Happy Monday Adobe Team,I am using adobe analytics as my data source for browse trigger and am struggling with defining the business rules for my browse trigger.I want to trigger a browse abandonment for when user has browsed more than three PDPs and does not add any item to cart. . i.e. when user sees Prodview 3 times - trigger browse abandonment and capture the last 3 skus viewed. I setup my rules accordingly but it doesn't seem to be firing Visit must include -          Prodview exists       And       Prodviews equals 3 Visit must not include    cart additions exits Include metadata  skus   question is how do I set this up to capture my business rules... ? 

Hi gang, I have what I hope is a simple question for someone who has Edge and Konductor inside secrets.We are currently in a RTCDP/AEM implementation project with a team of focused Adobe consultants. As they validate our data sources and our stream of events via the WebSDK, they are seeing hits where the xdm.identityMap is missing the ECID namespace, but instead has a namespace called "CORE" which does have what appears to be a legit ECID set in the id field. It is a 38 character numeric expression. Obviously our client side code isn't setting that, so my hunch is that it's something that Konductor is responsible for. Other clues are that these hits are likely coming from clients with no pre-existing cookie or ECID, so my theory is that when Konductor has to reach out to the ID service to get an ECID, it is placing it there in "CORE" and not "ECID"? Can someone shed some light on this little mystery? You'd make my Friday! 🙂 

We are using Target loaded by Launch and consider using Target's Visual Composer with Experience Fragments exported from AEM. We also have quite a lot of components with custom JS initialization code which will be used in these fragments if we start using them.What is the recommended way of calling this initialization right after an offer with a component is loaded? What event should our code handle to achieve this, if we don't know exactly when the offer will be loaded? Also, what will change in the approach if Launch's script is loaded with "async" or "defer"?Our current Target version is 1.8.7.

Hi there, We have a potential piece of data work where we may look to change the customer ID (which is set as the unique key on the profile table) for all the profiles we have in ACS. I know this will result in "new" profiles being created for these records and we plan to purge the "old" ones (so our overall record count we remain similar)We are comfortable doing this and also changing the customer IDs in linked custom tables such as "orders". My biggest concern is losing delivery and tracking log history. Is there a way to maintain/transfer this to the "new" profiles? Thanks David

Hello, We set up Griffon using the AEP Assurance extension on both our iOS and Android mobile apps. On Android, everything works as expected. On iOS, the post-processing always gives the error "Unable to retrieve post-processed data within the 24 hour limit." after being "queued" for 24h. However, the request details load perfectly. Is there any known reason why this might be? Or does anyone have suggestions on how we can resolve this? Thanks! 

When I send a custom audience to FB or Google, do I need to create a custom view with only data these platforms match on? Or does Marketo only map those fields with each platform and a custom view is not necessary? I work at a bank and our compliance team needs to understand exactly what data is shared with these platforms for our records.@Ashley Henderson​ @Jela Bubic​

Hello All, Is there a way to have component specific dialog listeners ? I have a clientlibrary created with categories cq.authoring.dialog and a function on save of dialog. This however gets invoked on every dialog save. We used Marketo form and embed it on our webiste, but it doesn't show up. What's the problem?  1. We just embeded the marketo form code on our own web page, it shows that the js for the marketo form can't be loaded. We are considering using Target's Visual Composer with Experience Fragments exported from AEM. We also have a custom transformer Java class (extending com.adobe.acs.commons.rewriter.ContentHandlerBasedTransformer) used for some of our components' content, and those components may be included in exported fragments if we start using them.It looks like, when a fragment is exported, the transformer is not applied. Also, another processing seems to be applied, and most likely it's jsoup-html-generator configured in /libs/experience-fragments/config/rewriter/experiencefragments node, so perhaps this configuration can be overlayed.How exactly can we overlay this configuration so that our custom processor is invoked before or instead this preconfigured one?Our current AEM version is 6.5.8 and we are working on upgrading to 6.5.11.

Is there a way to have both email footer and admin footer active in Marketo? We use Admin footer for all nurture emails and turning it off will remove the unsubscribe information. We just created a new email template with a new footer snippet and when we send samples, it shows there are 2 footers. Is there a way to hide the admin footer and just show the template footer? Screenshot below.

We currently have 2 history systems capturing engagement information using appending custom text fields (one is basically an interesting moments history - we don't have Sales Insight or Sales Connect on this instance). We then use these fields within our MQL alerts to Sales.  We are now seeing the IM History on several clients is too long, due to (now) irrelevant information, ie. no one wants to receive a MQL alert with 3, 4, 5 years of client IM history included.Does anyone know a way to delete SOME but not all of the information in a field? We don't want to reset to NULL. We also have a separate IM field capturing the Latest IM, but we want to provide more than just the last piece of the puzzle to Sales, we'd rather show them a bit more of the journey, so don't want to only feature the Latest IM field on the alerts. We are using a date stamp within the field value and each value is line separated, so potentially a way to delete anything before X date? or once there are

HI, I created a calculated field, but then I have to select one of them from field name DSC11 or DSC12. But how to implement in calculated field. Possible to add only one field either from DSC11 or DSC12 selected and calculated here? I am not such good in writing calculated expressions.A screenshot view is attached here for your reference.
