Hi, I created a sample letter in correspondence management (aem 6.5.22), always post process field is coming empty, I tried to create a new workflow model under tools, added a custom workflow code as well but the not getting displayed the post process. I could not find any API documentation with all available options. Hello Workfront System Admin community, I'm wondering how you manage the intake of your work from a business perspective. Aside from creating WF admin request form and queue, do you also use Jira, or something similar from a developer point of view. for example, someone would write the user story, someone works on the user story and someone validates that the work was completed in Workfront. Can you please share how you manage this at your company?thanksJennifer

I want to display two identical tables (with the same data) on a single page.However, in Adobe LiveCycle Designer, the first table currently renders all its rows before the second one starts.I would like both tables to render their rows at the same time, line by line, in parallel not sequentially.Additionally, I want to limit each table to display only 12 rows per page.For example, if there are 24 items, both tables should print 12 rows on page 1 and the next 12 rows on page 2 again, shown together. Best regards,Trisha

Hello All,We were using regionalized offers using context hub/segmentation.Offers were created using experience fragments.We did a POC to integrate target on our AEM as cloud service instance. Once integration completed, context hub stopped working even in author environment.  We are not yet ready to move completely to target. Can you suggest how to resolve this issue?

Hi, I've gone to analyse a test in Target and noticed that the A4T link (that used to appear in "Reports") is no longer present - this is both on the old and new UI. Am I just not seeing it or is this not going to be a function ongoing? Thanks,Miriam Eg. 

Hello everyone, Whenever I deploy a new version of AEM, the paste function disappears and we can't add components, either via the + button or from the side panel. We opened a ticket and found out that this was due to an issue with the policies. However, when the next release was deployed, we lost those functions again, so now we need to reconfigure the policies every time. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Could someone please confirm if, as of October 25, 2024, it is possible to override the default version purge configuration in AEM as a Cloud Service? The documentation suggests a future configuration option (in mt.yaml) to override this setting—is that correct?Currently, it seems that versions are retained for seven years with no limit on the number of versions until a future update is released. Hello, I'm trying to run a report on how often a choice is selected on a custom form. I think there are two pieces I need help with: The calculated field I'm using to try to 'count' the choicesThe report grouping and chart I'm trying to make Custom FormI have a Checkbox field type, any user can select as many options that apply:I've added a calculated field with the following formula:{DE: Defect Reasons}Which now tells me what options have been selected:ReportThe goal of my report is to inform me how many times a checkbox option is selected, but for some reason, I can only use the Grouping 'Task > Calculated Defect Reasons' This is causing the chart to count the full string of choices, rather than the individual choice. Not the most helpful when there are many tasks put into the report: Is there any way to make a calculation that does individual counts of choices? And how could that translate into a Report chart?

After installation i have created a sample form got the "guidelib is not defined" error becoz of this i was not able to use a custom methods in edit rules. I'm the admin for my instance, and our field service support team asked me if there was a way they could track service calls in Workfront.Currently they use an Excel spreadsheet that includes details of the call, who answered the call, how the issue was resolved, etc.  There are also a variety of year end reports in the Excel spreadsheet.We sell our product through OEMs, so there aren't a high volume of service calls, only 1-3 a week during heating season.The team wants to explore Workfront as an alternative to licensing additional software such as Salesforce.Is anyone already doing this?  Would you mind sharing how you have it set up and any relevant lessons learned?Thank you!
