Hi all, I was wondering if it's possible to request from Marketo Support a Workspace copy from a Marketo Production instance into a new Marketo sandbox? Similar to the instance copy (as mentioned on this Marketo docs page) except for a single Workspace to be copied across rather than the entire production instance. This is because of a huge, long standing Marketo production instance, where we don't want the entire instance to be copied over, just one Workspace which houses the main operations is ideal to copy across. I'm aware of the Import Program feature, in this scenario the one Workspace we'd like to copy across has dozens of operational programs. So it would be very time consuming to go down this route.Anyone know if this is possible to request? Thanks.

Does anyone know how to edit and rearrange the order of the audience/experience waterfall within an activity in the new UI?? Previously you could hold and drag them into a new order on the 'edit targeting' tab within the activity edit screen.

Hi, I'm currently testing In-App messaging and the In-App works correctly when triggered through a Campaign, but not when triggered through a Journey, even though I'm using the same event trigger (application.launch) in both cases. In the Journey, the event is triggered successfully and the profile enters the In-App step, but the message never displays on the device. There are no errors shown, and the message works as expected when tested via Campaign. Has anyone experienced this behavior? Are there specific considerations or limitations when using In-App within Journeys versus Campaigns? 

Hello.I am receiving a daily report in pdf format as a report builder for Adobe Analytics. Today, I received the report in Excel, not in pdf format. With the warning below"The transition to adobe acrobat format was not completed within 15 minutes. This resulted in the file being in its original format." Please help if you know how to improve the error below.Thank you.

Hi everyone.I'm using Adobe Campaign Classic v8.5.2 and looking to provide clients with view-only access. They need to monitor campaign metrics – such as delivery performance, unsubscribes, and workflow status – but they don't necessarily need to have the access to edit, create, or delete any workflows or assets.Is there a way to configure such restricted access – possibly through operator roles or custom permissions?Appreciate any guidance. I have created a Calculated metric for a particular dimension using the function approximate distinct count. but the dimension count and the calculated metric do not match. jus wanted to check the reasons behind the same.    

After successfully using proof URL's in a report for well over a year, they suddenly stopped working yesterday for my users.They now come up with a message:You do not have permission to view this proof. Ask the proof owner to add you to the workflow.This is not practical in our 100's per day scenario, and has as I say been working fine.We've made no changes to Workfront or users and these are the same users that have been active over the past year enjoying this facility.Has something changed in Workfront ?

I am trying to create a calculated field for a series of Tasks. If the Task name Contains the number "1" I need it to display a date from the Project custom form.I was able to return a True/False result using CONTAINS and I have been able to display the date without a condition but when combining the IF and CONTAINS functions I am getting no result.Here is my expression - can anyone help?IF(CONTAINS({name},"1"),{DE:UKI - Bet Offer 1 Banner Live Start Date & Time},"")

Hi,We are using the Opt-in/Opt-out feature of AEP WebSDK, where the consent is stored in the kndctr_<ORG_ID>_consent cookie at the domain level. However, we have cookie banners implemented at the subdomain level and even at the country-specific level, which is causing some challenges.For example, we have a cookie banner on www.xyz.com. After giving consent, the cookie kndctr_<ORG_ID>_consent=general=in is stored at the .xyz.com domain level. Now, if the user navigates to stg.xyz.com, the same consent cookie is used and server calls are triggered even though stg.xyz.com has a separate cookie banner because the domain is still .xyz.com.Another case is that we have different cookie banners based on countries, such as www.xyz.com/ie and www.xyz.com/de. If a user visits one of these and gives consent, and then visits the other, server calls are made due to the shared domain .xyz.com.One solution we considered was to manually configure the cookie domain based on the cookie banner

Yes, we know the current page Scroll Depth Tracking is present default while we using plugins, but these values are captured on the next page only. But We are required to implement Scroll Depth Tracking for the current page, if the customer is reached a particular percentage then we need to fire the events and need to capture the element values in eVar. We have single-page applications & more dependency on other teams.     

What happens to the logs after 90 days in audit logs? Are they completely deleted or archived? Also, is it possible to somehow pull them back if unavailable?

Hi All,I'm attempting to export a task form but I want to prevent certain fields from appearing in the export to pdf.  How could I go about concealing certain fields from displaying in an export file?

I'm having trouble getting a user wildcard to work in a valueexpression within a nested list statement.
