Hi We are looking to integrate Zoom Events with Marketo and use a Marketo registration form, but struggling to understand how to configure these steps in Marketo (link to instructions here😞Within the program, navigate to the My Tokens tab, then drag and drop a text element.Token Name: “eventId”Value: “{Zoom Event ID}” - is this populated from Zoom Events or something I'm manually adding? Go to the Marketo form you created. Use the multi-step dropdown menu or use a hidden field with a manually defined value to add the ZoomEvents Ticket ID custom field - what is a a manually defined value in this case?Paste the desired ticket IDs - where do I get these IDs from? Note: You must use the field ZoomEvents Ticket ID in order for the flow to work. Without this field, a registrant will not be created in Zoom Events.Thanks!

If I assigned a Use to a template, will that User be notified of the task?I don't want them the template to show in the to-do list unless it was attached to a project.  Thank you,Jenny

Hi,The client launched an API triggered push campaign in production, but the push notifications are not being sent due to a "PushNoValidTokenFoundForApps" error. We currently run AEM under Java 1.8 but are developing a new codebase using an archetype requiring Java 11 to build the project. Our other site codebases are built (and run in AEM) using Java 1.8.Our new code base is built using Java 11 but I believe uses a config that targets Java 1.8, so as to be compatible with AEM running under Java 1.8.Is it possible to run AEM 6.5 under Java 1.8 and run code built with Java 11, alongside other site code built using Java 1.8?Is it possible to run AEM 6.5 under Java 1.8 and then switch to running it under Java 11?  Thanks for any info.     

Hi team, We integrated Worfront to JIRA using Fusion. We create JIRA tickets using automation, which generates a payload that we load in the JIRA description based on the fields filled in an Intake Form.We are having trouble formatting this payload. Is there a way to send bold text through Fusion?I did some research in the community posts but did not get anything really clear on how to do this in cases like that.Thank you so much for helping me with that. 🙂

Is there a way to administratively lock down / remove the ability to update the system fields "Actual Start Date" and "Actual Completion Date" on a task or issue?    We are seeing where users that are assigned to tasks are updating these dates (sometimes to years ago for some reason) and ultimately not seeing a true actual start and completion date for reporting.   This is additionally impacting the larger reporting for projects as the project actual start dates for example calculates on these now manipulated dates.   (We removed the system fields from the layout templates for now which unfortunately results in users inability to now see this information.) Thanks in advance for any ideas.

We've noticed a significant number of records in Marketo have a phone number which does not start with '0' is there a straightforward way in which to mass update those records to add this in please or would the data need to exported, amended and re-uploaded? 

Hello guys,I finished the setup for EDS with Google Docs and it works like a charm.Next step was to setup EDS with an AEM Cloud Instance. I went through all steps described here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/edge-delivery/wysiwyg-authoring/edge-dev-getting-started#prerequisitesIt did not humbled over any point, but changed content isn't reflected to any site, so I believe, that the project still points to the demo project and not my AEM instance. Here are some information.My GitHub project: https://github.com/PublicisMaikLindner/eds-with-ue-testfstab.yaml:path.json: I changed and published the index site, but still the demo content is shown.Also I added an additional site and published it, but it shows a 404 when I request this site: I strongly believe, the GitHub-Project still show the demo content.What can I check/change, to get my content behind the URL? Best, Maik   

Hi,We are migrating from Adobe Analytics to AEP Web SDK. We are not using the ECID extension; instead, we are using the custom code below in a rule to capture the ECID and send it to Analytics Workspace:return alloy("getIdentity").then(function(result) {_satellite.setVar("experienceCloudID", result.identity.ECID);});This is working fine. However, when we were using Adobe Analytics with the ECID extension, we used to see two additional server requests—one from Adobe Audience Manager (type: ID Sync) and the other from Adobe Experience Cloud (type: Other). Since we no longer see these in the AEP Web SDK implementation, we wanted to understand the potential impact and whether any additional configuration is needed to ensure we are not missing any important data.Thanks,Kaushik Ganguly

Hi, I began the steps to migrate my JWT credentials to use the OAuth S-S credential. I clicked the first step to begin the process, however now I am unable to get back into my project to continue - the page just loads up blank. When I refresh the page, I see the project load momentarily but then the page just goes blank. Tried on multiple browsers, even as a different admin but still no joy. All I can get is a blank webpage when I'm in my project developer.adobe.com/console/projects/...../overview  I can create a new project and get into that but not continue with my already set up project. Anyone else had this?

All, I just need help on how I can run an query on an Audience I created, but I want to use Query Service so I can confirm some values from the Audience. I've run queries on the datasets using a Journey Action ID to get Tracking/Message feedback information, but I don't see any documentation on how to run this type of query on an actual audience.  Please advise. 

Hi Everyone,I’ve configured a workflow launcher to automatically publish assets whenever their metadata is modified. However, it's not triggering the publish action as expected, even though the metadata changes are happening.I’ve attached my launcher configuration below. I also tried removing the condition to see if that would help, but unfortunately, it didn’t resolve the issue.My goal is to ensure that assets are published to multiple publishers whenever they are modified in the author instance. Hi everyone,In the AEM project I'm working on, we've extended the default Rich Text Editor configuration. In addition to the standard formatting options like bold, italic, and underline, we added a custom "styles" dropdown. This lets authors apply specific font styles and sizes by assigning custom CSS classes to the text (e.g. notoSans-xxs-semiBold), defined within our client libraries.While everything works as expected on the published pages, in edit mode, the applied custom styles are not visible. The class is correctly added to the element, but the clientlib that defines the style doesn’t seem to be loaded at that point — which prevents the formatting from showing in the authoring environment.I've attached two screenshots:First: how the styled text appears correctly in published mode.Second: how the same styled text appears unstyled in edit mode, despite the class being present in the markup.Has anyone encountered this issue? Hi! I have created a User Group on IMS (on the Admin Console) and synced it with AEM (by adding myself as a user and then logging in AEM). It works well. Then, I had to rename the group (on IMS / Admin Console) and I don't understand how/when it is updated on AEM.I noticed that the new name is not immediately updated on AEM. After some operations (adding a new user and let him logging in), I saw that a new group with the new name is created. But it doesn't seem to work always like that. How can I sync the new User Group's name properly with AEM? 

Hi All,I am practising AJO to build an journey to send birthday mail,For that i created an Individual profile schema and ingest an data into dataset through HTTP source connector using streaming API ,then create an audience using Birth date(YYYY-MM-DD) attribute(build rule method) and i want to choose streaming as a evaluation method . but when i go to publish the audience AEP forced to choose Batch method only ,why AEP does that , like I am ingest an data through streaming API and the attributes that i am choosing for creating an audience should get qualify on same day (Birth date(YYYY-MM-DD)), if i choose batch it takes 24 hours to qualify the profile for audience. Please educated on that query.Thanks.

Hi All, I wanted to know if anyone has attempted to group a report by multiple typeahead fields?  I have three user typeahead fields associated with a form. The report request I have been asked to produce would group the report by user.  The kicker here is that they want, if the user is entered in either of these three fields, it would populate under that user in the grouping of the report. Not even sure if this is possible.
