There's a few test scenarios where I don't want the user to be entered into a test unless they see the actual treatment.  For example. 50/50 split test in the cart. I want to show an exit intent modal to half the audience.  Is there a way to only allow the user to be entered into the test if they have an exit intent (move cursor to close)? 

Current assets are in PROD. Rebuilding the site in DEV but want to link the assets in PROD in the DEV environment. Can this be done? If so, how?

Hey all, I have create a custom experience fragment template under /conf. I have also create a new user and added that user to experience-fragments-editors group but the new user is not able to view the template while creating new experience fragments. However, an admin user can see the new template. What might be missing in this case? Thank you!

Hi, we found out that even with a cookie-lifetime of 2 years, our Experience Cloud Visitor ID changes after 30 minutes of inactivity on our page. Do you know why this is happend and how we can change this? I think the Experience Cloud Visitor ID should stay the same for a user until he deletes the cookies, right? Thanks,Sophie

Hi,  We have dictionary under /content/dam for languages say (en-us, es-us) . When we load the page its injected and we have the translated content render on the page. As part of the requirement I have some doubts to clarify. 1) When I load the page, I see multiple calls of /libs/cq/i18n/dict.xxx.json, how can we restrict default dictionary calls?/libs/cq/i18n/dict.en.json/libs/cq/i18n/dict.en-US.json (We need only this one)/libs/cq/i18n/dict.en.json2) My custom dictionary /libs/cq/i18n/dict.en-US.json has only 5 labels, but in response i see numbers of other labels may be injected via /libs/cq/i18n/dict.en.json 3) Is there way to load /libs/cq/i18n/dict.en-US.json as per site level. Say, I want to load the dictionary on /content/mySiteA/en-US and not on /content/mySiteB/en-US ? keeping in consideration that codebase is same. Thanks,

Hello,I continually have issues with Adobe Analytics, three in particular: When I’m working in the tool, I get a message stating inactivity has been detected and I have to log back in.  I lose any information that is not saved.  This happens weekly at minimum and it occurs even when I am actively working (meaning I am in workspace and active).On a daily basis, I am asked to re-sign in.  And most of the time when I sign it once, the screen refreshes and asks me to sign in again.  I do have “keep me signed in” selected as an option so not sure why this happens every day.  Seems like an authentication error.I get a message stating “there was problem loading your project, please refresh and try again”.  This too happens about once every other day or so.  When I refresh, many times it will just clock and a spinner is shown.  Other times I get the same error message and I have to close the tab and open a new tab and go back to Adobe (please see sc

Since November 2020, we've seen a significant increase in traffic to marketing channel direct. I've been doing some digging and discovered that GNU/Linux is a culprit. You can see in the table below that October it was only 4,669 visits, then November was 52,412 and December 81,223. I'm really not sure why! It's throwing out our metrics for marketing channel reporting.Any idea how I can resolve this?Thanks in advance for your help!

We are using the Media Events in Launch to trigger start/25%/50%/75%/100% video tracking.  The problem is that all the videos on the site are short looped ones, so we are getting loads of duplicated events as the video triggers. Is there a way to set the Media events to only trigger once per video?  I looked into adding an extra action with a $("video").off() jQuery call to remove the handler, but couldn't work out what handler to remove.

Hi team, I am looking at all CBAA stations and have found this to be under provider name:-"Provider Name (22-Station ID)" We have found that some stations in CBAA provider need to be added in and others to be deleted to make what falls under this group (CBAA provider) correct.  How do I do I revise the CBAA provider group for stations in Adobe? Thanks so much.M

Neolane appears to be altering my code upon send for some reason. I have read a good post of @sanfordwhiteman regarding showing dates in all kind of ways in emails. In our instance we send emails in 3 different languages (English, German and Dutch). As I am new to Velocity scripting, I'm trying, without success yet, to show the month of the date in the correct language. I would like to show October in the Dutch language (= oktober) for example. This should be done through a DateTool request, but a cannot figure out how. Hello,in the Campaign classic documentation it refers to the use of approvers for campaigns and the content within it (deliveries, tasks, etc.), but it does not refer to what exact permissions these approvers should have. I have been testing all the permissions, and the only one that allows me, as an approver, to approve all content without any problem is an operator with admin permission, including starting a delivery in the Delivery Start: field.So I have not managed to create an approver operator as it should be. How do I correctly create the operators that can approve the content assigned to them? Thanks.

I am trying to create a schema from Javacript by xtk.session.Write(schema definition). This is from external data source and will be a mapping schema in Adobe Campaign.The schema is getting created but I get error like below.unable to load document of identifier 'test:Tapan' and type xtk:schema + adobe campaign. Can Anybody help me on this?

Hi, In the slightly code of html I have <a href="${'/content/abc/123.html?text=123 @2941342= 'html'}">button</a> I noticed the page renders the anchor tag without /content . This is happening for urls which has ? in the href <a href="${'/abc/123.html?text=123'}">button</a> What could be the issue here .How to resolve it Thanks  

og.url and og:image both seem fine on author mode "view as published", they all points to correct production domain. But on production live site, both og.url and og:image pointed to localhost:4503? Any settings I should be looking at? Thanks in advance.
