Hello, I have built a layout template and assigned it to a couple users. However, the "Home Workspace" does not show as designed for the assigned template. I am a system administrator so the layout template I apply should override and take priority. I even changed the individual user's layout template to the template I created yet the home workspace still does not match. This seems to be an issue with the "Home Workspace" as all other objects have updated. Is this an ongoing issue with the new Home Workspace, has this been fixed yet?

Anyone know of a way to pull data from a Task Custom Field into a Project Custom Field using a Calculated Field? Thanks!

Hello,I'm trying to create a report in WF Global that shows the total hours an employee has entered in a month for a project, without showing entry by entry. So, for example, I'd like to see:Project 123456 - Employee John Doe - Month June 2025 - Total hours 56 I've tried using the Total Hours option, but it still shows time entry by time entry. How could I force the report o summarize by month not using Matrix? Thanks.

HiI want to send data from my subdomain where GA4 tag and data Layer is implemented to my Adobe analytics which is implemented on my main domain site.Is it possible to do so? If yes, can someone please explain steps to do the implementations properly.I know an extension from Acronym is available, but I am not sure it sends accurate data and how to properly setup it. Any help will be appreciated. 

Hello! Is there any way to use a status again after it is deleted? It doesn't let you change the key or the equates with, so we deleted it and figured we could add it back and now I am seeing that is not doable. We want to use the status, but with a different key and different equates with. Any word on if this is going to be doable in the future?? 

Hi team, I'm seeing lot of cases where a push notification is excluded, and in the corresponding message.feedback event, the pushPlatform is listed as APNS, even though the profile has FCM as the push platform.Do you know why there's a mismatch between the platform in the feedback event and the one stored in the profile?       

We are currently using an on-premises AEM instance. As a best practice, we typically remove two publishers from the load balancer, deploy the code packages to them, and then repeat the process for the remaining publishers. This helps avoid user impact or traffic disruption. However, this approach is slow and challenging to automate through a CI/CD pipeline.We're considering deploying to all publishers simultaneously to streamline the process. Are there any risks associated with this approach? Additionally, how can we ensure that user traffic remains unaffected during bundle restarts following the deployment?

Dear All, We are migrating AEM 6.5 to AEM cloud. We saw below error log in the maven build Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-enforcer-plugin:1.4.1:enforce (enforce-maven) on project We have updated the java 11 as shown below. Hello,We’ve encountered an issue with the existing custom workflow. Whenever we select the payload (page/assets) and trigger the workflow, the selected payload is not attached. We have to manually use the "Add Content" option to include the assets.Could someone confirm if this might be due to permission-related issues or something else? I couldn’t find any useful information in the logs. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

Hi Community, I am trying to do a task where I have created 3 sets of users and 3 sets of groups, each with a user. I have certain sets of permissions for each of these group of users - specifically for modifications of webpages within the website. However I am unable to add these ACL permissions programmatically, even after committing via git commands the permission policy nodes are not getting created. This is leading me to manually provide permissions to users everytime I login using a specific user. Can anyone let me know on how can this be acheived.

I have been trying to get the WKND website working on my AEM instance, however it shows error in the bundles and the pages are appearing blank. I tried debugging the issue and discovered that the bundles are in installed state. It shows the below errors:I tried updating the uber jar as well but still the error persists. The bundle is built successfully and no other errors are appearing during the build. Also while checking the pom.xml I came across this property which I'm not sure is correct for the aem 6.5 version:I am currently using the AEM 6.5.20 version , along with service package 6.5.20 and uber jar version mentioned in pom is 6.5.20 as well. Hello,I need to import html files as visual fragments and make certain elements editable so that marketers who don't know how to code can use them. For some reason, the images and buttons work great after importing and converting the html to be more AJO compatible. However, I'm not able to make the text elements (heading, paragraph) editable. It seems strange that AJO would be able to make images and buttons editable but has trouble with text. In the past, I used LiveCycle, and then in 2018, I switched to AEM Form Designer, the standalone version. I now need to make changes to those forms that were built. I spoke to an Adobe representative who told me that I should still have access since I paid the $299. I have proof of purchase, and my account also reflects that I paid. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get help?

For a while, my team and I have been seeing some of our global approval paths updating into private approval processes in setup. We setup our global approval processes by creating approval paths with generic job roles, then we attach those onto tasks in our templates. From there, our project managers will create projects from those templates and edit the approval process and assign them to the correct users. Every once in a while, we'll find a converted approval path in setup. Our project managers haven't seen anything out in the ordinary when updating as well. I've read the documentation about editing approval paths and it says it should only impact the object it's attached to. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar to this situation and if this is normal behavior? 

I created an hours report that breaks down hours by hour type in separate columns. Is it possible to sum each column? Consider I have 2 components (both of them footer section) cq_dialog of footer has 3 fields 1) Title 2) Content 3) Image How do I share the cq_dialog between my 2 components. Is there any other way than direct copy pasting stuff

Hi, Our end users make use of the Alert workflow activity. This is however located in Administration > Campaign Management > Technical Delivery Templates folder which most end users won't have access to and therefore if they try to use the Alert activity it fails due to lack of permissions. Is there a way to allow access to this and similar Technical Delivery Templates? Or is it a case of moving it elsewhere? 

We are using AEM 6.5.21 for an Adaptive Forms–only project (no Sites or DAM setup).In the wizard layout, we're trying to add a custom component (dmaftitle) using this code:<sly data-sly-resource="${resource @ resourceType='dmaf/components/dmaftitle'}"></sly>The component shows up in the form, but we can’t author or edit it in the Touch UI editor.How can we make this custom component authorable inside the wizard component, just like the standard Adaptive Form components?

Hi everyone, I'm working with the Interactive Media (image) component in AEM Dynamic Media, and I've run into an issue I can't quite solve. I'm trying to display an image and manually entering the height and width in the dialog. Everything works fine until I increase the height and width values beyond a certain point. When the dimensions are slightly larger, the image simply does not load. Instead, I get a blank white canvas with no error message or indication of what went wrong. Would appreciate any help, thank you!

Hi, I am experiencing a problem using CIF, I am using CategoryRetriever from ProductList to query the list of attributes I need to display on a page. When in the getCategory query I receive even a single attribute to null in response, the MagentoGraphqlClient class throws an exception when executing the call. this is the exception:com.shopify.graphql.support.SchemaViolationError: Invalid value null for field CategoryTree.application_for Is there any way to handle calls with nullable attributes?maybe some CIF configuration. thanks in advance.  

Assuming my stack is AEP + AT. I know how to make that audience and share it with Target. But you can share only Profile Attributes. However how would you access product details in order to display this product in Experience Targeting using Target?My ideas:1. Save this into Local Storage2. Save this into Data Layer Do you have any other ideas?

I am trying to build a report that pulls the number of projects a user was assigned to rather than the number of individual tasks within a project. I've tried a project, task, and assignment report but I cannot seem to get it to function correctly.  Example: A chart that shows how many projects each user on Designer Team was assigned to this year -- NOT how many tasks they completed. Has anyone successfully built something similar or is this not possible to do? Thanks in advance!
