Hi, appreciate if anyone can share some experience here.    We would like to limit the marketo access for a specific BU team to a local workspace and lead partition. So we are trying to build a global workspace and a local workspace with 2 separate partitions. Is it possible to set up in the following way so that leads in local lead partition can still interact with global assets and get added as program members in Global workspace? Can global workspace programs consist of leads from both Global lead partition and Local lead partition? And will all the engagement history be shown in the local lead activity log? Thank you! Hi,I have an external dataset that I need to join to Analytics data in a warehouse. Unfortunately the external dataset is keyed by AAM UUID, whereas my data is keyed by the ECID/MID field, which is preventing me join these together.How can I convert the UUID to a ECID?The ID documentation from the AAM suggests that the ECID can be calculated from the UUID by combining with our organisation ID, but it doesn't provide the function to do this and I can't find this anywhere.Is there a simple function or formula available to do this? (is it something like salting the UUID with the org ID and hashing again?)Thanks in advance

When our business partners submit a request, the routing rule automatically routes the request and assigns it to the Account Manager (AM) who is responsible for that book of business. However, when the AM is out of the office, we would like to be able to change the assignment on an individual request to another AM, who will be work on that particular one while the other AM is out of office. Right now they are unable to change the assignment. Only the person who was originally assigned and Admins can do it. Am I missing something? Is there a way to do that or is it not available at this time? We thought this was possible when we were using Classic.

I've found that if you select "Proofing Workflow" on a document and then add an approver on the "Approvals" tab, it's a document approval, not a proof approval. (as pictured in the attached screenshot). Is there a way to hide this? It's confusing our users. I looked in the Layouts but that section doesn't seem editable.

Hey everyone,  I've been trying build a fallout analysis that allows the end user to change the starting point (or anypoint) of the fallout based on a drop-down filter up top the panel. At the moment, I've got a segment that include every available page that the user could select from as the initial starting point for the fallout. However, after some validation analysis, it doesn't seem to match 1:1 when building the fallout specific for a single page. Another idea I had was using the filter created on the top of the panel and dragging that down to the fallout and using that as the starting point of but it doesn't seem like Adobe allows you to dynmically do that.  Any other thoughts on how to do this sort of analysis? Hi All, I have gone through the tutorials etc, including udemy courses but how can I learn without seeing or "experiencing " the software. A potential employer would at least expect me to have tried the platform before they give me a job. This I think is perfectly fair - you wouldn't give a formula 1 car to a guy with the manual in his hands. How do I learn / access a trial etc when the Adobe chat bot and Contact Form just close me out as I am not a million dollar corporate?Thanks !Dave

Hello All, I am using OOTB comments component by pointing a component to "social/commons/components/hbs/comments" for the sling:resourceSuperType property.On loading the page, I see the comments and can make comments and replies and so on. Using MSRP and Solr for UGC data.However, for the page/s where the comments component is included The page prints the header and stops/keeps loading (blank remaining page) for 2-3 seconds before loading the comments component and other contents.I checked the network tab behavior and after the stop the following scripts are loadedhttp://localhost:4503/etc.clientlibs/clientlibs/social/commons/scf.csshttp://localhost:4503/etc.clientlibs/clientlibs/social/hbs/tally/voting.csshttp://localhost:4503/etc.clientlibs/clientlibs/social/hbs/subscriptions.css Not sure where the delay is.  There is nothing custom at the moment when I try this in my local. When I do not include the comments component on the page, it loads fine/fast.  W

Hi Team, We are seeing mis-match in orders count because order confirmation page is not loading due payment gateway issue so we have decided to use offline data upload, in which we  will send data feed to s3 and after that website team will do the reconciliation and find the missing orders. They will provide me the file which I will upload in data source. But, as I am new to data source thing, so which column  should I add in data feeds. Because of mis-match I found issue in units, orders and revenue.

Hello, what is the best way, to verify if Users (based on Experience Cloud ID or other identifier (evar)) are qualified for a given Analytics segment? e.g. Segment "Product A High Interest", defined by some criteria in the segment builder - page viewed, Event triggered, recency/frequency NOT "purchased" event.If i create a table with all relevant segments with Visitors, Visits, Occurances metrics, i can´t make out, at which point an ID has qualified and then disqualified. Are there best practices for this? I´d like to monitor all segments, that are then used for Target experiences or paid media in terms of population, qualification/disqualification and performances)  

We are migrating to Adobe launch and we have started noticing the large number of requests coming from assets.adobedtm.com domain. We already are seeing 9 requests with the script content on our home page and we still have to add a lot more vendor scripts in Launch, so that number of custom scripts will greatly increase as we go. We want to have the best page performance that we can have, so how can reduce the number of these requests while still sending the data to the vendors? We will probably move towards server side tagging next year, but until then, one way that I see to reduce the number of requests is consolidation of the scripts. Any suggestions?

I have read from multiple blogs, HTL scripting documentation that JavaScript use scripts are compiled on run time and hence they are slower compared to Java use script and sling model. But I do not understand what does runtime here means, would the JavaScript code be compiled to Sling code when it is called by a component? or Would the code be compiled to Sling code once it is installed to the server? Also, if there is a performance overhead in using JavaScript use script over a Sling model, how big is it?I have also read in so many questions that use scripts should be restricted to components. But I do not see any problems with use scripts processing data from multiple components as we could pass arguments while calling them. Is there any reason people prefer to restrict use scripts just to a specific component?

Some pages are throwing 404 in author instance when 'view as published'. The page is rendering fine in edit/preview mode. But when viewed as published I'm getting a page not found error. This is the same with publishers as well. If I have a two rules that trigger from the same event and one rule at order 50, and the other rule at order 60 - will the rule at order 60 wait for the rule at order 50 to finish before executing if we have "run rule components in sequence" enabled? We are seeing some weird timing stuff going on which would suggest it doesn't wait, but I would like to know for certain.

This setup is working fine in author and i am able to view DOR and submitted data xml file in workflow under /var/fd in author. I am in the process of adding a check box to a form. However the behaviour of the check box I would like is the opposite to what the field is capturing.   example Please tick the box if you don't want to receive news, updates or product information from MHR International example: if New check box = true, mapped to an opt in field = false.   Is this possible, or do I need to map to a separate field to first map to the opt out, and then have a trigger which will control if the opt in field is true or false?   Thanks
