When there are a lot of items in a scenario's queue due to a user trigging the scenario multiple times there should be a way to customize the view of the queue list. If the scenario has actually stopped I have the opportunity to compare the details of each item in the queue and remove duplicates, but finding those duplicates is difficult when I need to go into each one.In the instance on 6/27/2022 where event subscriptions were delayed I had people trying to trigger events multiple times so I went into Fusion and turned a couple scenarios off so that I would have a chance to review those queues when the delay was over. Once scenario had 56 issues to be converted to projects by Fusion, but the scenario's queue had 93 items listed due to users triggering the scenario multiple times. Finding those duplicate IDs was a challenge, if I could create a view that showed the New State: ID in a column, dups would be easier to identify
We are looking for a way to see additional project details in the Programs area of Workfront. We are thinking that the Task and Issue Summary Tab would be a great option to add to the Program>Projects area . If the functionality was available within the Program we could quickly click the box next to the project> open summary>send an update, see overview details, possibly see custom form details,,ect..
I'd like to be able to "attach" a project to a general update that I might be making from the Portfolio updates area. Right now you only can go into an individual project it seems to make an "update" which will show up on the porfolio updates, but if making an update from the porfolio, it would be nice to be able to attach the appropriate project(s).
Add ability to put the approvers name to the root folder as well as send only one notification. Also, on this same root folder to be able to add an update, instead of doing it on a single document to add an update.
I would like to enter ongoing sustainment tasks that are operational in nature to Workfront but not have them tied to a project. Since by definition a project is a temporary endeavor with a start date and an end date. This continuous task is done at a certain cadence so how do I accomplish this goal?
I am using a lot the activity map on the website to understand the user journey and which feature is the more clicked. But there is no equivalent for apps. We have to implement custom events and it can cost a lot of hits. Can we get a kind of activity map for apps ? Regards
We need more options of the layout within a Dashboard and how the Reports are laid out. These current ridged layouts don't always allow me to build out a dashboard the best way for the usage.Allowing more of a grid layout that we can then drag and drop our reports on that we can Snap to a grid. This would allow for more flexibility of the reports showing on the layout that better suits the function of the Dashboard. For example i may want a small chart to the far left but the report next to it should span aprox 2 columns to allow for the most information to be shown. I may also then want a report or image under that that spans the whole area. Then 2 reports side by side underneath.
You should be able to "Cancel" a task without removing the predecessors or needing them to be completed. It's not only cumbersome when trying to batch cancel, it also seems illogical because if you need to make them active again, you don't have the context that was initially surrounding them.
have created a Task Report where I have grouped the results by Status. I would like the order of these statuses to be:- New- In Progress- Complete- On Hold- CancelledAs these are all default statuses, it is not possible to edit their KEY to put them in a different order. The only viable workaround would be to create new custom statuses and custom keys (as they are ordered alphabetically by their keys). I wish I could order the statuses in any way I want, and creating new custom statuses would cause too much trouble an re-work, it is simply not worth.
Need:I'd like some better bot exclusion features at some point.Business case:Our company is pretty large, so we get hit with bots all the time. The only way we can exclude effectively is through segments, but they get massive and slow down data retrieval.Current solutions:-The current out-of-box bot removal only allows for exclusion by IP, which is not useful (since bots cycle IPs now).-The auto exclude bots misses pretty much all of the bots as well.-This means we need to use custom segments to exclude certain domain/city/browser combinations or various forms of entry page/domain/Operating systems in order to exclude these bots.Possible Suggestions:-Exclude visits where a hit occurs x amount of times a minute from the same domain?-Exclude visits where a hit occurs x times a minute from same cookie ID?I'd love other suggestions from the community on what else could be added
Description- New Enhancement on Adobe Target UIWhy is this feature important to you - Business team requirement, this filter enables team to differentiate their activities in target UIHow would you like the feature to work - The ability to search on a “team” / “set of team members” / “custom filter” is a business requirement that came up after a demo to the business stakeholders, when we mention a team name, individual name while creating activity (Under Other Metadata Option), can we have a filter showed in target UI beside activities what ever mentioned under other metadata option..Current Behaviour - There is no filter that specifies this user/team created the activity. This new enhancement will bring a better understanding to the business team to work on their own activities..
When bulk uploading Users using a Kickstarter template, I am unable to upload the Users' Managers because the template requires the Managers' IDs. We may already be uploading the Managers at the same time and won't have their WF Manager IDs but DO have their name and email address/user name. It would be very useful to be able to set up the User-Manager relationship during the bulk upload.
A simple toggle button on the timesheet page to enable/disable completed tasks/issues.
I would like to be able to tell the type of Offer (e.g. HTML Offer versus Experience Fragment) from the Modifications window. Right now when I view an activity in edit mode I can't tell if the author correctly set up the activity using an experience fragment with the name "My Offer" or if they are pointing to an HTML fragment with the name "My Offer".This is critical to increasing our throughput as authors who use HTML Offers need their code reviewed before activation and authors who use Experience Fragments do not.
The list of mobile devices for interactive proofs is woefully out of date. It would be great if an update is in the works. I understand that we can add custom sizes, but it seems like the list should have something more recent than an iPhone X.
Provide more Frequently used scenario templates in Fusion
I'd like to see a personal calendar in addition to the time off that can be used to mark time unavailable for projects, such as when a worker is attending a conference, a class or a team meeting. I'd like to see options to add categories for calendar items and notes so that reporting can be pulled.
Today, editable areas inside an email are copied into the text version of an email when building inside the Marketo UI. However, this is not always desired behavior. For example, if you have an editable area inside Marketo, you may have something like: <div class="mktoText" id="example" mktoName="Example Text Area"> I'm getting copied to the text version of this email! </div> However, there may be configuration reasons as to why you may both want to have an editable area and an ability to explicitly not copy that content into the text version of the email: <div class="mktoText" id="example" mktoName="Example Text Area" aria-hidden="${trueOrFalse}"> I may or may not need to be copied to the text version of this email! </div> If there was some way to explicitly mark that the content should not be copied—whether that's using an ARIA role (if hidden, then "hide" text by failing to copy), some custom attribute like mktoCopyToText, or something else
Why is this feature important to you -Since this feature is only supported with Recommendation type activities we run a risk of having someone update criteria logic that is actually being used. Most of our recommendation activities (zones) do not use the 'recommendation' activity type. How would you like the feature to work -Like it does today when review the criteria logic used in recommendation type activities but for other activity types as well. One can click "i" icon on the criteria, then click on the Algorithm Usage tab to see that the criteria is in use. Current Behavior -The Algorithm Usage feature is currently only supported for Recommendations activities. It is not supported for A/B Test, Auto-Allocate, Auto-Target, and Experience Targeting (XT) activities that include recommendations as an offer.
Description - Currently, we can add only one condition in exclusion rule. In some cases if I need to combine multiple condition for exclusion that becomes difficult. Why is this feature important to you - Having ability to combine multiple condition in single rule would help keep track of all conditions in one exclusion rule itselfHow would you like the feature to work - as we can add multiple rules in collection, it would be great if we do same in exclusionCurrent Behavior - Currently, we can add only one condition in exclusion rule. In some cases if I need to combine multiple condition for exclusion that becomes difficult.
As the On Hold Status does not allow an Issue to be notified or actioned - Why allow the issue to be raised at all. Suggestion is to not allow the Issue to be raised while the Project is in On Hold Status. This would eliminate the confusion of raising an Issue that cannot be Actioned or Notified, essentially the Issue is stuck in nowhere land while the Project is On Hold.
We are adding and updating Opportunity Contact Role through REST API associating with Marketo Lead. For this use case we are facing an duplicate issue, it is added duplicate Opportunity. Because as per the de-dupe fields logic ('externalOpportunityId','LeadId','Role). But the native Salesforce connector updated correctly even if the Role is empty or If the Role is updated, that same Opportunity record getting updated. Recommended to remove Role field from de-dupe fields logic in REST API.
Add search bar in updates section so that I can see all the updates made on a particular field. This can also be a filter to multi-select fields.Example: I want to track all the status updates and condition updates.
Recently I found out that datetime fields in custom activities are displayed in US Central time. This is what customer support said:Whilst activity timestamps adjust based on the timezones set on the Marketo instance, the information inside activity details do not support date-time localisation. These only return raw data for field values in those activities.UTC is ok but US Central is a bit of confusion for me as I live in New Zealand.Ideally I think it should show timestamp in user's configured timezone. If it's too difficult, I'd rather see them in UTC.
