Hello!As advised on this site I want to migrate from using Generic SMPP (Deprecated) connector to Extended Generic SMPP.I followed migration instructions and SMSes arrive to mobile, however the responses are not handled as before.Now every message has a status "Send" and text: "Message to '*' pushed to the connector." even if they should error, for example when I target invalid number.When using the old connector I see: ("Status" : "Text")"Received on mobile" : "Message received on mobile""Failed" : "Message not delivered"and additionally before "message received" there is info about how many messages were used to send the SMS.Any ideas where the issue might be coming from? How can I achieve the same results using Extended SMPP that is advised to use?Kind regards,Filip

Hello Folks, We want to upgrade AC classic which is on premise, Do you recommend in-place upgrade vs new install?Is there a decent success rate with in-place upgrades?I am not sure that will work since its old version. I am aware it will include multiple upgrade path - What would be the exact upgrade path?A new install would be installing the latest build on a fresh server then 1) pointing to the old database and copying config xml file or 2) copying the database objects from the previous version to the new? option 2 is possible? which one is safe to assume? Current version - Release 6.1.1 build 8890Latest version - Release 7.2.2 - Build 9349

In AEM you are able to use the "relate" function e.g. source, derived and others to associate files in AEM Assets. My question is are you able to use the query builder to target and return a list of related assets?

Is there a way to pass Marketo custom fields to SF on the sync person to SFDC step?

When adding components inside a Tab or Accordion component extended from AEM Core Components, the grid layout of inner container/component is not inheriting from parent Layout Container component, but instead has default 12 column grid. The Responsive Grid editor to resize the component inside of the Tab or Accordion Layout Container however is listening to the size of the Layout Container parent component that the Tab or Accordion is in.  For instance, I have a template that has a two-column layout with an 8 column width section and a 4 column width section. When I place a Tab or Accordion inside of the 8 column width section using a Layout Container as the primary Tab or Accordion component, the grid size of the LC inside the Tab or Accordion is set to 12 but the component I pull into the Tab or Accordion LC can only be resized to an 8 column width grid. If I size this component down to a 6 and then try to size it back up to full width, the max it can go is 8. I am not able

With the default implementation of the styles plugin in RTE, I am able to add multiple classes to the selected text. The recent selection gets nested to the previously selected option. Is there any configuration that can make styles plugin to not chose more than one style for any selected text?

Is it possible to plot one line, which is the sum of the values of the selected cells? Now when I select cells, I get two different lines.  

Has anyone figured out a way to match multiple coupons to one single recipient? For example, in each email there will be 1 coupon for the recipient to use and 2 other coupons to be shared with friends. Thanks.

Please has anyone recently taken the new MCA exam (i.e. Adobe Certified Professional- Marketo Engage Business Practitioner- AD0-E555) that was updated from February 15th 2022.    I plan on taking the exam shortly, but would like to confirm whether the MCA study guide and New to Marketo Learning Path at Marketo University Online is sufficient to take on the exam. 

I am trying to set up product tracking on a mobile app but unsure what the correct way to add these are.  Can these be added to the product string for each item e.g.  ;name;quantity;price;scView|event1;eVar1=product|eVar2=detail If not what is the correct way to add the events related to products?

Hello, We are hoping to add Subject Line to one of our daily exports (delivery or recipienttrackinglogs seem to make the most sense). We can find the field under email header parameters off of 'Delivery', however this is only available in the Data Extract activity, and since it can't be added through enrichment or a query, it errors out the export. This question was asked years ago about ACS, and it seems like it was not possible: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-standard/extracting-the-subject-line-of-an-email-delivery-in-acs/m-p/243738- The suggestion for ACC (which is what we have), unfortunately makes the field visible, but unable to export as i note above. Has anyone found a way to do this successfully? I understand the subject lines could be personalized which makes it a little more tricky, but the subject line is important for analysis so hoping there is a way to export this data that we're not aware of. Thank you

Hi everyone, We are in the situation where one recipient might have a personal and business e-mail address. When we contact that person for personal stuff, the e-mail should be send to his/her personal e-mail address. However, when we contact that person in relation to the company he/she is related to, the e-mail should be send to his/her business e-mail address. However, on the recipient level there's only one field available OOTB.Due to a specific setup we cannot just create a second recipient account; and despite we already have the visitor system enabled, we are convinced it's not smart to use it as we know it doesn't support (un)subscriptions that well. So we would like to stick with the recipient if possible.In the ideal world, you would have 2 e-mail fields with an option at the delivery level to point which it should use. Does anyone have experience with a setup like this? We have had a Marketo form living on our website for months and for some reason today it has decided it doesn't want to appear on the page. I have double checked that the form is approved in Marketo and nothing has changed for the embed code in Wordpress. I can see the form appearing correctly when I am logged into Marketo, however, when I am not logged in the form doesn't show. When AEM users login, the compiled permissions are taking a lot of the heap space and are moving directly to the old gen heap space ? On inspection I notice that each of the PrincipalPermissionsEntry is holding a lot of references to the jcr nodes that these nodes that are not related to the PrincipalPermissionsEntry as well. Can this behavior be explained and is there a way AEM allows control over these compiled permissions so we can reduce the overhead of these huge permissions entries that are being composed ? There is a no documentation as to how this works and what are the best practices on the compiled user permissions ?Attached below is a heap dump that is showing these compiled permission entries  

Hello, We have a new operator group folder which contains a new operator group. When I (as an admin) add new operators to the group some of us disappear from the group automatically. I've tried to add 3 different users. All with the same rights/accesses, but two of them always gets removed. The last one is still there. I can't find any differences in the operators.  Do you know what the issue might be? Is there a OOTB-workflow that cleanses the groups for some reason? Im out of ideas. Need to add: The ones I add that gets removed doesnt get removed instantly, sometimes they are there for 5 minutes, sometimes 2 minutes etc.

I'm having problems with using the Adobe and Power BI desktop connector. I asked in the Power BI forums and was told that the issues are due to limitations from the Adobe API. I am hoping to get some answers to some questions or to get some work arounds for some issues. 1. Only a few of my segments appear in the navigator tool. I have created a few segments recently in Adobe and none of them are showing up to use as parameters. Currently I have to get the segment ID and then manually enter them into the advanced editor window. 2. Is there a row limit in the connector? I can only get around 200,000 rows of data without getting a "Table is blank" error. 3.  What are the best ways to filter data? I am attempting to use query folding to save load time and because of the reason above, but most filtering that I can currently do is happening after all the data is loaded into Power BI. 4. It appears that my TOP filter is always on, even if I do not apply anything with this parameter. Once I ch

Getting a message that the panel contains components that are not enabled in the report suite.  It says "please change the report suite or enable required components in the report suite."  What does this mean?
