PowerPoint files are not generating thumbnail images under /jcr:content/rendtions after being processed through the "batch thumbnails" workflow. The workflow is working fine for PDF files. (please see attachment) In the log, I see this error: college-savings-concepts-advisor-seminar-jhi.pptx is not in list of accepted mime types Also we're running on AEM 6.5.10.

What I would like to know is which one is the default setting in Adobe Analytics? If I would like to change to another way, how can I do?

Hello!I have been playing around with this module for a few days to see what I can get out of it. The super basic use case we have right now is to simply automate the Proof name and check the subscription button. I have the default email for subscribers set to "disabled", but it still seems to be switching it back to "daily" in the proof details. I have to be missing something really obvious, but I cannot see it. Anyone else run into this type of issue? I would also like the "Subscriber must click a link in an email to access a proof" to be set to "no emails" as it is in the account settings for the proof users, but it seems to revert back to the "proof notifications by email" option as well. Any suggestions from my Fusion 2.0 users?

HI Everyone, I am trying to use "Asset Bulk import" inside my local AEM set up with sdk installation (Used sdk : aem-sdk-2022.4.7138.20220427T075748Z-220400.zip). We have a Lead Scoring system connected to the CRM of which several campaigns are supposed to fire as soon as receiving the corresponding data from the CRM. Those campaigns use the Added to Opportunity and Opportunity is Updated triggers. However, none of the Trigger executes even when the values arrive Marketo Sandbox via API (Set as <action>CreateORUpdate</action>). Wonder if there's anything I missed out checking. How to replicate the "adobe.target.trackEvent" for mobile? I'm using "trackEvent" on the website to then read this value in "Profile Scripts" and use it for a frequent audience, and everything works perfectly for me.The problem is that I don't know how to do it in a mobile application that uses SDK. Example of what works well on web, but I need the solution for mobile. 1.In my experience writing<script>adobe.target.trackEvent({"mbox": "seguros"});</script>2. Is it possible to remove a lead from multiple campaigns in one Remove from Flow step? Another follow-up question, is there any place we can check whether the person is actually removed?   Thanks 🙂

I've been trying to clean up our channels and status' due to a SH request. After investigation, I see that they are using two nurture channels. One is "nurturing program" the other "nurture". They both have active nurtures in them, but "nurturing program" has more then the other channel.  Is there a way to combine them without messing up status' etc?

Hi there,   We recently deleted a bunch of people in Marketo that were syncing to SFDC Leads and Contacts. We did not delete them in SFDC. Naturally, when the SFDC record was updated, they were re-created in Marketo. We noticed that when they were recreated in Marketo, all of their historical SFDC Activity came into Marketo on the same date/time as the re-sync. This means the SFDC Activity date/time is not the actual time it occurred in the past, rather, it is the date/time of the re-sync.   Our SFDC Sync Settings are in the screenshot attached.    Is this expected sync behavior? If not, what might be causing the SFDC Activity sync in this way?    Thanks in advance for your help!

HI Everyone, I have a requirement to migrate large volume of assets to be migrated from different 3rd party application to AEM assets cloud (Assets include images, audio, videos(generally large in size)). Can you suggest me what all are different possible solutions and which is the best solution Adobe recommend.  Any suggestion/thoughts will be helpful.

Hello Team, Hope you are doing well. I have uploaded a SAINT file in Adobe Analytics through the classification Importer. It is having all campaign-related columns(campaign name, campaign type, channels, etc.). When I uploaded my file successfully I can't see the values under some columns (MISC, MISC2, MISC3) for some campaigns only. They are visible as "Unknown" under reports. I have 20 campaigns in the SAINT file, all are available in the Analytics reports(campaign name, channels) but some campaigns(approx. 2-3) don't have values under(Misc, Misc2, Misc3) columns, even when their values are present in SAINT file. Can you please help me in suggesting what can be the reason for this ? Thanks in advance,

I have an AEM form that needs some changes to static text. I am not able to make any edits to the static texts since I have the Lock Text under Edit menu disabled. Any ideas on how to get it enabled so that I can unlock text ?Appreciate the respone. Thanks !Jyothi

Hi Team, We are using AEM as a cloud service and wanted to know the best practices for migrating user permissions to higher AEM environments i.e. QA, Stage, Prod. I am aware about  ACS commons ACL packager but we will mostly likely not have permissions to deploy packages on the higher environments. Can you suggest some possible solutions? Also, can we deploy these permissions as part of code deployment? Thanks,Manpreet

Hi, I just started with AEM and just have a doubt. Can a Single field in a dialog be configured for background image to take images of DAM (or) External image Links? For this i am extending from core - cq/gui/components/coral/common/form/pagefieldAbove image shows the field that takes DAM images. with in the same field i need to accept any of DAM resource or External image link. Can I find any sources to refer (or) Is the scenario possible? Thanks in advance!  

Hello,  Was wondering if anyone knew of a way to customize the search functionality within Aem 6.5.8 and above  to have an ability to search for metadata profiles on the metadata profile page , especially when the list is huge within the page so as to be able to filter and choose options such as copy etc is adobe planning to include this feature anytime soon ?
