I'm getting daily notifications from our integrations, there's always a Web Services Error notification, however, I'm curious in why it is always shown at 4am. Does this mean that it logs all errors from previous day and show them in the next morning?  

Hi team,  We've been manually uploading assets to AEM Assets for a few months, but we are ready to use the native metadata mapping integration provided by Workfront. We've tested the native integration and we are able to map metadata from Workfront to AEM Assets fields, but we have been unable to map metadata from Workfront to our AEM Assets tags. For example, we have a custom form with a dropdown field that allows us to capture the intended audience for a specific asset. We would like map that dropdown audience field in Workfront to our audience tag in AEM Assets. Has anyone done this or know how to do it? This could be a big win for our team if we are able to map this information. Thanks in advance! Best,E

We're wading into the waters of navigating GDPR and CCPA. We use Marketo forms on our site. My understanding, and this may be wrong, is that if the Marketo Munchkin code is not served then the forms will not submit data. If that is the case how are folks handling this?

Hello, Wondering if this capability exists/is possible.  Prerequisite information:I have a Control Project that will house ~400 Tasks. For context, but not relevant to this problem, I will use this project as an external lookup to populate a custom field's answers on a separate form. I have a Custom form that will attach to the Tasks in this Control Project. This Custom form is our constant.There is a Field on the Custom form that will let me separate the 'buckets' the tasks fall under. This is how I filter the available answers on the separate form.200 tasks have Answer A.200 tasks have Answer B. Is there a way I can upload these Tasks to the project with the Custom form attached + the Answers filled out for their respective task with a KickStart? I have the task upload down, as that's simple enough. I appreciate the insight!   

In a segment I created there is a section called Attribution Model that allows me to select Repeating (default), Instance, and Non-Repeating Instance.  Please explain what each means and provide a simple example.

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for some help with Velocity scripting to auto populate the Email ID (or Asset ID) in order to include this Marketo system Asset ID as a parameter attached to the links in my email. I found a few articles in the community (like this one: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/ideas/email-id-system-token/idi-p/278839#comments) that uses Velocity scripting to extract the email ID from the xMarketoIdHdr header.  I used the script from this post and the VS token I created does work and populated the Asset ID if added to the email as token within a text element. However, when I add this token or variable to my URL as a parameter, this does not appear to work unless I disable my tracking which is what I don't want. So, when I append the URL to include this VS Token parameter, this is the result and the EmailID looks like this (also note that the Asset ID isn't populated here:https://www.example.com/index.html?cta_id=article-ban-masthead&E

Hi all, there's something I've noticed within segments that doesn't correspond with the logic in which containers are supposed to be interpreted within Segments...wondering if anyone has insight... When I create a segment at the "People" level, and within that segment I define events within a specific date range (i.e. People who have had events from x to y date) ...when I use it as a filter over any metric to look at events for those People after the segment date range, it only filters my event results by the date range within the Event container within the People segment, and NOT the date range of the panel. See image attached. From my understanding, creating a People segment with any criteria (event or session) and using it in workspace will only filter events by People who met that criteria, not necessarily the actual event criteria used in the segment. What is the explanation for this? Is there a workaround? This is preventing me from evaluating events beyond what's been

Below is the current text mode for the Planned Hours column in my project report and how it is showing when I run the report. Is there a way I can update the code to have it show 13,798.75 (which adds a comma and removes the word 'Hours')?? Hi everyone,  We recently discovered that Marketo has removed the Forward to Friend functionality, which was a highly requested and successful feature for our teams. Our primary use case was:A business partner forwards an event invitation to a colleague or client. A new email is sent to that recipient. When the recipient registers, Marketo attributes the registration to the forwarded email (helpful for tracking and reporting). Without this feature, we have had issues when people manually forward emails - elements break, tracking becomes unreliable, and attribution is lost. Has anyone found a good workaround or alternative to replicate this functionality?  Thank you!

It feels like the only way to see the number is to either set priority, or build a report (which I don't want to do). Am I missing something? Thanks in advance! 

Does anyone use the Agile methodology for marketing production type projects? I'm struggling to understand how a marketing asset project (for example a flyer) would be set up in WF Agile and how this type of work would be organized in into Sprints. Particularly when many projects are rush or have hard due dates. Any insight that you can share would be greatly appreciated - Thank you!

Workfront Project status change only visible on refresh - If updated via FusionHello Everyone I have a scenario that listens to specific events and if matched, updates the project status. eg. If a Bug Task is closed, the project status changes from "Current" to "Production Ready". This works well however the only issue is that the status change is visible to the user only upon the workfront page refresh / reload. Is there a way we can enforce this change so that the workfront user is better informed ? ThanksHarish

I'm working on a new view for a project report and am having a bit of text mode brain fog. I would like to pull in the Project Users but only include those from a specific homegroup and exclude a home team. I'm able to pull the list for Home Group but cannot remember how to do a "not_in" for the role? Hi Team, We have a folder metadata schema created on AEM Cloud environment using reference : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/admin/folder-metadata-schema I applied it to a folder in DAM and now I expect the properties should be visible on assets level as well but I dont see that Folder metadata schema properties are showing at asset properties './jcr:content/metadata/xx'This is a working solution before but I could see it is not working now. Anyone could please help me in this. Thanks,SD
