We have following requests: 1. Automatically update status of requests/issues that have been converted to projects (such as ‚ÄòConverted’) 2. Allow users to specify status of requests that have been approved via the approval process not just the ones rejected 3. Prevent the ability to convert to project once a request has been rejected Use Case 1: When users convert a request to project, the status remains ‚ÄòNew’ and there is no visual differentiation between the requests that are converted and those that aren’t converted. Use Case 2 and 3: For requests that have to undergo an approval process, the system allows users to specify the status upon entry, and the status upon rejected. There should be a way for users to also specify those request status that have been approved. This would provide a visual differentiation between the requests that are approved vs rejected. Once a request has been rejected, users should not be able to convert the request to a project
When images are attached as a document to a task or project, a little preview shows up in the home screen or when clicking on the document. However, when a word, excel, PPT, PDF, etc are added, there is not preview of the document, but just an icon of the type of file it is. It would be nice if a thumbnail image was displayed for non-image type documents.
Requestors have asked for a way to duplicate a past request so that they don't have to fill in all fields again for a similar type of request.
We have created three apps (dev, staging, production) in Mobile Services for push notification. We also have one app in Launch to use the Experience Cloud SDK. We have added the Mobile Services Extension and tried to connect the apps in Mobile Services for each environment, but it appears we can only connect one app at a time. So we ended up creating three different properties in Launch. It would be nice if Launch can handle all three apps in one property. Thanks!
Treat each custom form as its own entity, so that users can complete the form's required fields at the project level and save the changes, rather than requiring all required fields across all custom forms. We have forms grouped at project level for ease of access, but users complete them at different stages of project workflow, making the use of required fields impossible. I cannot move a project to a new portfolio as an admin without completing the custom form fields, which is totally irrelevant to what I'm attempting to do. The forms should operate independently of each other, as well as independently of the Project/ Campaign/ Task details.
If an artwork routing is multi-page and has lots of comments, wading through dozens of comments packed onto the screen is difficult. One problem: clicking on a comment brings up a line pointing to "the general vicinity" of markup when zoomed out, but even when zoomed in, sometimes it is pointing at "air" or some tiny marker. Once you click the marker, then highlights, drawn boxes, and more spring into being. This is only made worse by high-resolution displays. What would be nice is a behavior not unlike Acrobat:Click on comment. All the other numeric "tags" on the screen vanish. All the markup associated with that comment appears.
Currently when you select an existing comment in PHQ the pointer/line that links to the comment or markup is a very light grey. It's very tough to see, especially on higher-resolution screens.I propose making it red to match the numeric "tags" on the proof. Or, make it configurable by the admin or by Support.
Consider if one makes any edit to a Rule, DE, Extension, etc, but then undoes/removes the edit, they are still required to build a library and move it forward to Production with a "changeless" change. Request is for a mechanism to "revert to the last built state". In other words, "trash any modifications to the element that do not match at least Dev state". e.g. If I have a library built in Dev, I should not be able to "undo" the element as it is locked in the upstream, but if there is no Dev/Stage/etc build, and the current state of the element === the current published state, and there is no delta to send upstream, I shouldn't have to build and publish a new (empty) library to flush it out of the backlog. Replicate at the most basic level:Choose a currently published rule and edit the rule by renaming it (append an "!" to the end, for example)Edit the rule again and remove the "!", returning it to essentially it's previously unchanged state (i.e. it mirrors what Production
Workfront currently supports JIT provisioning, which is great! One thing that would be amazing to see next is to support deprovisioning that is driven from the IDP. This way we wouldn't need to do an audit/clean up within Workfront in addition to deactivation of the user in the IDP.
When creating Custom Quarters you enter the start and end date (e.g. Q1 = 2/1 - 4/30). However, the system uses the beginning of each date as in 12:00am or 00:00:00 to run it's calculations (e.g. 2/1 00:00:00 - 4/30 00:00:00). So you will lose any activities that exist between 4/30 00:00:01 - 4/30 23:59:59). They will not count into the next Custom Quarter either as it would not start until 5/1 00:00:00. This can be worked around (but not resolved) by moving the Custom Quarter end for Q1 out by 1 (e.g. 2/1 00:00:00 - 5/1 00:00:00). Q2 start and end would then be 5/1 00:00:00 - 8/1 00:00:00 HOWEVER this creates an overlap 1) any task/project/hours/etc that occur on 5/1/2017 00:00:00 will be double counted as existing in both quarters 2) similarly, the information will be duplicately visualized when grouping by custom quarter So back to square one. The Idea: For Custom Quarter creation, since we cannot control the date/time, please force the end date of the range to always ref
If you have implemented DKIM in your organization, email notification sent by Workfront are quarantine as possible spoofing since WF does not support DKIM. This is not a nice to have. It is new technology that organizations are implementing to secure their system and we need WF to make this a priority.
It would be great to be able to move documents from the project level to the task level without duplication. Currently you have to move the piece from the main project tab to the task level by confirming the task #.
Please provide custom formatting capability in text mode for custom columns (valueexpressions). There are many times where using a custom field is not possible, but we still need to see data deltas and format the report based on the value of the calculation.
Use case: We have a team that works by picking a single work item at a time from their team view. They work a variety of tasks, and some need to be done as soon as they're ready, some as late as possible , and some that must be done on a specific day (we do use all of these task constraints)Currently in the team screen, there is no way to see these task contraints. Because of this, once the team gets to to a point where they can work ahead, the team can't distinguish the difference between the as late as possible and the must finish on tasks. This leads to the team having to "hunt and peck" for the as late as possible work items as it isn't possible for them to finish the must finish on tasks.A viable solution to this issue would be for the team screen to have custom views so we can pull in information that would let them be able to prioritize much more efficiently. This is just one of many use cases that the idea could be really useful for. Thanks for considering
We would like to be able to set up a task complete notification to be sent to a specific group (not related to the project) within the template. We are using the template every day to create a daily project so setting anything up at the project level is not effective.
I wish you could send mass test emails. Suggestion: the ability to send test emails from the program level, check a box next to each email in the program you would like to send as a test, and send all of those tests to the same internal person or people.
I have created activity with changes in CTA text (get offer changed to avail offer) on https://www.xyz.pqr page and I'm using page delivery option to deliver same experience on another two pages with goal "clicks on CTA". Currently, Adobe target provides click tracking of pages all together, which is difficult to under which page caused more conversion. To Avoid this I'll need to create three different activities to track clicks separately and conclude performance of each page which is time taking process. It will be very helpful if we get report of each page separately in single activity.
Please add a feature into ProofHQ where word documents can be edited in the ProofHQ system. As it is now, if a copywriter uploaded a word doc, a reviewer can make comments by marking the static, uneditable version of the document, just as one would make a comment on a designed PDF or JPEG. From a copyediting standpoint, it would be so helpful to have a feature that allows someone to edit the actual document--in the vein of "track changes" in microsoft word.
We wanted to compare current month-to date performance with the same dates last month.I.e. if today is 25-February'2020,this month to date would be 1-25 February'2020and previous month to day would be 1-25 January'2020.But when setting up end date condition to "End of current day minus 1 month" in custom date ranges, it does not seem to return the dates correctly (only the start date included)However, when creating a simple hit-level segment on this "Prev month to day" it seems to return the data impeccably and can be used instead in trend comparisons, calculated metrics, etc. I still do not know why that is but it works for any similar rolling dates, i.e.. Last year to day, etc.If anybody can recommend a better solution - please let me know.
Anytime a new report is created, the default metric "Occurrences" loads. Is there a way to set a default metric based on the report/dimension level? Many of my users use the activity map reporting in Analysis Workspace. They would like the default metric to be "Activity Map Instances". Is this possible?
Information is often missed in updates if the Workfront user making the update doesn't manually tag other users. When a person replies to an update that they have been tagged in, the original sender should be automatically tagged in their reply. For those users who work on more than one brand and/or team, the pace of work is so fast that it would increase the percentage of information that is automatically shared thereby increasing efficiency.
Generally I think marketo is a fantastic product, but the thing I'm finding really lets it down is its speed. Sometimes I do very basic queries and I have to go make a few cups of tea before it has run. Can I please request that you invest more in your servers and concentrate on getting the speed issue fixed. If you do this, you'll easily have the best product in the market (I've used alot of the others!)Cheers
It would be great to be able to view discussions, ideas, etc that I have initiated or in which I have participated. For example, I'm trying to find the solution that was recommended by a community member before the holidays, but the history does not go back far enough.
It would be great if there was a filter that allowed you to choose the progression status of leads in a particular program. I know that there is the "Progression Status was Changed" filter, but I find myself not getting the desired results from it. I want to be able to say show me the leads who are part of this program who do not have a progression status of Delivered.
The Email Performance Report is a great breakdown of total emails that go out within the date range in the setup. What would be great is an Email Performance Report with all the totals, but broken out per week.
