Hi, We would like to implement functionality to send Adobe Campaign alerts to a Microsoft Teams channel via webhook: Create an Incoming Webhook - Teams | Microsoft Learn How can we edit the under-the-hood functionality of the "alert" activity and the workflow supervisor "alert" for workflow failures to add a condition which triggers a webhook message via javascript? Where is the "alert" activity executed / where is the functionality stored, and is it editable?Has anyone successfully done this?Thanks,Skyler

Hi everyone,I'm trying to download a large asset (around 40GB) from Adobe Experience Cloud. However, after downloading approximately 1GB, the process fails with a "connection lost" error — even though my internet connection remains stable and uninterrupted. I’ve tested this on both Safari and Chrome, and the issue persists in both browsers.I also tried using download managers (such as IDM and Free Download Manager), but they either fail to capture the link properly or still encounter the same interruption.Is there a recommended method for downloading large files from Adobe Experience Cloud?Would using a desktop application like Adobe Bridge help in this situation?Alternatively, is it possible to split the asset into smaller parts for easier download?I'd really appreciate any insights or suggestions from those who’ve experienced a similar issue.Thanks in advance!

Hello, We have the Qualtrics survey for our support website and we wanted to integrate the survey with AA. We have followed all the steps from the below link:https://www.qualtrics.com/support/integrations/adobe-analytics-integration/We now, are successfully receiving survey responses along with response IDs that are getting captured in a specified variable that we defined. However, we are not able to get the context data/dimension mapping done. For ex: we cannot break the survey by country. language, page, product, etc. Qualtrics Engineering team confirmed that everything appeared to be correctly configured on their end. They advised that the next step would be to contact Adobe Support for further context Please help to understand if we need processing rules that need to be implemented, if yes, how to do that? Also, if there are some other troubleshooting step that we can explore?

We are currently migrating from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and would like to request support in enabling identity stitching for our setup. Our Setup: We operate a B2B lead-generation website. AEP Web SDK is implemented, and ECID is generated for all page views. Email is captured only at the time of lead form submission. We will soon be integrating Marketo and Salesforce data into Adobe Experience Platform using the RTCDP B2B schema, which will also feed into CJA.  Our Objective: Stitch anonymous ECID-based behavior with the email identity once it becomes available via lead form submission. Enable reporting in CJA that shows a complete view of the customer journey — from anonymous engagement to form submission. Avoid increasing profile counts in RTCDP based solely on ECID-based anonymous traffic (we do not want ECID-only visitors to create full profiles). Ensure that profile qualification only happens when a

When searching in AEM Guides (on-prem, v4.6, UUID) for a specific file name GUID, the result returns every instance that GUID is conref-ed to in addition to the master file we are searching for. Is there a way to separate the search results into a list of file names/titles using the search phrase AND then into a list of files where the search phrase appears within the content? For example, when searching within our repository for file name GUID-B2A00D10-2503-48FA-928C-8D84F08CBA0F, 400+ results appear because this was one of our master files that many other topics conref to. The existing filters do not allow for a separation of file name/GUID vs content within a file. Is that possibly a future feature? Can the filters be customized? (I saw an answer from 7/2/25 that mentioned filters may be customizable in version 5.1 or whatever the Q3 2025 release is going to be.)

Issue:   We are needing to display all the documents in program and for the associated projects so there is a single source for our Program/Project Managers to view the appropriate information.      Is this possible to display all documents associated with a program/project? Scenario/Question 1: In the Documents link on the program, this appears to only display the Program level documents and nothing else.  Is there a way to turn on the ability to display downstream project/task documents here, similar to how task documents show on a project Documents area? Scenario/Question 2: Is there a way to display the dashboard with a report that filters the results? Created and applied a dashboard/report on a programAll projects/programs are showing up in this report instead of just the program specific projects and a notice that says the report can't be filtered by program.  (Image attached)We could create a prompt, but that would then requ

Hi all!I'm customizing my project task-level view. I know that I can change the color of a parent or grandparent task's row by setting conditional formatting (task's Number of Children > 0). However, I'm looking to set parents and grandparents to different colors. The Number of Children variable tells you how many subtasks there are... not useful here. I need a variable that denotes the "level" of a task (ex. task=1, parent=2, grandparent=3, greatgrandparent=4). I'm fairly comfortable with text mode and API basics but just can't figure this one out 😞Extra credit portion: Ideally I'd like to flip parent+ task rows into white text on dark backgrounds, but rich text fields don't change color. Hi there, My understanding is that any newly created segments will need to wait for the next segment evaluation time in order to be used for activation/AJO. Is there a minimal time that the segment need to be created prior to the evaluation time in order to be used? For example, the new segment need to be created at least 3-4 hours before global segment evaluation time to be used. Second, there are always urgent/last minute requests from marketing teams to create and target a segment asap, say in the next few hours. If the segment wasn't planned and wasn't created, how do we handle those situations? Regardless if the segment is batch/streaming/edge, sounds like to me it still needs to wait for the segment evaluation time (typically tomorrow), which is extremely inconvenient at critical times. Is there an emergency process we can follow (e.g call this and that api) and the new segment can be used in the new few hours. Thanks.

Hello! We recently set up the ZoomInfo integration with Marketo and are creating nurtures and pushing ZoomInfo lists into those campaigns. We try to limit the size of the lists so that we're not sending a large volume of emails. Sometimes, however, a member on our marketing team will create a larger list in Zoominfo and they want to break the list up so we're not sending it all at once. So we do this manually and bypass the integration and download the list, break it into multiples lists, and these static lists into the campaign over the course of a month or so. The question has come up - is there a better way to handle these larger lists? Is there a way to basically throttle the list so that it doesn't all go out at once, but we can pull parts of it on a weekly basis? Any insight from anyone that's run ZI campaigns in campaigns via Marketo is appreciated! Thanks,Dan

Hi All,I'm calling for Black Belt Fusion experts, hoping for help with resolving this mystery. I have a custom form (with loads of fields) on the Issue object in WF. I have a Fusion Scenario that I need to run when one of these fields (FIELD2) is updated on an existing issue, or a new issue is created with this field populated.The filters defined for the webhook look like this:Record type: Issue State: New state Filters: DE:FIELD1 EQUAL Yes AND DE:FIELD2 Changed AND connection updates included Record Origin: New and Updated Records When I CREATE a new issue that matches the filters, 2 events are fired: one "CREATE" and one "UPDATE" event. So my scenario runs twice and I can't figure out why.The Fusion scenario does not update FIELD2, so the 2nd event is not triggered by Fusion itself. I checked the data in the output bundle of the "Watch event" Fusion module in both runs and found the following:- The "newState" data is exactly the same in the CREATE event and in th

Whenever we have an error, we call a webhook to store the error in Workfront, so we can track the errors. However, if we use the retry error handler, we get duplicate errors. We would like to identify these duplicates and ignore them. The execution ID increments, so we can't use that value to see if an error is a duplicate. We don't know of any other ID variable to tie these executions together. We need some way to know if an execution is a RETRY of a previous execution. Any ideas welcome!
