Currently in the header bar on the Tasks page within a project, the Planned Completion date is set based on the project schedule. it does adjust if task durations are adjusted, but if a project is ahead or behind schedule, that planned completion date doesn't adjust or can't be manually adjusted. Because it's at the top of the page we're running into issues with people 'trusting' that date which isn't accurate. We would like to see either the option to turn that date field off, or to customize it to either planned or projected due date.
Request Type field normally suffices as title of request form. Would be great to have Subject field as optional.
hi, it would be great if it would be possible that if a contact has submitted a web form and opted-in and when that same person returns and wants to submit another web form Marketo will check whether they have already opted-in in the past the opt-in box will not be displayed anymore. I know this is possible if a contact / person clicks on a link in an email which redirects to a landing page.
Currently, any planner creating a project can see every single job role in the Workfront instance. Across a large organisation, this can be an extensive list with many similar job roles. It would be great if job roles could be global (as is) or associated with a specific group, and only members of that group could see the job role. The group administrator could also be given the ability to update the rate/name/description of only job roles associated with the groups they administer.
Would like the ability for a Plan License User to have access to the API. Their API access would mirror their in-tool access. This would only give them access to data and actions that they can access in the UI. They would only be able to query projects/tasks/issues/etc. that they have access to see. This would allow them to use the API to access their data for reporting, building custom spread sheets, populating power-point presentations, or whatever they need.
We have some systems that need to consume Workfront data. Currently the only way to give them access is to give them an admin API key that has Read/Write/Delete access. I would feel much better about allowing them to use the API if their API key was limited to Read Only.
We would like the ability to delegate a single task, issue, or approval. For instance, a Project Sponsor would like to delegate individual Approvals on a case-by-case basis, without delegating all Approvals carte-blanche.
When building a template (or assign tasks in a project), it would be very helpful to assign the number of hours to each assigned resource based on a percentage. Think of it as a new "Duration Type." Like "Simple" but where you put in a percentage of hours instead of a fixed number of hours. For example:Task: Create DrawingEngineer (Task Owner) 40%Engineer 20%Draftsman 25%Intern 15%Duration 5 daysScenario 1 : Enter 10 planned hours for the task.Result 1:Engineer (Task Owner) 4 hoursEngineer 2 hoursDraftsman 2.5 hoursIntern 1.5 hoursDuration 5 daysScenario 2: Enter 20 planned hours for the task.Result 2:Engineer (Task Owner) 8 hoursEngineer 4 hoursDraftsman 5 hoursIntern 3 hoursDuration 5 daysTo summarize:Percentages are based on the % of planned hours for that task (not allocation of resources, etc.)You can change the hours, duration and percentage distribution independent of one another. The percentages should be persistent (they shouldn't reset to an even distri
Currently, it is not possible to create a weekday alert which is triggered only on weekdays. If using daily granularity, an alert will be triggered every day even if weekday condition is set due to the granularity. It is also triggered on the weekend stating that the number is 0. This is a false alert, causing unnecessary concerns and checking of the data.
HiRequest - allow to add more customised Tabs in All Timesheet Area. Such as for specific selection / group as per approval.Refer attachment.MvhKundan
The default expiration for workspace schedule is one year. Can we set this default expiry to:1 day for hourly, 1 week for daily, 3 months for weekly and 6 months for monthly scheduled project requests? For organizations having huge number of scheduled workspace projects (>900), mostly users let the default "End date" be as is (i.e 1 year expiry) while scheduling workspaces, which leads to a large number of idle running workspace schedules thus, adding to unnecessary load taking up the resources leading to increased processing time.
Currently, the percentage change option in Alerts does not allow to choose if we want the alert to be triggered when the monitored metric goes above or below the set % change. This causes the triggering of false alerts. If I want to monitor the number of conversions, I want the alert to be triggered only when the number goes below a specific % change. If it's triggered when the number goes above the specific %, it causes false alarm and unnecessary concerns and checking of the data.
When viewing a proof either via email or inside of Workfront you cannot tell what project it is associated with. Standard should be breadcrumbing of where the proof came from or what project it's associated with so you can click right to the Project.
It would be extremely helpful if we could easily go to the project from the Workfront proof viewer.Currently, you have to go back to the email notification to backtrack. It’s very inconvenient for a majority of our business users.
Ask: Please give us the option in the new experience to customize what appears in the top right of project and task landing page headers. Use case: We frequently have creative team members who need to reach out to the project owner from their task and right now it is several clicks to find this information out when it could be easily housed in the header.
The timesheet pop-up search box is difficult to use and overall needs a facelift. User Feedback (current design) Text is squeezed into short width columnsInformation presented is not helpful for timesheet usersLack of a filter to curate the search results Design Changes (mock-up below) Use the full width of the pop-up to present the project details (i.e. name, group, status etc)Add a filter which allows the user to refine the list of projects by portfolio, programme, status etc This would really help the end-users locate their projects and complete their timesheet independently of the System Admins. Best, Christian
Straightforward request: I would like to have an API endpoint that allows for automated import of programs from trusted instances into a given instance. Currently, only UI controls allow you to import between trusted instances, which causes considerable slowdown and does not allow you to change conflict rules in bulk("Allow custom conflict rules when importing programs" ). Having API access both to set import conflict rules AND the ability to queue imports would be a big win for technology partners looking to deploy standardized programs as well as handle enterprise sandbox->production migration in a smooth way.
Right now the NWE calendar pop-up box does not have the pre-selected time slots like the classic view. Have these were extremely helpful to inputting quick time for our team. Can the NWE allow those time slots back into the calendar box?
Right now we have an option to Compact All custom forms. We would like the option to expand all so we can see all of the information instead of having to go from form to form to expand down. Maybe this expand all bottom can be a separate button or just be a second option to the Compact All button where you click once, it compacts, you click a second time it expands.
We would like to be able to share multiple proofs to a group or user from the list view. Currently sharing multiple proofs from the list view is only supported for basic proofs, we use Automated workflows for creating our proofs and due to this we must go into each proof individually to share it. This is very time consuming
When we download a file from campaign UI, it is downloaded to the local computer in a .txt file format. When we open the file it is very hard to read the data. Takes time to covert them to a csv file format to make it readable. In windows machine after downloading the file & changing the extension to .csv, it opens the excel file with all the data in 1 column instead of separate columns for each header. We would like the enhancement to download the directly in .csv.
When a dashboard is embedded into a project, the functionality that allows the dashboard to be printing to PDF changed. Here is an example, I created various reports (some are at project level, some are at task levels). Under the Dashboard menu, I created a dashboard that presents all of these reports. I go into one of my project, linked the dashboard I just created and called it Project Status. When my team go view the Project Status dashboard from my project, the dashboard is filtered to show only information related to this project. However, in this view, the functionality to print the dashboard to PDF (i.e. the Dashboard Action) is not available.I would like the have the ability to print PDF of the embedded dashboard. thanks!
If the Marketo sync user for MS Dynamics sync changes or the credentials are compromised the only way to resolve this is to create a new instance. There should be a way to change the sync user's username and password to allow for quick updates without having to restart on a new instance.
On the Timesheet Tab, under the General Time section, we have several different categories we use to charge time. It can be a little hard to make sure you are putting your time in the right category because all the white lines can sort of blur together as you navigate over to the right side of the screen where you actually put the time in. Could every other line under the General Time bucket be highlighted in another color or something just to make it easier to distinguish one line from the next?
The version history in DTM for published containers is great but I'd love to see DTM Launch have Version Control for code changes when you "save" a rule without publishing the container.
