Hi all,  Searching the forum saw some chatter on this topic, but I wasn't able to find a concrete solution.  Currently, some of our users are wandering into projects and opening proofs without having been added as reviewers.  This automatically generates a second stage of review with no deadline, which throws a wrench into our reporting and dashboards.  Is there a global setting we can enable to prevent this behavior? Or generate a "request access" screen if a user tries to open a proof they weren't added to?  Advice is much appreciated! 

What happens if we ingest dataset into CJA which is not enabled for profile. Create segment in CJA and publish to AEP.Once audience is available in AEP, would that really reflect under profiel snapshot ?how would that go into profile store if it was not even set a profile enabled dataset ?

There is CDP data ingestion guardrails, that talk about what size of data can be ingested vs dropped. We don't find any document that clearly explains how to measure these during solutioning or implementation phase ? Adobe support always gives answer about profile richness which is dataLake size device by profile count, however that's not related to these guardrails.  1) Maximum ExperienceEvent size 10KB System-enforced guardrail The maximum size of an event is 10KB. Ingestion will continue, however any events larger than 10KB will be dropped. 2) Maximum profile record size 100KB System-enforced guardrail The maximum size of a profile record is 100KB. I am looking to pull a project report that shows the total remaining hours on a project for tasks that have not yet been completed. I was playing around with Completed Hours but that doesn't seem to solve it. Anyone else doing something similar?

The requirement is to avoid repeated manual login.Thus, need assistance on the following pointers as what is supported/feasible:1. Is there a way to generate permanent access and refresh tokens that do not expire?2. If not, is there any permanent code/secret/token that can be used to avoid login process to SaaS during the 2 step OAuth2 authentication process?3. If none of the above are feasible, is the user allowed to use scripts to perform login?

I am facing an issue in AJO where, after creating a dataset and enabling it for Profile, the Profile option gets disabled again whenever I refresh or reopen the page.Additionally, when I ingest profiles into the dataset (via Postman), the data appears successfully under the dataset. However, when I try to search for the profiles in the Profile section (using the email address), I am unable to see them.Could someone help me understand why:1. The Profile setting is not staying enabled after refreshing?2. The ingested profiles are not visible under the Profile section even though the data is showing in the dataset? The same happened with Journey created using event, the profiles entered the journey and also seen under dataset, but the event name is not visible under the profiles I ingested from postman.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I am able to create a new issue within a project using an API call.  What field should I use to update / set when I want to be sure the new issue is actually within an existing task within the project using a custom API call. 

I have an existing WF user who has been using the program for years and has never had an issue with logging in before. Today however when she goes to log in she gets the following error message"You don't have access to the linked application for that organization an have been redirected to the Experience Cloud home page" I had her close wf and clear her cashe and now when she tries to log back in she is getting another error message"This username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin"I checked and her username is correct. Has anyone had this happen to them before and how did you fix it? Hello! Is anyone here using Flutter for mobile apps and Adobe Analytics mobile SDK via Adobe Tag property?We have identified inflated reporting for iOS events using the latest AA mobile iOS SDK version.We are tracking events using code that looks like:MobileCore.track(action: "start initial chat type", data: []) On these OS and device versions, we are seeing a higher number count for events in the reporting than expected:iPadOS 18.5 on an iPad 11,6iOS 18.5 on an iPhone 16iOS 18.1.1 on an iPhone 14,5Our developer is logging her testing, and is only seeing events fire once. When I test with the app installed on my iPad, my activity is inflated compared to what I actually did in the app. Gemini has a host of possible culprits (below, details attached) but I am wondering if anyone has experienced this problem and if so, how you fixed it. Hi Team,We are looking to create an audience segment that targets users whose birthdays fall in the upcoming month. The goal is to use this audience to send out birthday greetings.The birth date field in our system is in the "MM-DD-YY" format. I initially tried using the condition:"Include Birth date (YYYY-MM-DD) occurs in next 30 days"However, this approach may not be accurate when the upcoming month has 31 days, as it could potentially miss some profiles.Could you please suggest the best way to select profiles whose birth month is exactly the next calendar month, regardless of the number of days?Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

Hey Guys, We have a domain abc.com which is managed by the client.We have uploaded the customer managed certificate but the domain is still not getting verified. The setup works correctly as the requests hit on domain abc.com are served by AEM Publisher.The setup uses WAF which has rewrites configured to valid AEM Publishers with X-Forwarded-Host header set to abc.com and correct X-AEM-Edge-Key configured. However, when we navigate to the "Domain Settings" we see the below domain as "Not Verified"Same under "Domain Mappings" we see the following - Interesting observation is we have already configured the steps mentioned in "Go Live" - a. Configure A Record - Login to your Domain Registrar and create an A record to point to all the IP addresses listedb. Configure CName - Add "cdn.adobeaemcloud.com" CNAME record on abc.com. However in out case the cdn.adobeaemcloud.com didn't work. We had to configure the publisher "publish-p<pid>-e<eid>.ado

Hopefully someone has done this and has some text mode samples to share to accomplish. I have a custom field on a form where the values are from a custom list.  We entered the list values on the field in the order the user should see them.  As a result, not in alpha order. How can I have a report sort on this field (field values) by the order it is listed in the values to choose and not in alpha order? Thanks/appreciated in advance!David

Hi I'm the newest member of the analytics team at my company, so I'm trying to get up and running. I'm seeing an issue when I'm trying to test events. The Adobe Analytics beacon is firing but not showing anything in the console on chrome on my mac but it is working for others on my team on the same site. Everyone else on my team has a PC, not sure if this is the issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hi,I want to hide Site. Projects, Experience Fragments icons in AEM 6.5 for a user group and only Assets icon should be displayed for them how can I do that. It will be very helpful if I can get any suggestions on this. thank you 

If I rename a tag value in the AEM Tag Console in AEM Cloud, and the original tag value has been referenced in pages and content fragments: 1) Does the value get automatically updated in the referenced pages and content fragments?2) Is there a need to republish the pages, or does AEM take care of it?3) If it republishes automatically, how can we ensure that only live pages get published and not the pages in the draft mode? Thanks,Shashank

For pagination can we avoid using #1 after the page URL. For eg -/abc.html#1instead have structure like this/abc/page/1  or /abc/?page=1  or /abc/page/1.html. with results maybe from 1 -10 in first page
