In our AEM 6.4.3.0 Author instance we are seeing a lot of generated workflow packages (~1800) in /etc/workflow/packages. Much more than there are running workflow instances. The Workflow Purge is configured to remove COMPLETED workflows older than 30 days but this doesn't seem to remove associated workflow packages. Is there a way to get rid of the old workflow packages?
The Approvals Widget has switched order so the oldest are on page one.We would prefer it go back to the way it was -- newest to oldest.I am an admin and haven't made any purposeful revisions to any setup or layout for this to occur and cannot find a place to change it.Any ideas?
I have done some searching and I can not find the documentation on giving access through tagging in comments. Am I correct in thinking that you can only give View access this way? Or is there any other sharing access you can give by tagging users in updates?
I have users getting an email with the subject of Who should be assigned to this new issue on Marketing Requests? when new issues are requested. Some are not on the team that is set up for the queue. What is triggering this and how can I turn it off? Did this get triggered when I shared projects and templates with the organization?
Hi WF Community, How do you handle placeholder tasks to prevent them from inflating hours in the Workload Balancer? A user on my team sets up projects with placeholder workflows that have future start dates. She later populates these with more detail when the work is ready to commence. The issue is that the initial placeholder hours are skewing our workload reports. We can identify these tasks easily—they are all children of a parent task with "Spare" in its name. Unfortunately, I can't find a way to filter by a parent task name in the Workload Balancer. Is there a recommended solution for this, aside from pushing the start dates years into the future?Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Cheers,Jessica.
Hi, we are trying to implement Adobe Target on Adobe AEM Cloud without Tag Manager. Currently we have downloaded the at.js file from Target and do the configuration but :1) We need confirmation if the configuration is correct or not2) If the configuration is correct, we need support for the next steps involved as we can't find the list of activities after this first step Please let us know if you can help us.
Currently, tokens are only permissible within the Flow Steps of Smart Campaigns (in some instances, even that's not possible - and you must hard-code the actual value). It would be a huge time-saver - especially as we templatize our programs - if tokens could also be used within the Smart Lists (triggers and filters) of Smart Campaigns.
If yes to the question above, how can I do it?--------------redirect = I want to redirect the user from page X to page Y based on certain conditions. I know I can use a filter for this one but just wondering if it can be done from a Sling model. Thank you!
Hi everyone, We’re integrating Marketo with Dynamics 365 and the only field we can’t push from Marketo to Dynamics is Country. In Dynamics it’s a lookup table, so we’re sending the GUID. What’s strange is that other lookup tables like Province/Region work fine when we send the GUID from Marketo, but Country doesn’t. On the other hand, if Dynamics sends the Country value to Marketo, it updates with no problem. We checked the Country field in Dynamics and there’s nothing blocking it — we can update it through API, manually, and with Dynamics flows. Has anyone run into this before or knows what might be going on? Thank you!
Hi Community, I’m creating Content Fragments for multiple languages in AEM. Each translation ends up as a separate fragment with its own UUID.Is there a recommended way to link or associate these fragments together so we know they represent different translations of the same object? Thanks for your help!
Subject is question. I know I can delete proofs via proofHQ custom API call. However, the proofID still resides on the document version. I tried replacing the value with <null> and I got the following error: The operation failed with an error. [400] unable to find method for service endpoint type: EDIT (class com.attask.biz.DocumentVersionMethods$$EnhancerBySpringCGLIB$$4137ba69) Is it possible for us to do this within Fusion?
I've got a user who is a high level leader of our digital development team. He's in many jobs - not usually with assigned tasks but he's in lots of comments and many jobs are shared with him specifically so they show up on his "Projects I'm On" widget. He's moving to another position in the company and does not need to be in all those jobs (and will possibly be dropped down to a free/requestor account access). Is there any mass-remove tool in Workfront? The bulk edit feature in the Workload Balancer requires project names and these are dozens of different projects with unrelated names. Deactivating isn't an option, he needs to maintain his history since he will still be interacting with our team even though it's in a different position and different responsibilities. I dread going into every job he's on and manually un-sharing them.
Hi everyone!I have a use case where Source A is a product recommendation system (it logs SKUs recommended to the user), and Source B is a store with purchase events. Both sources include a common customer ID and SKUs are consistent across both.I'd like to know:What's the best way in CJA to attribute purchases (from Source B) to previously recommended SKUs (from Source A)?Ideally, I'd like to know how to match purchase SKUs with recommendation SKUs at the individual customer level.I’d love to hear suggestions. Thanks!
Hello, I am trying to run a scenario that will allow an Update to be posted, but as a reply to another update on the same project. Is this possible? Thank you,Eric
This might sound unusual, but I request custom form for HOUR object. On hour records, such as on January 1, we would like the option to enter more information along with the comments. There is where the custom form should be available:
Context:We are currently in the process of deploying custom JavaScript code on some webpages via Adobe TagsWe understand that every time each script changes, this prompts a new SHA-256 encrypted value (SRI) to be created and this value is required to be whitelisted in the 'script-src'Whitelisted SRI associated with script1Implementing a new script2 Issue:We have noticed that despite whitelisting the SRI associated with script1 and only making changes to script2, script1 is producing a new SHA value It would be extremely helpful if anyone can point me towards any Adobe documentation to understand the following questions! Is there an Adobe recommended approach to knowing the SRI ahead of pushing code to 'dev, staging or prod'.Adobe Documentation regarding SRI creation (if any)
Hey there, does anyone here know if a Brand Portal user with Editor or Viewer level can share collections they create with other Brand Portal users? At the moment my Brand Portal instance only allows (BP) administrators to share collections with specific users. I would love users to be able to share amongst colleagues or other users (not the public option, but to specific users they want their collections to be shared with).
I have been trying to delete an approval process from one instance when the approval process of same instance is deleted in the other workfront instance using fusion. For triggering the scenario i used watch events with approval as the record type.selected old state and deleted records in other fields. But the watch events is not triggering when the approval process is being deleted in the first instance. Can someone suggest a solution for executing it?
Hi, I came across in a previous thread that when we declare an instance variable in a workflow and execute the workflow, those values get stored in the variables section of the workflow properties. But why is that and what purpose does it serve?
We’ve long envisioned an AEM Assets landing page that goes beyond a static entry point—a page that unifies our solution, reflects the customer journey, and serves as a central resource during stakeholder and customer conversations. I am creating an approval process with multiple approval paths. The order of approval paths shows deviation from what im creating.I added path 6 with approved as the initial status. On refreshing it went on top and appeared as the first path. Is anyone aware of the reason for thatIs there any specific rule for approval paths order based on the initial and rejected status?
Is there a dimension or metric that allows us to check whether the cart contains products or is empty when a user visits the site? We're experiencing an issue where the cart is automatically emptied due to cookies, and we want to understand what percentage of users are affected by this.Although there is a metric called 'Cart Removals (event)', the data shows zero, so we’re looking for an alternative way to check this.
