Hi all,   we're trying to send on behalf of the sales rep, and the sales rep has an Umlaut in their name. That doesn't seem to work in the "From Name" of the email. Hi members,Environment AEM6.5.8Server: LinuxWe are running into one issue with site package on AEM 6.5.8 Publisher server where site is created, added multiple pages under it. they are residing under/content/aemportal/search.html, /content/aemportal/listing.html etcThe pages are working fine on Author Instance and getting desied results as expected but when we are publishing to Publisher server then we are experiencing the pages are not giving full path in url when navigating between pages or during form submit for searchPages do exist at required path as in Authorbut urls are getting created like localhost:4503/seach.html instead of localhost:4503/content/aemportal/search.html We have checked page properties but neither we have ALIAS set nor we are using vanity urls.  Any advice or session will be helpful from you to debug.

 We get the above instance from the Adobe campaign team to all the existing images hosted on the location https://www.elsevier.com/__data/assets/image/. however, if I re-upload the same images to the file repository http://media.journals.elsevier.com/content/files/, it resolves the issue.  I am totally unaware of the Campaign execution, but I would like to avoid this double work just for HTMLs creation, is this something to do the configuration with Adobe campaign 7 to allow all urls? Just thinking if the images uploaded to the host http://media.journals.elsevier.com/content/files/can execute the campaign with a larger group of recipients, then the same image uploaded to https://www.elsevier.com/__data/assets/image/  should also be working, if the image is publically visible.-Adobe campaign experts please advise In few chances, we were successfully able to send something using images hosted on the location https://www.elsevier.com/__dat

Hi Folks, Can we figure out the logic of table name which gets created in the backend database when we run a workflow from a frontend console? Previously, we were able to identify the table name using the workflow primary key id. Table name follows the below pattern"WKF<Primary Key ID>%" But, recently our auto sequence has exhausted, and our DBA changed the sequence range to the negative number. so, now whenever we create the new workflow, the primary key of workflow gets generated as negative number. and table name is not matching with the primary key of the workflow. Regards,Nitesh Anwani

Hi folks,  Need some suggestions over this. What would be the best way to store forms data? 1. Inside crx some node 2. Sql database 3.any other?  I have seen some articles where most of the people suggested storing the forms data inside crx is not good idea ? Is that so? What's the reason behind it?. Please tell me some kind of real time scenerio where storing to some 3 rd party would be best idea? 

Hi, I have created a WebApp in Campaign Classic which is currently accessible to anyone. I would like to restrict it to internal use only (either manually via IP ranges or using the whitelisted IPs setup via the control panel) but not have users need to log in. Data will be captured on the WebApp and stored in the Campaign Classic DB. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Patrick

Hi,  I've tried to find a solution for this before posting, but couldn't find an appropriate solution.  What I'm trying to do is to essentially create a list in an email that's driven by an excel sheet.     For example, in each email, there's 6 token fields that needs to be populated with info. However, not all token fields will be used for all versions of the email. It can go from 1-6. My question is, is it possible to hide the fields that are not populated with info, so the spacing of the email will look correct.    <Parameters 1>, <Parameters 1a> <Parameters 2>, <Parameters 2a> <Parameters 3>, <Parameters 3a> <Parameters 4>, <Parameters 4a> <Parameters 5>, <Parameters 5a> <Parameters 6>, <Parameters 6a>

I have a workflow that is using the xtk.session.Write function to insert some data into a custom data schema.When I log the variable with the data the entire string is there in the audit log.  However, the data is truncated to 1023 characters in the data schema.  The attribute length in the data schema is set to 1500. Is this a bug with the Write function?  Is there a work around?

Hi everyone,I am looking to explore a specific use case where I am trying to see if I can calculate the CTR for  placements on the site in a simplified form.To give you guys a background- I have a Site A which is the main site and Site B which is the content site. The data for both sites goes to different report suites. I need a solution to find the CTR for site B content on Site A page. The way I calculate this is by dividing unique pageviews of the site B placement (I use the ICID value) / unique pageviews of the page on site A (I look at the pageName variable). I track site B performance using ICIDS. This calculation process is very manual for me currently as to calculate the CTR I have to know the live date for each site B placement and calculate CTR from the start date to current. See Resources #1 Does not seem to be working. When I access the dev console on Follow up page the _mkto_trk attribute in the cookie still has a value in it. [Cross-posting this question from another forum]Hi all, does anyone have a best resource that discusses Journeys in the context of lifecycle management of versions, which ones are live, how to allow users to complete their journeys in V1 but have all new instances kick off the V1.1 version of the journey?  I know if you stop a journey it ends the journey for everyone in that journey.  what i'm looking for is to bring a journey "offline" which would allow any users in a journey to complete their path and have new triggers of  the journey enter the latest version of the journey only.

Hi all, In one of our page type's properties, we have a pathfield with pickersrc="/mnt/overlay/granite/ui/content/coral/foundation/form/pathfield/picker.html" and root path set to a folder in DAM. The initial dialog is displayed without issues, but if you search for some keyword, the results contain some internal nodes of the assets, in addition to assets themselves: How to configure pathfield so that it only displays assets in search?

Is there a way to cancel the inheritance for some parts of a content fragment?  I have a use case where a part (e.g. title) needs to be kept in sync and has to be inherited in all live copies.But another part (e.g. description) needs to be different in each language and should have cancelled inheritance. Is there an OOTB way to do that inside AEM?
