When a project is complete and the due date has passed by, the project condition changes to 'at risk' and there is no way to override this.It would be great if, when all tasks on a project are marked 100% complete, that the project status changes to 'complete' or something similar. it's unhelpful that projects remain in the list and are flagged as being at risk when they are actually completed.
Currently we can add fields to the Home and Summary tab via the layout template, however, those fields are only visible to the person assigned to the object. In general when a customization is added to a layout template everyone with that layout template can see the customizations and I don't believe this particular functionality should be any different.Make addition or removal of fields on Home and Summary visible to everyone not just the person assigned to the object.
Description - This attribute on the script tags that are injected by Adobe Launch would allow for my session replay tool (Quantum Metric) to track the ACTUAL JavaScript error occurring on the page. Why is this feature important to you - I can quickly identify user JS errors in my session replay tool so they can be fixed instead of guessing what JS failed. How would you like the feature to work - allow attributes to be included with the injected script tags. Current Behaviour - You have no control over the injected script tags.
When uploading a PPT file as a proof, if it has any video or animation within the proof, it doesn't play. We've had this issue that I've tried to escalate many times through my account rep that if we have separate files within a multi-page proof, static and animated, that it defaults the whole proof to static. This is a related issue but surrounding the same thing that animated files can't play when mixed at all with static files. This is really frustrating for the team, it defeats the purpose of being able to use a Proof for reviews if files have both animated and static elements that go together.
We have projects where multiple people are assigned to the same role on a project. Currently, Workload balancer only lets you assign one person per role on tasks. It would be great if we could assign more than one person to the role.
The "Can Start" filter for reporting references the predecessor for the task and if they are all complete. However, even if the predecessor isn't enforced, it doesn't allow this filter to trigger in reporting. It would be nice if this only referenced enforced predecessors. The documentation for predecessor states "Without enforcing the predecessors, dependent tasks can start and finish independently from the start and finish of their predecessors, regardless of their Dependency Types", so by that logic, these tasks can start.
Client has requested the same functionality available in JIRA to allow inline comment and image when making an Update. They currently attach an image in the Updates area but feel the accompanying text not being next to the image could cause issues for briefing instructions or email campaign wording.
I would like to be able to edit the Portfolio of a Program/Move Programs (and their projects) to a different portfolio. At the moment if things are set up incorrectly by users, or need to move because of reporting changes with the company, I have to set up a new program in the correct/new portfolio, and re-fill-in custom forms and move documents from the original program manually, and then move the projects, then delete the original program. Bit of pain
When a report has no data the chart should still show the x and y axis in a dashboard. This will ensure the dashboard still appears professional and reports are on the same line. Currently, if one report in a dashboard is blank it reads "No data to display" and it makes the entire dashboard uneven with respect to the rows of reports.
Currently, all the custom channels and corresponding sub-channels need to be manually created in the Marketo Measure (Bizible) before uploading the online channel mapping CSV file. It'd be great if there's an option that a user can select which'll automatically create the missing channel-subchannels when the new file is uploaded instead of throwing channel/sub-channel missing error.
We are switching over to the new Workload balancer and with our current structure we would like the ability to see all resources in a role prior to assigning the resource. Currently in the bulk assignment section, at the project level, you can assign a role but not see their allocation until they have been assigned. If that resource is over allocated you have to swap them for another resources. At this point a communication has already got out that they are assigned to the project. If we could see all of the resources available and their capacity before we assign them it would streamline this process.
we are always getting "There is A Slight Problem" dialog box without any error mesage inside it whenever we are updating the Custom Forms. I have encountered this error most of the times when I was using the "recalculate" tickbox on a calculated field and my assumption is that what we are seeing here might indeed either be an access conflict (e.g. someone else doing stuff in the task / project and saving) or that the operation simply times out, especially when the recalculation affects a large data set. I encounter this error not as often in my early morning hours, when EMEA and NASA are not active. So - and this is important - I can almost reproduce this a 100% when recalculating calculated fields when EMEA is awake and working and the frequency is much lower in my 6am - 9am hours when APAC is almost out and EMEA has not woken up yet. So it appears like an access conflict or a timeout on the recalculation over large data sets are the most likely causes. But in ord
Description - We found in Umapi a good help for getting users account information in order to perform audit and extracting insights about our user accounts. It's really help us for us to it programmatically because we have more than 4000 user accounts and many, many groups for Adobe Analytics and Adoba Launch. But we need some useful information we are pretty sure it's easy for you to get about each user account: creation date and last login date. This is standard information all system handling user accounts saves, so we would like this to exposed through API.Why is this feature important to you - This functionality will help us to perform users account audit in order to, for example, remove accounts with no login after a period of time, removing groups which users never logins or identifying very old accounts. How would you like the feature to work - when calling <umapi_client.UsersQuery(connection)> we would like to get, as part of the user information, the account creation dat
Description -More and more website are being built using Single-Page Application (SPA) architecture. With a SPA website, when a user moves between screens it does not cause a full refresh of the page. This causes Data Elements that have a Storage Duration set to "page view" to live beyond what the user experiences as a page view as these data elements require a full refresh from them to be cleared. Why is this important -Within SPAs, data elements set to "page view" duration can actually live for the whole session, meaning there is little difference between between the "page view" and "session" duration. This has the potential to cause odd results/confusion (e.g. it may not behave like someone selecting "page view" might expect). How would you like the feature to work -The simplest solution may be for Adobe to display a notification/warning about SPAs near the storage duration field when someone selects "page view". The notification could directing people to use t
While this can be done in a more complex way, it would be nice if it was able to behave in the same way as dynamic content is on subject line, text or image. This would simplify work and make things consistent. #dynamic contents in v2.0 #dynamic emails #dynamic content blocks
Add/Change Tracking mode that will allow for a task to auto complete only when all predecessors complete. Business Justification: The current implementation of auto complete tracking mode will auto complete based on the planned date and does not account for slips in a schedule. Use Case: If Task 1 (due on 1/1/2018, tracking mode "User Must Update") is a predecessor of Task 2 (due on 1/1/2018, duration 0, tracking mode "Auto Complete") if Task 1 slips, the current implementation would close Task 2 but Task 1 would show late. What seems more useful is that Task 2 would not close until Task 1 is closed even in the event of a slip in Task 1.
Currently, a dependent tasks shows as ready to start when the predecessor is "Complete - Pending Approval". We need the ability to have dependent tasks not show as ready to start until the preceding task is approved and therefore truly complete.
I'd like to suggest adding "Pending Approval" statuses to Standard Mode filtering. Right now, you have to go into text mode and add ":A" to the status you want. Since this is likely a common status, I don't think it should be buried behind text mode & knowing how to code.
When I go to Home --> Calendars, I see 3 options in "View" = Month, Week & Gantt. Is there a way we could show "Year"? or be able to customize dates ? like use text mode expressions maybe, Date = Between = $$Today AND Todayb-1Y
As a viewer of a task list, Gantt chart, or report, I'd like to be able to maximize the list pane so that it takes up the entire window real estate. When I am done viewing just the list, I can turn off the maximized view and go back to the default view.
The Home Calendar currently only shows the Due Dates of tasks, and users are then expected to plan out when they will work on the tasks. We have teams dedicated to carefully planning out the tasks and resource assignements (including resource contouring) so it is important for us that users see their pre-planned work in the calendar. This is how the My Work Calendar functions. We would like an option added to the Home Calendar to show pre-planned work. Users could then go ahead and plan their own work around the pre-planned work. Without this change, we won't be able to switch over from the My Work Calendar to the Home Calendar because it will not be acceptable to expect users to re-plan when they will work on everything, and to do so in ignorance of the project plan and resource requirements.
Request: Make the Business Case/Goals available on project templates.Reason:Many of our projects have a similar list of goals entered into the Business Case. We'd like to pre-populate new projects with this information, ideally by using a project template. The Business Case isn't currently available on project templates.
Workfront has a lot of external apps, most of which you can create a new request through, and some apps allow you to create projects and tasks as well.Companies would like to be able to track the utilization of these apps, but there is currently no way to pull information on how the request/issue was created, only when or by who.It would be good to see if the request was created via the Teams app or in the Outlook app.
I heard that the Budgeted Hours field is a legacy reporting field that no longer pulls in data. So, while you can pull in the budgeted labor cost, you cannot see the total budgeted hours per project. We should reinstate this reporting field so we can view in reports and dashboards. A good example would be a visual bar chart to see Budgeted Hours vs Actual Hours and be able to view when projects are running hot in a different view rather than the resource planner view.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: A quick indicator that a page has unpublished changes (e.g., something like a blue dot that indicates an unread message) Use-case: Large websites that get change requests from different avenues. Sometimes they overlap, creating issues when other changes get published before they should. Current/Experienced Behavior: An author must do a good deal of sleuthing through version history to find out if there might be unpublished changes to a page. That information can still be incomplete at times, depending on the workflows the previous author executed. Improved/Expected Behavior: An author would see this easy indicator on the Site Admin screen, so they could know immediately if there are unpublished changes. It will also serve as a reminder to publish the changes if they should be published. Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM 6.4 Customer-name/Organization name: U.S. Bancorp Scr
