Hi Everyone,   I'm trying to bulk process the video assets on my server using the Dynamic Media Encode Video workflow. However even after 6 hours of the workflow being triggered the status was start. Had to explicitly Terminate the workflow.   When I'm trying to manually trigger the Dynamic Media Encode Video workflow on the videos, it is working as expected and the workflow is getting completed within a few mins. The bulk asset processing was done with a configuration of 50 assets per batch and 2 assets being processed parallelly. The CPU utilization during the workflow process was ranging between 50-55%. I'm not able to perform the bulk asset processing on videos due to this and there are 1000+ videos that need to be processed.   Could you please let me know how I can resolve this.  

In Target I want to set an Adobe Analytics variable (eVar) to capture the name of the Target Activity and whether it is currently a view of Experience A or B. Anyway I can do this in Target or Launch?I know we don't need this with A4T but for data analysis we want to capture this in a standard eVar. Thanks!-Nick

is it correct to breakdown cart abandonment rate by product category which is basically a product variable / dimension. Here cart abandonment is a calculated metrics. Below image is what I am trying to understand product wise abandonment rate.

Hello everyone,   I was wondering if it is possible to have an accrual per account depending on the other people who are associated to that account.   Let me explain with an example, we have Company X, from this company we have several people in Marketo with a Lead Scoring. What we would like to know is the aggregate Lead Scoring of Company X. That is to say if there are three people with the following Lead Scoring: Person 1: 4 points Person 2: 5 points Person 3: 6 points The total of Company X is 15 points.   From what I have been able to research this information can be obtained using Target Account Management (TAM), but our idea is to do campaigns using this information.   For example, if Company X reaches a target accumulated score, an email is sent to the people in that company or an alert is sent to a sales manager.   Is this possible using Marketo? And, is it necessary to use/have TAM for this?   Thank you! José

Hi Team,   My site is headless CMS (export AEM component dialog data as JSON), We use Jackson Exporter  in Sling Models to export data as JSON.Problem here is, We have RTE fields across our site. In JSON output for RTE field contains unicode characters for special symbols like <, >, space and etc.,. please find below. "TestField" : "\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003E some test data in rte \u003C/b\u003E\u003C/p\u003E",  Some online JSON viewers sites and postman is processing the (removing escape chars) below data, but my UI team wants to remove these escape characters.   I have tried using @JsonRawValue annotation, which removes unicode characters and produces original data which added in RTE, but the problem with @JsonRawValue is it removes double quotes (") as well for the JSON value, which causes the json invalid like this "TestField" : <p><b>some test data in rte</b></p>,   I want to keep double quotes but

Hello! If I block IP using  Analytics > Admin > All admin > Exclude by IP or Bot Rules, then I waste server calls. How to block IP so as not to waste server calls?

Hi, We need to provide restricted access to AEM's query-builder json API to a 3rd party app. How can we add some sort of authorization/access restriction around this path: /bin/querybuilder.json.    We can't make it publicly accessible for security considerations.

Hiis it possible to use dates functions in the Expression Builder? Do they exist in Audience Manager? I try to explain my needs:I have a signal with the year's born of customer: c_eVarX = "1980"I want to create traits/segments for different age-range. For instance: 18-25, 26-35, 36-45, etc.. Is it possible to build a formula like this:(c_eVarX <= (today(Y)-18)) AND (c_eVarX >= (today(Y)-35))instead of:c_eVarX <= 2002 AND c_eVarX >= 1987 The second formula works, but I have to update it every year. Best regards,s.  

Hi, This is my 1st attempt at configuring and sending data from our Dev website to Adobe Analytics. Although I did use another orgs. Report Suite and Tag Properties setup as a template.  In our Tag Properties Rules we are using: Events: Core - Direct Call Then: Actions:  Adobe Analytics - Set Variables THEN Adobe Analytics - Send Beacon We have embedded the Tags code in the <head> tag of our document. We are sending our Data element JS variables to AA using the _satellite.track function.   In the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, we do see data coming across from Analytics. We see the Props we defined, Page Title, Page URL, etc... However, we do not see any data in our Dev Report Suite.  How can we troubleshoot if data is even being sent from our website? In Chrome Dev Tools we do not see any indication of making a POST or API call to send data to AA. Can someone please give some troubleshooting tips to see data going to AA from our website and data bei

Hi,   I'm using Zoom for our webinar events. We use {{member.webinar url}} in our CTA and in our header banner. We tested it in the preview section, we view it as a registered person and the Banner and CTA work perfectly. We send a sample and it also works.   But then, we register using the form, then the smart campaign sends the email, and now the Banner and CTA are not clickable, it acts as if it was just text or an image without a link.    

My organization is about to roll out an SMS program and we are considering using Marketo forms as our sign up source. However we only want the record to provide minimal details such as their mobile phone number and zip code. I am wondering if there is a way to dedupe these records against our current database. From my understanding Marketo will create a duplicate of any records where an email does not currently exist. Any insight into a sound practice to accomplish the above or create a smart campaign to track against this kind of thing? Could we possibly roll out a progressive profiling plan where once the record has signed up, we later collect and email adress and Marketo would somehow combine the two records ? Hello! Now Adobe Analytics receives img requests from a site from which I do not want to collect data. These requests consume call servers. What are the mechanisms for blocking img requests so as not to consume call servers?

I want to remove contacts that have an invalid email, but want to ensure that the email address is truly invalid. I saw someone posted this to another discussion:"We do have two types of categories that we use to evaluate the bounces.  A Category 1 will set the lead to be Email Suspended temporarily and usually relates to a Spam block.  A Category 2 will mean the email address is truly invalid and we will mark the lead as such.  You can add Categories as an additional constraint on the bounce Smart List filters to check for this."How do I add this constraint to see anyone who falls into the Class 2 category? Below are screenshots of the smart list I currently have and the filters applied. Is this correct? Are these filters considered "Class 2"?

I am trying to get our page numbering set up to look like the following in AEM Guides ( (version 2022.5.144):   1-1, 2-1, 3-1, where the first number is the chapter number and the number after the hyphen is the page number of the chapter. I also need the page number to restart from "1" with each chapter. How do I do this?   This is what my footer currently looks like. The page number is the top number. I am using the "Insert Field" function to insert the "Page Number" system variable.  

I have a report set up using the Excel add-in, scheduled to email hourly, with refreshed hourly metrics - today and yesterday, this year and last year.  It looks perfect in Excel at any time of day, but the emailed version breaks after 6PM, showing no data for all hours of today and now populating today's data in the yesterday fields.  I'm CST so I'm guessing this has to do with time zones...though the hour of day continues to match CST, just the date itself seems to flip at 6 PM.  How do I fix this so that what is scheduled/emailed matches my time zone?

Hi all,    i'm trying to use analytics custom metric for a target activity report, but nothing appears (No Analytics link generated).   Is it possible that the problem is that we are not using AppMeasurement and at.js but the sdk implementation?   maybe to see analytics metrics into Target we need to do some further implementation.   Of course we are able to see ootb metrics such as Bounce rate.   Thanks for the support! 

Hello,I'm working at a CQ5 application with activated Apache dispatcher module.Clientlibs (CSS, Javascript) and images are getting cached by the dispatcher, but the browser every time receives a response code 200 instead of 304 for using the cached files on client side.When I look at the response header I don't receive any ETag information. Hi Team or @satheeskannak ,   Could you please try to give solution for below requirement, If is there any thing to help.   Questions : For communication channel such as (Email/SMS/Push),   i) How do we setup the period of retry i.e, Soft bounce, Retry a maximum of 5 times in 1 day   ii) Will the setup be at the communiation channel level or will it be at delivery level?   Channel level: All email will be set at Retry X time in X days.   or   Delivery level: For each delivery, i define a number of times i want to retry . Example, EmailA - > Retry 3 times in 1 day EmailB -> Retry 5 times in 1 day     iii) Is there any way that we can have no retry and determine that the mode has failed and to continue with workflow? assuming we are interested in setting based on priorities.
