Hi all,We need to create a custom token with custom object fields in order to push this data by a webhook. We're trying to preserve our API quota. Is this possible? I'm able to create an email script token to pull in the fields but it's only at program level. Am I doing this wrong?

Hi, I'm currently looking for resources on setting up a structure in AEM sites to have old content (pages or sites) be removed from sites. However, I like to do this in a 30/60/90 day process. On any of these marker dates we can then remove for good. I'm looking for ways to safely archieve content whether it be AEM PROD pages or Assets, but if pages were mistakenly deleted or archieved we can bring them back either with a restore or from the archieve folder.  I see when an author and we go to delete pages do get the prompt to archieve pages. I would like to use this feature in AEM but need guidence on how to do so or provide access to the archieve portion of AEM.  I like to reduce the risk of unmistakenly delete content. So, I like to use the AEM Plateform to try and safegaurd or place a check in goverance on page removals.  I'm open to suggestions if you feel a workflow to move pages that need to deleted after a set period of time, Or a folder s

Hey Team, is there a way to customize the "name" that comes out when you send a proof? It comes from a generic email address, we were hoping instead of our name it would just say "our company name Proofing" or something like that? Any ideas? thanks! 

My current organization is transitioning from Meridian LMS to Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), while continuing to use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). As an LMS Specialist, I’ve primarily worked with Meridian and have limited experience with Adobe products. I’ve now been tasked with integrating ALM with AEM, and I’m looking for documentation, guidance, or best practices to successfully achieve this integration.

I'm finding some bugs in split activty. First one, even when it says exclusion, it is not. I've to recheck it.  But later, it feels like the schema isn't really added. When I come back to the split, if I press Previous, it shows me another shcema (The database one) And if i execute, it gives an error of missmatching schemas (X schema to  '', empty).  Anyone knows why is this happening? I have created a custom property and added it to the file properties (Metadata Schema Form Editor)The custom property list was added to /libs/fmdita/config/metadataListThis made the list available in the Map Console > Advanced > File Properties dropdown.I selected each of the property from the dropdown and generated an output.However, this selection does not seem to have any impact on the metadata that is available in the output. The list is simply not picked up! Can you help me understand the behaviour? And also, help me with the any configuration that needs to be set to get the custom metadata tags propagated to the output?

Hi All, I am trying to set up universal editor in my local and usinig AEM Cloud Service SDK (aem-sdk-2025.9.22758.20250928T092442Z-250900) for local development.I have done below set upAEM - http running on port 4502AEM - https running on port 8443Local universal editor service running on port 8000Trusted the local certificate in the browser for self signed certificatesThe problem I am facing is,when I try to load AEM page running on https (port 8443) inside universal editor, it gives this error "Blocked autofocusing on a <input> element in a cross-origin subframe." I followed whats mentioned in this document - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/developing/universal-editor/developer-overview?lang=en for same site cookie settings but it doesn't help and I continue getting the cross origin error. Hi, We are using a Salesforce Commerce experience with a non-Marketo form, which creates leads in Salesforce, which then sync over to Marketo. However, no Marketo web visit data is being collected, so I'm looking to use the Push Lead to Marketo endpoint to send the submission to Marketo and tie it to the web visit data being collected by Munchkin (already installed on the commerce site). How do I do this to avoid conflicts with the same lead being created in both systems?Can I just associate the lead that is initially created in SF with the munchkin cookie somehow? Thanks!

I realize from https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/using-cloud-manager/custom-domain-names/introduction that creating a custom domain in Cloud Manager is not possible for the authoring environment.Does anyone have a suggestion on an alternate option if we preferred to have a 'Vanity URL' for access to our authoring environment?(ie: author.company.com vs author-p000000-e0000000.adobeaemcloud.com)I have tried DNS CNAME records to point to author-p000000-e0000000.adobeaemcloud.com, but that of course does not work...My only other thought was to have the CNAME record point to a local web instance, and create an http redirect from there, but I'm trying to avoid the multiple hoops.Any other ideas appreciated.Thank you.

It might sound as a stupid question but, is there any way that can I track what visitors from Adobe Campaign did on the website without using UTMs? So far all I could get where the Campaign Dimensions, but I can't do much with those or maybe I'm doing something wrong.

In AEM as cloud.Up until Tuesday, October 28th, all our custom workflows, including those with dynamic participant steps, were functioning as expected. However, starting from October 31st, we noticed that these workflows are failing to complete at the user-input steps in both the DEV and QA environments. Interestingly, we did not observe any project-specific errors in the logs.It's worth noting that this issue is not occurring in our Stage and PROD environments, where all workflows are running smoothly. After some investigation, we found a disparity in the SDK versions being used across the environments. In DEV and QA, the SDK version is 2025.10.23122.20251023T134343Z, whereas in Stage and PROD, the SDK version is 2025.10.22943.20251009T135918Z. Moreover, replicating the issue locally with the SDK version 2025.10.23122.20251023T134343Z yielded the same problem.Please suggest any quick actions from our side. 

We have multiple development environments in AEM cloud. In the UI, they all show "dev" in the green icon at the top left.This can be easily confusing. How can this be changed to match the name of the environment, e.g. "qa" or whatever we use as a custom environment name?

Hi Everyone, How to provide a preview experience (or a WYSIWIG editor) for a native mobile app that uses AEM headless for content delivery? Content is authored on 'AEM sites' pages using core components that expose data as .model.json For an SPA or a web app, using the SPA editor or universal editor makes this possible. But how to approach this for a brand that has only native apps and no web presence?Please recommend any possible or recommended approaches that you might have encounteredThanks in advance!
