We’re about to show you how you can, in less than an hour, create a best-in-class Net Promoter Score program in Marketo that will find your champions and detractors alike. The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an amazing way to determine customer loyalty. Webhooks are a great way for Marketo to interact with external systems and interfaces. Common use cases include leveraging 3rd party interfaces for de duplication, to enrich lead data, and to send SMS messages. Here's an example of doing the latter leveraging Twilio, a Launchpoint partner of Marketo. The documentation for sending SMS messages for Twilio is also available.Side note: Launchpoint is a thriving ecosystem of corporate partners that are actively developing solutions that complement the Marketo Platform. It's worth a look!First...sign up for a Twilio account, taking note of your authentication token, you'll need that for sending your SMS.Next up, create your webhook. Head over to Admin --> Integration --> Webhooks and click "new"Webhook Name: Twilio WebhookDescription: Send an SMSURL: %AccountSID%:%AuthToken%@api.twilio.com/2010-04-01/Accounts/%%AuthToken%@api.twilio.com/2010-04-01/Accounts/%AccountSID%/Messages.json (note you'll have to replace "Account SID" and

I have been a global Workfront admin for 7 years. I am not very familiar with text mode, I have cobbled together a couple of things that work with a combination of cut / paste and trial and error.Do you feel that it is fair for Adobe to lock away so much power exclusively behind text mode? It is impossible to report on elements more than '3 hops' from the origin object, so in order to build such a report you have to use text mode. This is just one singular example, there are many other ways to use text mode to do things. From my perspective, I wish the Workfront tool was more developed so that we don't have to rely on text mode reporting for the truly advanced features. My previous job experience in graphic design, printing, prepress, etc is because I hate writing code.I do not have enough time or inclination to learn all of the various API calls, object limits, syntaxes, etc - I have another system to manage in addition to Workfront. I feel like Adobe is a
As vendors go, Adobe is pretty customer friendly. They want to make you happy. They have a lot of support channels, one of which is Customer Care. This is Adobe’s help desk. It's tempting to think of customer service interactions as simply one-way transactions. Instead, you want to see Customer Care as your ally. You want to help them help you. When working with Customer Care (or any customer service) here are three things that I think will support your interaction with them:Do your homework.Ask clear questions.Be patient. Please chime in with your own thoughts.Do Your HomeworkGather all the information you will need to work with Customer Care. This will make your interaction with Customer Care go a lot more smoothly. Remember, Customer Care does not know your data architecture or your specific implementation. The information you provide will help Customer Care with the context and detail needed to answer your question. Before engaging Customer Care, try to answer the question yourse

Bulk deletion of Forms portal Submissions by Pankaj Girotra Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 Forms provides multiple form submission options, one of which is the Forms Portal. By default, Forms Portal stores submission data in the AEM's CRXDE repository. Although this approach isn't recommended by Adobe, numerous organizations still rely on this built-in feature for their form submissions. When an organization stores their Forms Portal data in CRXDE, it gets stored internally on the file system. As submissions pile up over time, this can lead to low disk space issues. AEM Administrators can use the delete action of of Form Portal's the Draft & Submission component to remove these submission. The action actually hides the submissions instead of deleting the actual data node. This is as per design to keep the submissions on the system for auditing. This leaves AEM Forms Administrators with the tedious and error-prone task of manually locating and deleting these nodes
