The issue: Cannot edit a one-time approval process while it is "active" or in use. This means that you cannot correct a user in the approval process without starting the approval process over again.Innovation lab idea: Allow for the ability to edit a one-time approval process while it is in use. This is already an option for global approval processes so it should be possible to implement the technology for single-use approval processes.
We receive time out messages randomly. We are told by engineering that this is a security function but this doesn't happen all the time. When it does it is very inconvenient when you have 20 -30 tab open trying to move jobs quickly and you have to log into every single proof again and again.Curious what is the need of this and how can it balance better with the user experience?
It would be helpful, when creating layout templates, to be able to see what the template looks like without necessarily having to assign it to someone, then login as that individual, then log back out to make further changes. A "preview" function would be helpful.
I want to be able to capture via a calculated field when custom text field has been changed. Current option is to look at the update feeds Update feeds captures thru Audit Text when a field change is reported in the update feed showing the before and after. Extracting thru text mode the Audit Text Entry date and making know which custom form field you are looking for and its corresponding entry date is nearly impossible.
In order to be able to optimize the best "send out time", it would be nice to be able to see, when profiles are clicking on links in newsletters. What I am looking for is a standard report, which shows me how many profiles who clicked on a link between 8AM-9AM, 9AM-10AM, 10AM-11AM etc. A even better solution is to implement a solution, that automatically deliver the campaigns, when each profile typically click on a link:-)
It would be nice to be have a public URL of a newsletter/a campaign, which can be shared internally or on Facebook. Obviously, the public URL should not track any clicks on the URL's in the newsletter, but each link should still redirect to the individual URL's if someone click on a link.
Based on documentation and the community thread, it doesn't sound like there's currently a way for users to receive an email notification when a task without a predecessor is ready to start. We currently have users who miss the due date for the first task on a timeline since there is no email notification tied to that task without a predecessor. We have notifications for when a project becomes active turned off since this is triggered whenever the PM team places a project from planning to active, which is frequent.
We would like to have the ability to apply custom sorting/grouping to the new Home area. In My Work, we were able to do this by adding a custom field to My Work in the layout template (for example, "task owner") and in so doing, would have the ability to sort/group by that field in My Work. We specifically want the ability to sort by task owner, but I think this idea should apply to custom sorting/grouping in general.
We collect information for a business case in addition to the default fields available. We would like to display this information in the business case section as well. Furthermore we do not need some information in the business case and would like to hide these. So to summarize: it would be great to customize the selection of fields for a business case
Ability to add, edit, and remove items from the business case to allow for a more customizable way of working with this
As a Workfront user I want to be able to see the European date format when selecting the English (UK) language browser setting with the given format "mm.dd.yyyy" for all date entries.
Description -Why is this feature important to you - once we change data elements name in future, wherever we called in rules, it won't change. So we manually need to change data element name into rulesHow would you like the feature to work - whenever data element name getting changed, then it should automatically change inside wherever called in rulesCurrent Behaviour - not changing data element name in rules

As an Admin there should be a way to delete a Field out of the Org--not just hide it, but delete it so the Org Admin users no longer see something that should not be there in the first place. Of course all records should have a NULL value in that field before it's removed, but as a Admin user if something was created on accident currently there has to be a way allowing it to go away completely. Even when fields are Hidden, if you search for Keywords those fields still show up in search and you shouldn't have to live with it forever.
A general theme for my team is that time tracking is too complicated. Because users have so many tasks, their timesheets are too big. Sure we could reduce the number of tasks, but teams like the list of work items but shouldn't have to put 15 minutes to each sub task. The idea would be to select the tasks or parent tasks to show on the timesheet.Time tracking at the project level is too high, while the task level is too low. If we could log time at the parent task level or task level if no parent exists, then it would greatly simply time entry. An alternative is update the timesheet view to show the Parent Task above tasks, then allow for hiding the children tasks. Then people would just see and track time to the parent tasks.
Currently there is an option for the Assigned To's Profile Picture to display in a report or view in the system. However, most us want to see all of the Assignees and not just the Primary Assigned user. Being able to include the profile picture of all of the individuals assigned to a task would greatly improve our ability to quickly recognize who is assigned.
Users would like the ability to add specific request queues to their favorites list. This could function in a similar way as the project template favorite update.
Apologies if this idea was already voiced, but I didn't see anything for it with my search. Not sure if this functionality is even possible, but I figured I would try to share. My team and I are interested in a real-time chat feature for Workfront Proof. We already have real-time insight as to who is in the proof displaying initials at the top right, but it would be great to be able to click on their circle to send them a quick note or question. Tagging a user isn't always necessary, and it creates tons of extra emails and notifications. Having the extra functionality to collaborate "on the fly", rather than having to switch applications to find them in our chat app, would definitely increase productivity.
Would be great if access level and home group were part of the audit log data so we can compare how the logins are going by the different license types.
We would like to request the following enhancement for Disney:-Current situation: When changing the status of a Project to "On Hold" or "Cancelled", the proofs already setup don’t get on hold and approvers keep getting reminders of due dates on the proofs. -Enhancement: When changing the status of a Project to "On Hold" or "Cancelled", notify the approvers of non-approved proofs by sending an email notification and showing it in the notification center. Also, when the Project is moved out of those statuses, notify users in the proof when it's back to Active.
Allow updates/comments on projects, programs & requests to be sorted (by date, by user, by thread which is the current approach). Often users just want to see the most recent comments on a project. If folks are replying to an older thread, then the person cannot easily find the most recent updates.
We generate reports sometimes with a ton of data, and not being to increase the default view to beyond 2000 rows is a hindrance. Yes, people can click 'see more' and scroll to more pages, but for leadership reports non-savvy users don't always see the ability to do this and think the 2000 rows they see is the whole report. Even for seasoned users, we want to see everything or at least increase to 5000 for usability.

We have custom forms attached to documents. While I can print custom forms attached to the project, and print the document and related information, there's no way to print the document summary and include the fields from the custom form. In our situation, the documents and the custom form are mandatory in the approval process and sign off. We will need to print the two in the same PDF file, along with the approval and other information. This is required for auditing purposes.
