Currently we can filter by Team User, but would be great to be able to filter by Assignment and Projects and some other options as well. This request comes from lots of our planner users.
The Pinbar makes it far too easy to Unpin or move your pinbar items inadvertently. There needs to be a "Lock Pinbar/Unlock Pinbar" toggle to allow more confidence and usability of this feature. Thanks!Steve
At the moment, it is not possible to do any actions in bulk in the Navigation tree For example, it should be possible to select multiple assets and then do the following actions to them in bulk: moving, cloning, deleting
There's already quite a few ideas out there about being able to calculate with score fields, but unless I missed something this one was not previously addressed yet. I would really like to be able to use the Score was Changed filter with a constraint that it actually was a score increase rather than a score decrease. Currently, you can only achieve anything close to this by specifying that the previous value has to be less than something and the new value more than something. Can it be made so you can specify the new value is higher than the previous value?
Currently, if we use A/B testing in the webinar emails, all the invitees are added as members of the program and a workaround suggested for this was to create an email template for A/B test in design which is not the ideal way. Having an A/B test should not affect the way members are created for a webinar program. It would be nice to have a standard way to classify people as members regardless of A/B test or not.
At the moment if you want to filter out people who have done an action more than X number of times you have to put in the original activity filter e.g. "Campaign was Requested", along with the corresponding inactivity filter "Not campaign was requested", which has a "Min number of times constraint". This is very hacky and there should be an inbuilt filter constraint for maximum number of times
Would like to see if you could tie a workfront proof to a task? Can they be connected/linked together somehow? Example: if proof is approved by a user, the task I have created for them was to review the proof, could the approval in the proof automatically close the task they were assigned to?
Description - Enable power users to access some features that require the Administration role, but not all of these features. Why is this feature important to you - One use case for our primary group of users is that they want access to the Quarantines page under Administration > Channels so that they can review quarantined addresses and move them out of quarantine if needed. These users should not have access to other aspects of the Administration role, such as creating new organization units and custom resources. How would you like the feature to work - Allow the creation of new roles for which we can designate which features are accessible to that role. If this is not feasible, create some pre-defined roles that have some Administration features, but not all of them (particularly related to security and database structure).Current Behaviour - only users with the Administration role can access features of the Administration menu.
I want to submit a proof via PHQ and select a workflow that is sent to a team where only one decision is required. This goes to my Editorial team, so just one person needs to make a decision. On its own, this works perfectly. I want to add add'l users as reviewer/approvers too. After i select the chosen workflow, i CAN add more users to the proof (i.e A designer) and CAN select reviewer and approver, but once someone from the Editorial team makes a decision, it makes the designer's decision 'not relevant.' I want to get a decision from the Editorial workflow and a decision from other users added to the proof.
Please see related request here: https://one.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSUjAAO/detailOpening this request to specifically request/confirm availability of program details export functionality, including custom program form data. This functionality has currently been applied to projects, and is a great feature that should also be expanded to program details.
Now we can add text with style. Can you please allow us adding images? It will be a great enhancement for our report. Usually we show data about content or page performance and business team need to have a visual link to that figures. The same I can do here in this post:Let's start with a simple inclusion of <img> tag where we point to an external source for image, then you can take your time to figure out how to manage image hosting...Jarno Rossijarno.rossi@luxottica.com
Connector for the Aprimo DAM system for better integration for the Creative process to push assets to the DAM system with streamlined data points across both tools.
We lost the ability to print a timesheet to a PDF when we switched from Classic to the New Experience. In Classic, we could easily print a timesheet to PDF and capture all information. In the New Experience, it gets cut off and you can only see the top line of the timesheet. We'd love to see the print to PDF functionality restored in the New Experience.
It would be nice if you could set a specific end date for trigger campaign - run until date XX then deactivate.
Workflows would benefit from the ability to have tasks contain checklists and rich text descriptions. Often times, a work item has many granular steps that do not warrant the overhead of managing multiple tasks. This would let users focus on a single task and understand what is needed to get the work done.Especially as more teams move to Agile Marketing, these features would allow kanban boards to function more effectively as only tasks are currently displayed on boards.
Current Issue: Right now, any breakdown shown in a freeform table is nested below/underneath, which is visually confusing and makes the breakdown difficult to read.Proposed idea/solution:It would be great if breakdowns could be in tabular format, so that they displayed next to the other dimensions as a column, rather than a row nested below underneath. Please see below image:Ideally users will be able to toggle back and forth between "tabular format" and the current view where breakdowns are nested underneath. This will make it easier visually to discern the breakdowns. Right now the only tool that allows for tabular format is Data Warehouse. Thanks!
When setting up software to interface with Marketo's REST API, especially the bulk API, users are limited to understanding what API manipulation they have within their control—the calls and jobs they themselves have made and can poll. However, this view completely misses any other action other accounts may be using. What I'd like to see is a set of additional features around stats and usage, including: 1. The ability to see how many bulk jobs are queued: right now, you can only manage the amount of bulk jobs your process has created, but there's no way to see what other bulk jobs are running in parallel. I'm thinking of something as straightforward as an API call that lists the current number of bulk jobs being processed. Major bonus points if the call can also give an expected ETA when the next job that will complete first will end. This way, bulk jobs can be scheduled more effectively rather than checking existing jobs continuously. 2. The ability to see how much
When connected to third-party cloud providers like Box.com, It would be extremely user-friendly to be able to create new folders within a selected area of the third-party tool. The current state allows users to connect and view/add documents to the cloud provider but does not allow a new folder to be created from within the integration.
We have built a number of intro and overview dashboards for our users and it would be really useful if (as admins) we could pin dashboards to the top user's workspace lists - preferably by user group. We currently use tags to highlight them, but if a user has a long list of workspace projects, the dashboards can become a bit lost.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: The HTTP Assets API should also capture metadata such as lastReplicated date. Use-case: The HTTP Assets API endpoint will be consumed by channels. (Apps, Salesforce etc). The need for this lastReplicated date is so that channels only retrieve the Content Fragment (CF) if it has changed, if not, the cached version at their end is used. This would be a good feature add to consider. Current/Experienced Behavior: The HTTP Assets API does not contain the lastReplicated date for the CFs. Our channels consume this endpoint. Because the lastReplicated date is not available in this API, we need to build a custom solution that provides this piece of info to Channels as another API. Improved/Expected Behavior: The HTTP Assets API will contain the lastReplicated date metadata for the CFs, so channels only retrieve the CF if it has changed. Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM 6.
If you use part of the content via variables, then it's not displayed in the text-only version of your email. Example: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" style="width: 100%;"> <head> <meta class="mktoString" id="ctaText" mktomodulescope="true" mktoname="CTA text" default="Learn more"/> <meta class="mktoString" id="ctaLink" mktomodulescope="true" mktoname="CTA link" default="https://www.marketo.com/"/> </head> <body> <table> <tr> <td class="mktoContainer" id="template-wrapper"> <table class="mktoModule" mktoname="CTA - Text" id="cta-text-module"> <tr> <td> <a href="${ctaLink}" target="_blank">${ctaText}</a> </td> </t
It would be very useful to be able to apply formatting within ProofHQ comments.
We're hoping to see this functionality added so we can send automatic email notifications to our security team every time a new user is added/removed from Marketo.
This is a HUGE problem for us. Unlike the assigned work, the unassigned work section of the Workload Balancer will not display Projected Dates. Therefore, if work is not assigned and the Planned Dates are no longer in the range that the resource manager is viewing, it is forgotten. There needs to be a better way for managing late work as there will always be late work.
Currently when you add a new user, they default to Reports view. As Adobe is pushing users to Workspace, doesn't it make more sense to either default to Workspace or allow administrators the option to select where users land? Every new user I add, I have to explain how to navigate to the right location and set their own default space to open. I don't want to push a Workspace dashboard to All users every time I add someone new, as this is inefficient and some users might have decided to set their own default dashboard and this action would override their choice.
