The Adobe Experience Platform Debugger is a great tool for use on a website, but does it also work for apps? If it works on app, does anyone have any advice on how to best use it in a practical way, to test & validate tags etc? (This is a non technical / non IT developer asking - I'm interested in knowing if there is a (simple) way to replicate an app experience in a browser in conjunction with the debugger tool; in the same way that one would typically use the debugger for a website). Thanks! 

So I'm trying to build a segment using the Region dimension to group them together to create wider geographical regions. Usually I would use the "equals any of" or "contains any of" operators and add in the list but I am only able to select standard operators: equals, does not equal, exists, does not existIs there a way I can get the extra operators added in?

Hi all,I was wondering what is the limit to adding number of conditions to a segment. We have a bots exclusion segment that I update every week and keep adding conditions based on bot activity to exclude this traffic from our VRS. I want to know if there an upper limit to how many conditions can be built within a segment? Currently there are 30-40 conditions already and this segment will keep growing. Thank you

Hi all, We are currently looking for a solution to deliver personalized (targeted) content to different native apps. https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/contexthub_personal_exfragments.html seems like a good match, but it doesn't show how to expose the personalized experiences through Content Services when using a headless setup. How can I expose all different experiences through the page's model.json, so the native app can select the appropriate experience? Kind regards Wim

I am using guide drop down list in AEM adaptive forms and it is working fine in general but when I pass the query parameter in URL for the value of same field, the form opens & it selects that option in the dropdown which we have passed in query parameter in UI but if I click on submit to submit the form data, it shows an error msg which I have entered in "Required Field Message". As per my understanding while using query parameter guide drop down list is not able to select the option provided in query parameter as value in backend. I tried several things but not able to resolve this issue, Kindly let me know if you can help.Views

For example: AWS, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud etc. If customer have preference to have AEP hosted in other cloud platforms, then what would be options? Thanks a lot in advance.  

Hi there,    Question for you all. We currently have global forms set up. For example, we have 1 form for all our gated content. We're experimenting moving off Marketo landing pages & I had a question for you all about possible loss of functionality.    When I'm setting up a Marketo landing page, I can 2x click on the form and from the pop-up set the subsequent URL that I want the page to load post form submit.    If I'm using a global gated content form on non-Marketo landing pages - do I lose the functionality?     Thanks!

Hi,I have a requirement to limit the min & max file size of assets which I can upload to DAM. I found two possible possible solution:http://experience-aem.blogspot.com.br/2014/12/aem-6-sp1-classic-ui-restrict-large-or-small-files-upl...But it is related to classic-UI, and I'd like to restrict that for all interfaces(Touch, Classic, WebDav.), is this configurable? Does anybody have some suggestions for this requirement?And for Touch UI: but it seems working for only maximum file size not minimum.I want for example: Image size : min-2MB and Max 8Mb. Video : min-2MBand Maxi 50MB, something like this.Thanks,Gyanendra

Hello Community members -I have to check the feasibility of parsing PDF Asset conent and export it in json format.I have had a task to expose custom component's node properties like Question and Answer and their values, capture them and export them in json format, this have been achieved using a slingServlet and querybuilder.However to achieve similar task for PDF type of DAM Assets, where I need to parse the content for the plain text like "Question" and "answer" and parse related values to export them in json format. Reference PDFs can be big in size and is not just limited to a simple "Q & A " sheet, can have more headings, paragraphs, images, links etc. and There could be multiple such reference pdfs on the page component. Really appreciate any assistance, pointers, references please.

I am trying to enable the Handle advance option in the Goto Step but when I try to add this in the workflow it is adding the property PROPERTY_AUTO_ADVANCE as "false" by default. I modified the value to "true" and synched the workflow but still it is not working and Goto step is waiting for a confirmation to proceed.

Hi all, Hope you are doing well. I am trying to solve one problem using Velocity to Display " Hi Member" instead of Name  in First Name field when it consists of multiple names.  Example : Rodney William Hydes I was thinking to use length check but we don't know the max chars that can be input in this field. So if it is just one input and length is more than 2 then I have used the code to display the name by taking the index at 0. However, it seems like I would need another condition when length is greater than 2 and then find a solution to display Hi Member instead of name if its not in one string. Hi everyone,I'm new to Adobe Campaign Manager and I'm trying to use dynamic date in the email subject and email body. By dynamic date I meant is - days in month followed by month name - i.e. 30 September, 31 October and so on. Also, needs to consider February as a special case. Can anyone please tell me how I can do this in the email template? I can create HTML file and use javascript within the HTML but I'm not sure whether it is permissible to use such HTML as email delivery HTML in ACM. Also, what can be done for subject line with such dynamic date ? Your help and guidance will really help me.

Would be interested in anyone else's experience of using Executable Campaign to send an email.  Use case is an auto-response type email e.g. fills out a form, trigger campaign in program sends email from design studio using my.tokens to populate name of content and link to content in email (for example).  We have this currently working across all campaigns; but if I want to change what email is being sent e.g. one based on a new template, I have to change each individual program.   Given that executable campaigns support my.tokens and you can use the parent campaign context I figured we could have one executable campaign which was called by each content program.  If we needed to build a new email, such as for when a new email template is built, we can then just change the email in one place rather than in every flow where that email is called.  The current method we have means its easy to change the email, but not if a template change is required.   Howeve

Hello AEM Community, AEM - 6.5 Could you please share ideas / best practises how to implement the following solution on AEM pages: We need a component with 2 parsyses - "preview content" and "exclusive content". "preview content" should be visible for all users."exclusive content" should be hidden from anonymous users and instead of it they should see "sign-in" form. And authenticated users should see exclusive content fully. Users are not associated with aem, but with another service where they are registered and stored. Thanks.

Hi all. I am returning to Marketo after several years working with Eloqua. One thing we desperately need that Eloqua has that Marketo doesn't apparently is having wait lists for Events. We have events throughout the year where we are limited in the number of people we can have attend. We have a 15-city tour coming up which would be very cumbersome to manage manually and would love some way to automate the procedure and once the attendance cap is reached people get put on a wait list and are sent an email saying the event is full. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
