Hi - My organisation receives imagery from suppliers, which is directly uploaded into DAM. Creative team then does edits if the assets are not meeting quality standards, which then creates further versions. In this case original image received from supplier becomes version 1.0. If we don't do anything this 1.0 version gets dropped by the Version Cleanup process at some point as the number of versions increase. My organisation wants to retain this original version all the time and let the intermediate versions drop.Is there anyway I can retain the original version?Regards,Kiran

Hello community, We working with push channels, including links as follows: We have included the following function in a push delivery in the ‘Application variables’ option for a key with an open value: <% if ( targetData.IDIOMA == “01” || targetData.IDIOMA == “1”) { %>openURL/https://xxxx<% } else if ( targetData.IDIOMA == “13” ) { %>openURL/https://xxxx<%} else {%>openURL/https://xxxx<%}%> We want to know who opens these links. How can we activate the tracking functionality for this case? We have not found anything for this case in the Adobe documentation. Thanks
I have read around on the forum, but have been unable to find a solution that works. I have a custom field: "GE - Frame.io URL" that is attached to a custom form on my projects. In my projects view, I want to display the URL with a label (Go to Frame.io), but whatever I try it is not clickable. Here's my code (that I borrowed from here😞displayname=linklink.url=customDataLabelsAsString(GE - Frame.io URL)valueexpression=IF(ISBLANK({DE:GE - Frame.io URL}),"","Go To Frame")valueformat=HTML Any tips?

I need to auto generate timesheet in a weekly basis. How do I do it?
We would like to enter additional details for a given assignment. Currently, the available options, assignee, allocation, and role, do not provide enough information. Our employees support products in multiple languages and have different levels of expertise, so we’d like to enter this info and display it in a Power BI dashboard. We would require assignment custom form and a feature to add more columns as shown in my screenshot.
In a few Braindates yesterday I was asked how to report on the reporting elements (view, filter, grouping) within a report. This can be particularly useful when trying to find a specific report as well as when cleaning up reports and easily identifying duplicates. Here is the code for each column. You can also use Command+F (Control+F) to easily find existing reports that use a specific field. Pro Tip: Export to Excel to highlight duplicates Filterdisplayname=Filter definitiontextmode=truevaluefield=filter:definitionvalueformat=HTML Viewdisplayname=View definitiontextmode=truevaluefield=view:definitionvalueformat=HTML Groupingdisplayname=Grouping definitiontextmode=truevaluefield=groupBy:definitionvalueformat=HTML
Hello All, Recently I noticed that ZIP files that are stored in the DAM and are referenced in websites do not show their references (links) in the Metadata properties / References tab. Other files like documents, pdfs and images of course show their reference links, but the ZIPs dont.... Is this a ZIP file thing, or bug, or... ? This is important because when conducting asset audit I usually prioritise deleting files that are not referencing and are expired. This potentially may lead to a very unpleasant situation and is nearly impossible to check. Running reports to scan for references does not pick it up either... Running on-prem version with SP22. Thanks!
Description - Please add Revenue Type options for issues so we can distinguish between issues that are billable and not billable to our client. Why is this feature important to you - Some issues, such as risks or bugs, need to have hours logged toward them, but those hours may not always be billable to the client. In order to work around the current behavior, we have to convert issues to tasks and make the task not billable, which defeats the purpose of having them be an issue. Or we have to work the issue, but have the user log their hours onto a nonbillable task. This limits our ability to report on issues accurately and creates extra effort when logging time. How would you like the feature to work - Add the option to select Revenue Type on issues, just like it's available for tasks. Current Behaviour - Only tasks can have Revenue Type adjusted individually, making some billable and not billable. Issues are always billable if the project is billable. I
Description - Show Child task updates visible under Parent Task updatesWhy is this feature important to you - This would help in seeing all the updates of child task in one place against the parent TaskHow would you like the feature to work - Like how all the project updates are visible under updates at project level, all child task updates should be visible under Parent task updatesCurrent Behaviour - All child task updates are visible under Project level Updates fields
We recently lost access to our WF connection within outlook but still have our connection with Teams (THANK GOODNESS!) Is there any forseeable improvements that will open up opportunity for Outlook connections, Loop connections etc.? Even better, upgrades to the teams options such as submitting a request like we could in the Outlook add-on that we lost. Would really help streamline communications and collaborations for our company!
We love the new Teams Request widget on the Home page, BUT when we assign work from there, it leaves the Team assignment in place. That doesn't break the Project, but it does make other reports incorrect.
We routinely run reports logged in as a person in that Team, when sharing a screen in a meeting, and make Updates that accurately say "Jeff Rowe on behalf of Abigail Geisinger" which is great. The email that alerts the user (in this case a colleague who is being asked for something) does not include the now-important part, that a PM made the remark and not the user who was lending us their persona.
I have a custom "Requested Send Date and Time" field and a custom "Content Due Date" field. I can get that to work without issue. My problem is how do I account for holidays (identified in our Schedule). My current result is:standard date/time field = Requested Send Date and Time: Sept. 2, 2025, 11:00 a.m.(ADDWEEKDAYS({DE:Requested Send Date and Time},-2) = Content Due Date: Aug. 29th, 11:00 a.m. But it should be = Aug. 28th, 11:00 a.m. to accommodate for Sept. 1st being a holiday. Can this be done within Workfront? I would like the requestor to see this when they submit the request so I'm trying to avoid sending it out through Fusion. Thoughts?
Hi Community, I am working on an AEM as a Cloud Service project and facing an issue with Dispatcher caching. When I request pages with different Sling selectors, they are getting cached as the same response. For example, /content/my-site/page.print.html and /content/my-site/page.pdf.html both return the same cached content even though the selector is different. How can I configure Dispatcher in AEMaaCS so that different selectors are cached separately? Thanks for your help!
I've read different articles a number of times and just absolutely fail to understand how and why this populates.Low-traffic value in Adobe Analytics | Adobe Analytics It says:Adobe Analytics uses two thresholds to determine which unique values are displayed in reports each month: A low threshold and a high threshold. These thresholds can be adjusted by Adobe from time to time. The current threshold limits are: Low threshold: 2,000,000 unique values during the month. High threshold: 2,100,000 unique values during the month. Reporting is not affected if a variable does not reach the low threshold in a given month. When a variable reaches the low threshold, data begins to be bucketed under a dimension item labeled Low-Traffic. Each value beyond this threshold goes through the following logic: If a value is already seen in reports, add to that value as usual. If a value is not yet seen in reports, initially add it to the Low-Traffic dimension item Now I have a table showing v
Hi community! Quick question. I received the LinkedIn Lead Gen Authorization Expiration message, I want to subscribe to it but not sure what type of notification should I pick for this. Can anyone help me with this, please?
Description - We have WF set up so that all users are working off central time zone. When anyone in a different time zone enters a day off on the Time off Calendar in WF, their one day off spans two days. Why is this feature important to you - WF should go off the settings of the individual in Workfront (central) and our Workfront Instance (also central) instead of defaulting to the time zone that the individual is working from. How would you like the feature to work -I would like the time off calendar to show the one day off that they are taking, instead of appearing as two days off. Current Behaviour - WF currently shows two days off for anyone working outside of the central time zone.
Description - Right now, you are not able to move an approver in the loop when setting up a project. Instead you can only add an approver to the end of the loop or create a new loop. It would greatly enhance my experience if while in an approval task I can drag and drop or move up and down approvals rather than remaking an approval loop. For example, if the loop is "Proofreader > editorial > sponsor > owner" and I want to rearrange to "Proofreader > owner > sponsor > editorial" I should be able to just flip flop them in edit mode rather than delete the loop and add a new one or manually adjust by adding approvers to the end. Why is this feature important to you - This would make updating approvals while in a project faster saving time. How would you like the feature to work - While editing an approval loop be able to click and drag users from one step to another as well as reorder steps. Current Behaviour - You can only remove users from the appro

I have been using Adobe Analytics for more than a decade, so I know exactly how I feel about using it in comparison to what's now been happening with Customer Journey Analytics for the past number of years. My question now goes out to my fellow community of users. What is/are the biggest challenge(s) you face or have faced with Adobe Analytics/CJA, and how have you chosen to address them? In fact, are you addressing them? Do you still have unanswered questions? Super interested to hear your thoughts! In fact, feel free to -
