Hi All, I have exam on august 2nd and went internet  to write the exam.At that time the Proctored told reschedule window and not allowed me to write exam due to Internet Center. They did not enable reschedule tab still and now they are saying pay again write exam. Please help me any idea how to contact adobe for this issue. Hi All, Facing issue in core component teaser when using SVG images on the site. SVG images are breaking in core component teaser when Resource Mapping is done on the site using /etc/maps. When /etc/maps configurations are removed SVG icons shows fine on the site.One observation here: When SVG images are broken,in the browser network, the content type in the response is seen as text/xml instead of svg+xml.Please let me know if any similar issue seen and any fixes available or any recommendations for this issue will really be helpful. Thanks in advance. Thanks,Sagar

I created a custom background image, 800x600, saved as .png. Then I navigated to images in ACC, clicked "new", then tried to import. If someone has a screenshot to share showing how you upload a new image file for this custom background, I'd appreciate it. I'm doing something wrong because the uploaded file is not working. Jordan

I'd like to clone an existing landing page asset and switch it to a test template I'm working on. Is there a way to switch to a new template without having to recreate a new landing page asset? I don't want to have to re-configure all of my dynamic content.

Hi all, I like to ask a question about an upgrade from 6.0 to 6.5. Hi All, I have created a new document using AEM Forms 6.3. When I publish the document to our testing environment I am seeing a dropdown list of previous entered information. Doesn't matter if the field is a TextField, DateField, or NumberField. Just some information that may help you assist me. We use an xml data connection, I am binding all the fields with either ExtraFields.string[5](update array numbers) or ExtraCheckBoxes.boolean[3](same updated array). I am attaching a picture if it will help. I am hoping to get rid of the "dropdown" list so that it doesn't get out of hand the farther I go down the document. thanks for any assistance you can provide, I will take any suggestions.

We are using AEM 6.5.7 and there are couple of issues coming up in my development server.Issue 1: When we try to edit and apply the changes in any component. We receive the "Forbidden Error".Issue 2: When we publish any AEM page, we are seeing an error "ERROR Failed to retrieve references for the selected page" on top of the page.Issue 1:Issue 2:When we debugged for both these issues, the root cause seems to be same and we received an error in the browser console at granite.min.js:7Please find the below code snippet corresponding to it.Kindly let us know any resolution for this problem.We are unsure about the root cause behind this problem.Thanks

Team,We have some offsite email where we are sending them through from SMTP server. It has an capability of insert a pixel in email template. Is this correct way of placing the IMG code wrapped in a body of HTML email page. Also, should I create the "pageName" as query string parameter and store in some variables.2. Is it possible to trigger an eVar whenever the email open on the inbox. Please correct me if i am wrong and need some suggestion to track the email open in adobe analytics data.  

I want to use the ~empty~ or ~delete~ values on the classification file I exported on certain columns. When I re-upload this file will the latest classification rules apply or will the rows tend to be empty? Assuming they will get reclassified based on latest rule builder changes, but please can you confirm?Much appreciated, thanks!

In comparison to an email delivery to where you can see what the recipient received in the sending log of a delivery. Is this available for the push channel? Is there something that needs to be configured? And this also goes for SMS channel as well.

Hi experts, I need some help in setting up monitoring for the campaign control panel, recently we had issues where it was totally down and its important for us to be notified if there is any issue with the site. how do I set up something which can let me know if the control panel is down? any ideas or suggestions please. any endpoints that I can call via API to check the status? 

I am working on enabling LDAP on client. So far have been successful with Plain text authentication. When i switch to Plain Text password (TLS/SSL) i am not able to connect and get errors.Note: We are using port 389On-Prem deploymentMy question is more on if there is additional work needs to be done to use TLS/SSL authentication. LDAP admin has imported the cert into application server. I was unable to find more details on this from the documentation. Can some indicate me on what does this indicate and how I can resolve it ? Hi,I am looking to do some tidying/consolidating of Adobe Analytics Product Profiles in the Admin console. There are specific metrics and dimensions I'm looking to move around.Currently I am able to click into each individual Product Profile to see which metrics/variables they grant access too. Is there a way to reverse this process, i.e. Look at a specific event/dimension and see all the product profiles it is assigned to?I.e. if I have event123, is there a way to see/manage all of the product profiles this is part of in one place?

Hello, is there a way to import a program from one instance to another regardless of the fields from the source instance?   Need to import a programs assets regardless if the field is in the destination instance or not.
