Thank you to everyone who joined us today at our event to make the case for leveraging Group Admins to share the workload, maintain settings and empower groups with greater flexibility over their work processes! Group Admins can help their Sys Admins with managing the needs of their group, such as user membership, layout templates, custom data, statuses, and preferences. But how do you find those special users interested in taking more responsibility within Workfront? How do you manage giving enough access for your Group Admins to support their business processes, but not too much that the role becomes overwhelming? If you missed the event, no worries! Watch the on-demand recording and download the resources below. Our goal is to gain a deeper understanding of our users' satisfaction with the platform, identify areas for improvement, and ensure we are meeting their evolving needs.I'm sure we are not the first to work through this important data collection and would love to build on existing knowledge. We're looking for any ideas including processes, where you have developed your survey (intake?), example survey questions, and even any anecdotal thoughts on things that worked or didn't work for you. Thanks so much!Lenora

The possibilities are endless, but @ewanh shared 3 of his favorite ways to jump right in - Meeting Notes, Campaign Planning and Retrospectives. In each example, we’ve provided the simplest way to leverage Boards as well as some more advanced inspiration to make the cards more actionable or automated. Are your teams using Boards? We’d love to hear how. Leave a comment below with your ideas and lessons learned.MEETING NOTESAudience: Managers, Team members, or anyone attending a meeting who wants to track action items easily as reportable Workfront objects.Traditional meeting notes can be hard to convert into actionable work items. There are not that many practice questions out there for the new MCE exam. I took the ones from the study guide and wrote about 100 or so additional of my own to help my team study. If the list of topics wasn't enough for you, this should be a good way to get extra practice. I will just add a caveat that these questions were written based off the study guide topics before I actually took the new version of the test, so the list of topics in the previous blog is slightly more accurate as far as reflecting the actual material.Let's start with questions on the Admin & Operational topics.QuestionAnswersCorrect AnswerYou need to comply with US spam legislation. No matter how tempting, never do this with Marketo string fields: let jsVar = "{{lead. Some Field}}"; Why? Because {{lead.tokens}} are HTML-encoded, not JS-encoded. That is, they’re only supported in text content, like so: <div>{{lead. Some Field}}</div> Failing to account for this will lead to broken pages — and you won’t find the bugs during testing unless you create a wide enough range of test values. The solution, as I previewed in the recent post on form field visibility, is to output tokens into HTML elements and read them using JS. Simple code for this is below. But first, a little encoding review. What is HTML encoding? Some characters have special meaning in HTML markup. Most important are the ubiquitous < and > (used to denote HTML tags) and " and ' (used to quote HTML attributes, as in <div class="whatever">). When these characters should be treated as mere text (i.e. as non-special) they must be encoded. Otherwise,

Hi,We've created a dynamic segment that compares an event data with a profile attribute. however, when i select EDGE as the evaluation method, I encounter the following error shown in the screenshot, Could anyone provide guidance on how to create this an edge segment? I understand that profile attributes are not available on the edge network by default, but is there a way to send the profile attributes to the edge to enable this as an edge segment? The goal is to use this segment in Adobe Target to display personalized message in real-time, on page load, to a specific authenticated users. Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated!

I have a requirement for the ACS AEM Commons implementation for AEM Inhouse Instance. I wanted to know the best practices on how it can be implemented and the impact it might have on the existing code/libraries that has been currently used. The goal is to have the most stable version of ACS AEM Commons installed with really less or no impact to the current code and library. If any one has recently implemented the ACS AEM Commons to the their instance, any recommendation or lookout on the issues would definitely help.
Hi Everyone, I have created an audience using data distiller and it is in processing state for quite a while now - my questions are -1. I am trying to activate the FAC audience created with enriched fields and added profile attribute via mapping in destination to GCS. I see that the Identities are excluded and no audience file exported to GCS. can you please help here?
Hi,As per the translation cloud configuration I am not able to find an option to stop Inline Media Assets to be translated. In simpler words, if Content Fragment 2 is being referred in Content Fragment 1, and we try to submit translation for Content Fragment 1, then Content Fragment 2 should not be sent for translation. While exploring the available options, I can find options to include media assets or assets collection but can't find the solution to exclude them. Thanks,Saurabh
How to deal with RepoInit failures in Cloud Service by Jörg Hoh Abstract Some years, even before AEM as a Cloud Services, the RepoInit language has been implemented as part of Sling (and AEM) to create repository structures directly on the startup of the JCR Repository. With it your application can rely that some well-defined structures are always available. In this blog post I want to walk you through a way how you can test repoinit statements locally and avoid pipeline failures because of it. Repoinit statements are deployed as part of OSGI configurations; and that means that during the development phase you can work in an almost interactive way with it. Also exceptions are not a problem; you can fix the statement and retry. The situation is much different when you already have repoinit statements deployed and you startup your AEM (to be exact: the Sling Repository service) again. Because in this case all repoinit statements are executed as part of the startup of the repository.

Streamlined Navigation The Table of Contents provides clickable links that allow users to quickly navigate through different panels and visualizations within a dashboard. Previously, dashboard viewers had to scroll through the entire dashboard to gain an understanding of its components. This often made it challenging to get a high-level overview of key insights. With the Table of Contents, you can instantly see and access the major sections of your dashboard. This improves usability, especially for complex reports with multiple panels and visualizations. High-Level Overview at a Glance One of the most significant benefits of the Table of Contents is its ability to offer a structured, high-level view of your dashboard. For example, if your first Freeform table provides an overview of '2024 Summary Numbers,' this will appear at the top of the Table of Contents. Beneath this, you’ll find an indented title representing the name of your initial Freeform table within the Freeform panel. This
