering the right message at the right time is crucial. Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) empowers marketers to orchestrate highly personalized customer journeys, but understanding when and how a profile enters and exits a journey can make all the difference between success and missed opportunities. In this blog, we'll dive deep into the journey entry and exit criteria — what they are, why they matter, and best practices for configuring them effectively. Real-World Examples of Journey Entry and Exit 1. Welcome Campaign for New Subscribers Entry: Profiles enter the journey when they subscribe to a newsletter. Exit: Profiles exit once they have completed a welcome series of emails or after a set time if they do not engage. Benefit: Ensures new subscribers receive timely onboarding while avoiding repetitive messaging. 2. Abandoned Cart Recovery Entry: Customers enter the journey if they add items to a cart but do not complete checkout within 24 hou

Hello,I'm currently working on a project using X-walk and the Universal Editor and have a question regarding how sheets are handled.Does the Experience Delivery Service (EDS) support only one sheet per type (e.g., taxonomy, metadata) for an entire project? When I try to create mappings for a second sheet of a specific type (for example, a second metadata sheet named metadata2 or a second taxonomy sheet), publishing it to the EDS fails to generate a json file, resulting in a 404 error.I’ve also read in the documentation that using a shared- prefix might be a solution, but this approach does not seem to work with X-walk either. If X-walk projects are indeed limited to a single sheet per type, is there another recommended approach to implement page-specific sheets within the EDS? Thanks in advance for any insights you can provide!
How do you see the heat map or hot clicks for trigger campaigns? I can only see it for adhoc campaigns that have been sent.
Hi Folks, Im wondering what reporting people have for monitoring the "health" of their request queues? Things like - time from request submitted to opened (change status from new i guess?)?time from opened to closed/resolved?time from opened to converted to project?Assignment of OPEN/active requestsassignment of resolved/closed requests. Any other breakdowns or KPIs that youve found helpful or interesting to look at! Thanks community!
Hello all,I know in a multi-tenant AEMaaCS setup, each tenant’s code can be included as a Git submodule within a main repository, and dispatcher configurations can be customized per tenant. However, I’m looking for best practices: How can I manage tenant-specific dispatcher configurations (like cache rules, filters, and vhosts) to ensure proper isolation between tenants while maintaining a shared deployment pipeline?
