Hi Team,I am using evar1 to capture the search term , client wants to know how many words are used in search term.Is there way in adobe analytics workspace if calculated metrics with any functions will achieve this ask. Or we need to ask the developer to pass the count of words in another evars.

Hi, Currently I have a process as I add a pptx file in dam/project/myfolder folder. And select + add rendition option for adding its pdf file. But every time I need to manually create pdf file in local & add rendition of it. Is there anything that can be used for creating automatic rendition of pptx file as pdf file without installing anything external library as libreoffice or anything. Some help will be really appreciated. 

Hi, I'd like to know if errors when triggering an API campaign are stored in AJO just as Adobe Campaign Standard showing in UI any error. For example I'd like to see somewhere in AJO the 404 error detail.  Is it possible? 

What is the recommended approach to clear variables after a send event action, similar to the Adobe Analytics extension "Clear Variables"?  I am not using xdm model, but using the data object in the web sdk extension to send data. I'm understanding something incorrectly or just not finding the answer I am looking for. 

Hi, I want to create a form using AEM forms.The submitted form values will be processed by a Rest API. Is it possible to create a form in my local machine without a licence ? Do i need a licence to download the jar and create forms ? Thanks,Sreejesh

As per AEP Segmentation Guardrails, org can have up to 4000.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/profile/guardrails However as per AEP sandbox documentation, the maximum number of sandboxes allowed are 75.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/sandbox/home#:~:text=A%20default%20Experience%20Platform%20license,of%2075%20sandboxes%20in%20total. Is this a documentation error?

I have implemented scroll depth tracking using the Time and Scroll event. It was working fine for 25% and 50% on all pages. For 100%, it worked correctly in the home page. However, when I navigated to a different page and scrolled to the bottom, the event was not triggered. I was maintaining the same condition for all the percentage rule. I am using the Threshold for time spent as 0.01 for all the percentage rule. I have attached the screenshot of the rule. can anyone tell the what could be the reason for this.

Hi everyone,  I'm conducting testing on a revision to our email preference center. One of our forms has pre-fill enabled, and for the majority of testers, it's working as expected. However, one tester is experiencing issues.  Here's the flow:1. The tester fills out the initial sign-up form.2. They receive a confirmation email with a button to 'View Email Preferences'. 3. After clicking the button, they are taken to the form/landing page that pre-fill in enabled, but their information doesn't pre-fill and the activity from viewing that page isn't logged in Marketo activity.  The button URL includes: ?mkt_unsubscribe=1&mkt_tok##MKT_TOK##The Unsubscribe hyperlink includes: ?mkt_unsubscribe=1 Both of these buttons have been working for other testers across multiple browsers and devices. However, this particular tester has tried accessing the page via Gmail and AOL, both on mobile and desktop.  Since everyone else is experiencing normal

For example: A list of objects with membership details such as membership start, end, year, type.To get a membership type based on year in a journey condition, there are no suitable functions available to filter membership array of objects and get type? Documentation has one such filter function but it's only for custom actions filter | Adobe Journey Optimizer Is there any better way to get membership type from list of membership array of objects based on year of membership in journey condition activity? 

Hi all 🙂I want to learn the Adobe Platform and get certified on AJO, CJA, CDP. A friend advised me that it would be smart to get started with AEP fundamentals, since everything else builds on that. Is there a dedicated course for that? I am having a problem downloading documents from Workfront through the API. I am able to get the downloadURL and this download URL works when I'm logged in through my browser. However, when I try to use the URL in Powershell, it is not working. I am running this command:$downloadResponse = Curl -Uri $url -Header $header -Body $body -OutFile $downloadPath I am providing an apiKey (I've tried in both $body and $header) in the CURL command in Powershell.The $url variable contains something like this:https://<mycompany>.my.workfront.com/internal/document/download?ID=abc123456def123456 I am getting the file, with the proper name, in the proper location. Since email field validation and dynamic content blocks aren't built-in features in the Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) landing page builder, what would be the best practice to implement these? Hi Team Today in our AJO journey testing, we are highly dependent on Profile snapshot update which usually takes 24 hours  We can’t use the Test mode functionality of AJO since we are using Read audience activity which is querying the profile segments  Can anyone from the community please suggest the best approach where we can skip the 24 hour wait of Profile update  with regards Richa Chaubey 

Hi everyone! I am wondering if there is a way to change the name of multiple assets simultaneously. Right now, I am selecting each individual asset and moving it to it's current location in order to change the names one at a time. Is there a more efficient way to go about this? Hello, I'm working with a linear allocated eVar and I'm wondering what is the correct way to measure performance using this eVar up against success events for Orders and Revenue.From my screenshot above, can you help me understand the following questions please?When I isolate the values of this eVar in a Freeform table, the Revenue and Orders metrics are not matching vs when I adjust the attribution model for them to match the eVars settings - "Linear, expire at Visit". Can you help me understand why that is the case? Shouldn't the metrics match when I am using the same allocation and expiration?When I create a hit container segment, following the same logic as the Freeform Table- the different allocated metrics now match- how can that be the case when they did not match in the Freeform table?How would I report these success metrics against this type of eVar? For example, I want to know how a group of this eVar's values performed in terms of Orders and Revenue. Should I

Hello,I am interested in programmatically importing txt files using the Admin tab's Classification Importer. I looked over the documentation available for using the API to accomplish this task (documentation link: https://developer.adobe.com/analytics-apis/docs/2.0/guides/endpoints/classifications/import-file/) but noticed that to use these API requests I need access to a dataset value. I found this API request that pulls down all dataSet values: GET https://{environment}.adobe.io/data/foundation/catalog/dataSets (documentation link: https://developer.adobe.com/experience-platform-apis/references/catalog/#tag/Datasets). But I cannot use this API request because it requires SandBox data which is information I do not have access to because I do not have Experience Platform access.Is there another way of automating the classification importer? 

Hi, I am new to the Salesforce and Marketo integration. My settings show that integration is working as it should, but when I select Salesforce Campaign Sync on a program, I have two problems. 1. If I select one of the campaign options that pops up, I get the error message 'Salesforce Campaign Sync is initializing. Please allow up to an hour before syncing programs'.This same message has been appearing for days now so I have allowed much more than an hour! 2. The campaign dropdown only has a few options within it - not all the active campaigns visible when I check on the Salesforce side. Has anyone experienced either of these issues?

Hi All, I am trying to get distinct count of a dimension in a metric. I have tried using Approximate count distinct however its not giving exact nos. I am aware that it is using some Log Log algorightm to count and has 0-5% change margin from exact no. Wanted to check if there is any way around to get the exact count. Appreciate the help here.
