Hi there! Ever since we got into Workfront (2020) we've had a mystery to solve. Sometimes when we get a notification that we have a proof to review it has a "view details" button that links back to the project/issue and other times it does not. We can't seem to figure out why it is only there in certain situations and not others- and can't isolate what is different between the two circumstances. We've gone back and forth with support a number of times to no avail. Has anyone else encountered this before? Do we know where this button comes from/how it is applied? Thanks!

We have been trying to edit our Proof notifications to always include Workfront links in the notifications email. Some recent some notifications don't have this, but instead we see a weird "blue I" non-clickable.  Can someone please help how we can fully adjust the email notifications?Goal: so that every email will contain Workfront proof links (NOT URL from PROOF HQ but has to be from Workfront, as creating "new proof versions" is needed with this  )

Hi, I feel that should be really straight forward but it's not for me. I've added several new users in WF some time ago, the original invite email can't be found in the new users inbox (apparently). I can't see how I can resend the invite, I don't have that option in their WF account. We are enrolled in the Admin Console. Thanks in advance

We've created several offers and placements for our offers.We've confirmed that the test profiles and segments, and decision criteria all work - and the offer appears as expected in the Offer Simulator when testing with either the Placement we've created with type = Image, as well as with the Placement we created whose type = HTML...We've confirmed that the dates are all aligned with our tests (today - through the end of the month)...However, there appears to not be any way to wrap the Image Placement in an anchor tag?Alternatively we've tried utilizing the image radio button within the HTML offer type, but there doesn't appear to be a way to hyperlink this.Also - When we move the offer to the HTML Placement...  the offer image appears in the Email Designer (all of these are in the Email channel), but not within the simulator or our test proof sends (to our inbox).I've double checked we have approved all of our assets and offers... it simply does not show up in the simulator or pr

My audience from Campaign V8 is not visible in V8. It might be because this audience is empty? This is only for demo purposes.... Are there any other constrains which are not in the documentation?

When I try to create an app ,  I do not see the option to select "adobe/commerce-events-ext-tpl" in the templates list. I want to connect a custom API which is created via Azure API Management (APIM) to AEP. How can I proceed? We do not have an existing API connector for the same. Is there anything like a custom connector similar to Looker Studio where we can proceed programmatically?I have the API endpoint and authorization key. Also, I connected it to Postman and getting the data output successfully. Is there a way where I can connect Postman output to AEP? Earlier I connected the Salesforce CRM connector in AEP and it worked fine. I connected it to CJA as well using Data view and Connections. But how can I proceed in custom API case?

I have requirement to return more fields in ImageRef. To the standard ImageRef type I want to include, size, lastModified, createdDate, cq:tags of the asset. How to extend the ImageRef schema modal to add additional properties? 

We are using Asset Share and we have a number of Assets that were tagged with a particular tag.  We had a requirement to rename the tag.  We chose to update the name by "moving" the tag - though we placed it under the same path that is was previously.  By using "move", we are able to update both the name and the title of the tag.  However after moving/renaming the tag this way, we are no longer getting results when we search by the new tag name.  And we still get results when we search using the old (removed) tag name. Can anyone help me to understand whats going on here?

We are looking for guidance on the best approach of a replication push notification. What does AEM have to offer in regards to trigger push notification on all replication events (new,modified,delete,etc...).We require a mechanism, where a replication event (also for multiple pages at the same time or tree activation) provides all necessary information on a resource that is being replicated. This must at leas include it's path and the type of the event.Thank you for any advice in advance.

If we download any assets as zip file in AEM using either AEM out of the box download asset feature or calling ' /content/dam/collections/public/I/IeX-vp9Jj2OvVBSyd58l/nameofcollection.downloadbinaries.json', using JS, they are stored in var/dam/download. we observed that they are automatically removed from var/dam/download in 24 hours. Please help us find documentation about the same that any zip files created under var/dam/download will be automatically deleted by AEM it self or do we need to specifically write a servlet or scheduler to delete it after given time to maintain the performance and not to load AEM. Also, If yes, will it automatically delete in both AEM author and publisher?We are using AEM as Cloud. 

Hello all, While setting up dispatcher (port 80) using a publish instance at 4503, I wanted to use the AEM login page for users to log in. I know that the AEM login page has a built in password expiry when a user's password expires or is trying to login for the first time (which needs to be set in the OSGi configurations). So, I enable the user first login to change the password and put the number of days for the password to expired in the OSGi configuration.On the dispatcher.any (on Apache 2.2 as I have Windows), I made sure the login page is shown for users when they access a page where login is needed. When I tested a user where I created and log in for the first time, it does not show the fields to change the password. I have done some testing in the past, but unsure now of the result I got and my new testing it causing me to go in circles!  In requests/issues, does the user see their Home Group Statuses or the Statuses of the Group that is assigned to the Project Request Queue?   

I created a custom metadata schema under metadata schema forms with new metadata properties and applied it to a DAM directory where I'm working. However I get an error "Unable to edit properties. Insufficient permissions." if the asset doesn't already have the custo metadata properties. (it works for files that have been previously custom metadata properties) How do I set it up to create the metadata node for files without the custom tags when using the TagUI?

I am building an application where the content of the page will differ based on a user cookie that specifies details of a subscription level. the components read the cookie and can change what they display based on it, however I still want to implement some caching on the site at the dispatcher to improve performance. Is there a way in the dispatcher cache of caching variations of the content based on the value of a cookie, or a header?

Dear Community I have an IndividualProfile schema. I went on to create a dataset and tried to ingest data into the dataset. There is one field which is string in my CSV file in which I want to convert to DATETIME in AEP. During ingestion, I have used a calculated field to calculate the string data into DATETIME. It shows there was no error but the data that was shown came out to be blank. Please guide me into resolving this and being able to ingest String into DATETIME. Hey Everyone!  I'm new to Fusion and I'm trying to troubleshoot this error that keeps coming up on this template for making an update on project once a proof decision has been made. It's saying I'm missing the value of required parameter objID. But I'm not exactly sure which object it's referring to.  Any help would be great! Also, if you know of any tutorials that aren't related to pulling in data from a spreadsheet and that apply to actual Workfront objects - please share!
