We would like to see in a future iteration of the new project Metrics functionality, an ability to modularly turn off data pertaining to tasks, for intake queues. As we frequently leverage designated intake queues solely for issue/request routing purposes, information pertaining to completed/incomplete tasks is not relevant in these scenarios. This is a great feature, but it should be modularly customizable depending on use case.Ideal state (or some equivalent solution):Project Metrics configuration menu:Show project metrics for tasks and issues (shows all data)Also provides ability to toggle between showing only task or only issue data, and provides the ability to configure one or the other as a default view.Show project metrics for issues only (shows only issue data)Show project metrics for tasks only (shows only task data)
Add the option to notify users when they are unassigned (removed) from any type of workflow object; projects, tasks, requests, proofs, etc.As of right now, there is no way for a user to be notified if they are unassigned from any type of workflow object in Workfront. You can be a project sponsor, assigned to a task, and later unassigned from a task but there is no way for the system to notify you that you have been unassigned. Same with requests - you can be assigned a request, unassigned, and you will not receive a notification that you were removed.I tested this in multiple ways, once specifically in real time. When I was assigned to a task I received a notification saying such. When I was removed from that same task, not only was I not notified, but the notification saying I was previously assigned was removed from my user notification list. The history was removed. Essentially, Workfront is behaving as though being unassigned (removed) from an object is equivalent to never having b
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Published Status Visualization with colours Use-case: People with access to an AEM author should be able to be quick in recognizing a node as “never published”, “published”, “unpublished”, “modified” and/or “locked”. This should be true in each of the view modes, “Card View”, “Column View” and “List View”. Current/Experienced Behavior: a) In Column View, there user has no possibility to get a quick view of the published states. The status of a single file can be verified only when clicking it. b) in Card View a user can see the published status but also does not easily detect whether a node is published or unpublished – although the cards can vary in size in case they need to show more meta data. c) In “List View” a user gets the only possibility to get a pretty quick view of the matter, although – as said earlier – the different icons look pretty alike. Improved/Expected Behavior: If the three view modes would be enriched with co
In segment builder, we have fiew options such as "equals", "contains", "contains all of", "contains any of", "start with", etc. but there is no RegEx and no "equals any of"...Here is my problem:I have a prop or an eVar containing an id. I want to filter on this prop or eVar to have only a list of specific ids.I can't use "equals" and the "OR" operator because the list is too long and I can't add the ids one by one.I can't use "contains any of" because it's ids, so if I enter "id contains any of 42, 1804, 23", it will return 42, 1804 and 23, but also every id containing those numbers!!! (ex. 425 because it contains 42, 623 because it contains 23, 1000018040002. because it contains 1804)So I need a "equals any of" that would be an automatic combination of "equals" and OR, in order to match exactly the list.I guess this would be useful for many users that could be in the same trouble I am.
If Ad Hoc is going to die then Workspace needs to be an acceptable replacement. It is already better in many ways, but not good enough.I hear 50,000 rows is coming. Good. But we NEED the ability to send via FTP (and sFTP). We cannot stop using Ad Hoc until this happens (workbench is not an option for a lot of segments).
Similar to the update for the 22.3 release, it would be great to be able to customize the header view on the task level in a project. Our team members would like to see their Project Owners at the task level (our production/traffic team) and currently this is only viewable/searchable in the project details or project view.
Description -Why is this feature important to you - On Daily basis we are moving 4 Extracts(Transaction, store, customer,Product) to Adobe storage. While sending extracts to Adobe storage, we used to connect to Adobe storage manually and Delete those extracts once Archived to refresh with the new set of extracts(files). Since it is happening on daily basis and that to manually we have requested you for any possibility of Archiving files once Ingestion is completed rather deleting it manually by our team.Adobe Azure storage path- https://4fbd3ac440stg.blob.core.windows.net/cdp Extracts name-Customer_Profile.csvProduct_Lookup.csvStore_Lookup.csvTransaction.csv ingesting data happening at 3am(BST) and 3pm(BST).How would you like the feature to work - it should work like once your ingestion is completed files should be moved to Archive folder (i mean once ingestion is completed files should be deleted after moving to Archive folder)Current Behaviour - We are deleti
In the classic version when a task was set for high priority there was a red flag to visually denote. In the new task list you have to click into each to see the priority. We need the visual identity back to get work done faster.
Description - Logic update to Cart Based criteria to loop through the products in your cart (up to 10) and display a single recommendation for each, then loop through again and display another recommended item. Why is this feature important to you -This would allow representation for multiple carted items in the recommendation slots. By alternating the recommendations will allow the customer to see recommendations for multiple carted products before advancing through the slots. How would you like the feature to work -Update logic to loop through the products in your cart (up to 10) and display a single recommendation for each, then loop through again and display recommended item. The process would keep repeating until all slots are filled. Current Behaviour -“Cart Based” criteria currently returns recommendations for up to 10 items in your cart. It returns all recommendations for 1 item before moving to the next item.
Hi, Please create a solution to filter the link scanner issue from the reports so we can see the actual numbers from a campaign. Each email campaign receives extremely high number of clicks which are recorded even before an email is delivered. This is causing trouble in internal strategy and engagement. This needs to be fixed. Please give a solution to filter link scanner counts from the reporting and the lists. Thanks
Right now, only current projects are considered in the Agile board. Kindly enhance to include projects not yet in current. This will allow us to include in our planning the stories from projects not yet current.
There are many occasions where I need to check the composition of a smart list (for example, what % of a list is CRM leads vs contacts). Currently, to do this, I either need to modify the smart list multiple times to get a count of each field value, or export to excel to do analysis that way. I would love to be able to view simple charts of data values on a smart list for on-the-fly analysis.
Currently, only a single user can be selected in the User Typeahead. We would like to have a toggle on the field to allow multiple user selection, or enforce single value only.
It would avoid accidental data lost to add a warning when clicking Cancel or anywhere outside of a pop window such as New Task, New Issue, etc., since currently the behavior is that everything is lost instantly without warning and the user has to restart from scratch the creation of the New Task, New Issue, etc.
Workfront already has a Risk Register and Issue tracking. It would be very nice to have a Change Request Log too. This would be a place to record customer change requests, effect to cost, effect to timeline, acceptance date, etc.
It would be great if user statuses could be added to each user name - similar to Microsoft Teams chat, a red bubble if the person is online but busy or green if the user is online and available, etc.
See attached image. When I attach templated tasks to project, the directions are very misleading. Because there are no selected tasks! Can you please have these tasks all selected so that I can deselect the ones I want to exclude like the directions say? Or update the directions.
Today, there is no way to check the contents of an email's preheader aside from creating a draft to review the text in Email Settings. However, all other content within an email can be checked using the Preview functionality. Moreover, there is a logical place in Marketo's UX to display this content: inside Preview, there is the View Summary panel. Rather than simply note that a preheader is set, can the contents be placed here rather than "Yes"?
Are you looking for a new way to stand out from the competition and make a great first impression? If so, LinkedIn may be just what you need. By adding your LinkedIn URL to your business card, you can give potential clients and business contacts a quick and easy way to learn more about you.Everyone, who wishes to build a successful career, has to know little tricks. The most popular of them is the creation of your individual logo, namely a business card. Furthermore, applying social networks also allows for finding reliable potential employers. In my experience, LinkedIn.com is one such website, which is credible. Thereby, if you can combine these opportunities, you will have all available chances to your goal achieves. The only remaining question lies in how to put LinkedIn on business card. The inhabitants of the modern world don't imagine being without data storage devices. Moreover, we live in times of a worldwide spread pandemic, and everyone thinks about one's safety and precautio
Currently, A/B testing allows you to compare multiple versions of a delivery against each other, in order to identify which one will have the biggest impact on the targeted population. This requires a delivery to be presented to the client and doesn't work well for different inbound offer options. Idea is for A/B testing to be able to be preformed at the Inbound Offers level.
I often build multiple frames for animations in Photoshop and then have to manually export each frame for After Effects, Blender, etc. Every time I export I have to dropdown the file type list and find the file type I want, which as the years go on gets more confusing as more file types are introduced. I don't need most of them, and it always takes my dyslexic brain a moment to find the one I want. It would be great if I had the option to disable the rest, making it easier to find the type I frequently use. This would greatly increase my productivity, and I'm sure that anyone who frequently exports files (animators, web designers, photographers, etc) would appreciate this option. This could be easily implemented in the File Handling section of Preferences. Simply have a field called "Available File Types on Export" and then put a ticker box next to each grouping. Cheers!
An email notifications to the project owner for new requests added to a completed project should work even if a project is completed. This is crucial for anyone wanting to implement a change request process without going through the extra step of tagging someone in a comment since the goal of Workfront is to automate our workflow and getting people to tag someone in a comment as a final step is not a guarantee. It's also an extra step that should be avoidable if new request email notifications worked for completed projects. We want to keep our change request project within the request queue of the project itself instead of a separate request queue in order to have a clear record of all change requests related to the project within the project itself. Email notifications are the only issue with our current process. I submitted this issue as a ticket and was unable to get it resolved.
It would be very handy to have a global feature where everybody on a proof is removed when a new version is created. Many times I am left on a proof when I don't need to be, and this not only clutters my dashboard, but wastes a lot of my valuable time reviewing something that I don't need to simply because somebody couldn't be bothered to remove me from proof when they should have.By having to add proof recipients back on, people are forced to think about efficiency in their proofing workflow and only add the people they need to.
We can manage our subscriptions for Smart Lists and Reports in 'Marketing Activities', 'Database' and 'Analytics' respectively tabs. However, Marketo Engage does not have a UI to manage subscriptions for notifications. It would be great if you could manage subscriptions for notifications from Marketo UI. Thanks,
Adobe DTM has one very useful feature - ability to search properties by ID. Since such ID is part of the container script, it helps locate the correct environment withing DTM if only the web site URL is known. Unfortunately Adobe Launch does not offer this option, I can only search properties by name. In my case, I have hundreds of properties, and often names are not always known to me, therefore locating correct Adobe Launch property becomes a challenge. I would like to have an ability to search by property ID in addition to searching by names. I hope Adobe team will make this useful DTM feature available in Adobe Launch.
