when i access this API, I get access related error. I am able to access rest all AEP APIs. I can access customer attributes via AEP UI as well. So where do we control resource based API access ?GET https://platform.adobe.io/data/core/ca/attributes

Hi,I have a situation where I'm capturing the usage of a carousel component. If captures the number of times a user interacts with it. Since I don't want to send out a call every single time, the count is stored and sent on the subsequent page view. I want to report on the page name it happens on, as well as the instances on each page. Each page view captures the previous page name. How can I set this up so someone can see a report on this? I want user to be able to see "Page A" had X number of clicks. Page B" had X number of clicks. The dilemma is since this is not directly associated with the page it happened on; do I need a field in my schema for "pageNamesAssociatedWithCarouselClicks" just so I can have the breakdown by page name? Or am I missing something?  Thanks!

I somehow selected the wrong schema for my data set. Two questions, first is it possible to change the schema associated with the data set, and if so, how (in the UI). Also, we have the adobe analytics source data connector. I was wondering how this will affect that?  Thanks!

Hello!In both Chrome and Edge, this error is appearing on every site when the debugger is enabled:Uncaught Error: Adobe Experience Platform Debugger: Store is not ready after 21 checks On Chrome, this means every site as it appears the chrome version doesn't honor "can read site data" preference at all.  In Edge, this error is mitigated if you select "on click" as the preference - meaning the extension is effectively turned off.  If you turn it on, that error appears as well.  This is on ANY site, even sites that have no Adobe integration otherwise.  I have confirmed this with others in my company as well - a few have remoted them to me as errors (I own the Adobe Tags implementation and am an SA for our overall Adobe stack)

Hi  I have setup meta capi event forwarding and data is going through fine (using platform debugger and assurance). Is there a way to log the response from meta capi event forwarding extension ie how many successful responses vs how many failed , in theory creating an audit log of such of all the responses to the meta capi event forwarding extension   

The search box in the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger when checking Edge Logs (e.g. when debugging Datastreams and Event Forwarding) doesn't really function. It shows how many results there are, but it does nothing to actually filter the results, or allow you to step through the list. This makes finding specific events/requests when debugging Event Forwarding with many rules extremely tedious, as even though I can 'search' and see the count of matches, I can't actually view them without manually scrolling through and looking at the entire list of requests/events/logs/etc...

After the update to version 1.5.0 on October 19, 2023, Adobe Analytics requests sent as POST requests are not showing in the debugger. In the browser network tab I see the requests with status 200.  The Firefox extension is still on version 1.4.1 and doesn't have this issue, so looks like it's related to the update.

Hi Experts, We are using web SDK in our set up and have datastream which has AEP and adobe target services enabled.We were checking for CJA report count with AEP, where we observed that orders and add to cart values are not matching in AEP and CJA. To which it was suggested to enable AJO under AEP service in datastream.Before proceeding, I would like to understand if there are any concerns I should consider before enabling it.And will it solve the problem of getting count of orders from the same journey in AJO. Thank you,Shivani

I have imported a batch file into AEP and I see the data is part of the union schema - Profile.  However when I try to view the data from the View Union Schema vantage point there is nothing there.  And when I try to use the data in an audience definition it says that there is no data.  But when I view the dataset, I can see the data.  What is the issue?  Why can't I see the data in the union schema, and why is Audiences saying that there is no data?  

Identity Service Flow Run Delay 'Datalake_to_UIS_Flow' has been processing for more than expected time. What are the factors effecting this processing time? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am using the upsert_array_replace function in Data Prep mapping. I have correctly selected the source array in the calculated fields and want to replace a specific array in the target. However, the target contains multiple arrays, each identified by an array_id attribute.Is there a way to filter or match the array_id between the source and target arrays to identify the correct target array? how can I determine its position in the target array for replacement? Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated!

Hi I have a question about the possibility to update a certain profile attribute under some conditions.Let's say I have a profile attribute called "Last Touchpoint". If the attribute is populated in the profile, I don't want to overwrite it with the value coming from a batch ingestion for a certain source. In other words, I want the value already in the profile to trump any value coming from a certain source, unless the attribute in the profile is empty, but the data source has value. Can this be achieved? Any suggestions?Thanks.

How would you approach the task to create manage last purchase / transaction / donation but taking account data management?One see these options:a) sent these as a an event and use Datasets override in order to keep some events longer then others (to keep CDP costs at control) b) CDP would be build on the top on EDW which would store that data and upload it on a batch basis to CDPc) build some sort of automation which would enable to transform event data into profile data. However CDP does not provide easy way to do that .... Other platform has features which enables such an automations ...

Hi All, In my source file I noticed conflicting values for a specific attribute  for the same identity and ingested data in the customer profile dataset as shown below:Customer IDGenderLastUpdatedID1Female2025-01-13 12:00:00ID1Male2025-01-13 12:00:00 After fragmentation, in profile store I can see the value updated as "Male" (see below screenshot). I've verified using API and it gives me the same result However, when I created an audience it qualified for "Female" only. I have cross checked the merge policy and its selected as default timebased (see below screenshot)  In my sandbox, I used only default timebased merge policy only. Please help me to understand is there anything that I missed something or how segmentation works?

Hi everyone!We are having issues giving users permissions to view and manage XDM-schemas. We have added relevant users to a product profile on the Adobe Experience Platform Service in the Admin Console, and given all the permissions available to the added users in that profile. We have added the users as both users, admins and developers to that profile but nothing seems to do the trick.Does anyone have any idea what we could be missing? Thank you in advance!// Nina  

Hi,I have a number of profiles in the Real Time Customer Profile in Adobe Experience platform. I also have a dataset/schema for Events (XDM Experience Event) and I loaded some event data for the above profiles. If I go under Profiles and check a few of these profiles I can see the events attached to the profile under the Event tab.I think that I can query the profiles using something like this:select * from profile_snapshot_export_<some_unique_Id> and I can parse the available columns in drill down for any kind of information related to the profile and its Attributes. What I want to also do is to query the events linked to the profile so I can verify any audience I build against the actual numbers in the profile.Something like this:select * from profile_snapshot_export_<some_unique_Id> as t1inner join <Events table> as t2where t1.Attribute1= "Value1"and t2. Hi everyone, Wishing all a delighted new year. I am trying to retrieve the audit logs for the schema to capture the change or update in any existing schema, along with the user details. I am using the audit log URL of the Schema Registry API (1.0),(  https://developer.adobe.com/experience-platform-apis/references/schema-registry/#tag/Audit-log)Although I am getting 200, the response body is null. We are establishing relationship from Lookup to Individual Profile schema, using  cross device as well as non-people Identifier as namespace, we are not able to fetch lookup attaributes in the Audience though Full Schema view is enabled, however when we do the relationship from Individual Profile to Look Up it was working as ecpected. notes: 1) Both the schemas are profile enabled2) Dataset are also enabled and have some dummy data as well

Hi,  I am trying to create a content template in AJO using Postman API following this documentation. When I run the POST request in Postman, I get the following response -   The response suggests that the 'sandboxId' is missing as one of the header parameters. However, I wasn't able to find references on where I can retrieve the 'sandboxId' from, to be able to run this POST request successfully. - Has anybody faced this issue previously? - How were you able to retrieve the sandboxId to be able to run this request successfully?- Any other changes that I should incorporate to the request based on the error response? Thanks!Shashank
