Hi. I need help in building a basic engagement program that sends an email every 30 days. The goal is to have new members sent a welcome email then after 30 days sent that same email. Again, an email is immediately sent once added to the program. After 30 days, those people are re-sent the same email at the same time new members are being added to the program. That being said, I currently have in my engagement program the following:smart list: find people who have a criteria - in person transaction: is not emptyflow (runs daily): add people to engagement programengagement program: has one email and casts weekly on a Thursday. What are my next steps? I want to keep adding new people to the engagement program while re-sending the same email 30 days to those people who used to be "new", but now are "old" because they already received the email.Thanks in advance for the help.

We have several enum fields (dropdown to choose from) in several tables having value as string data type. We are wanting to make them numeric for performance reasons. What's the best way to identify all such enum fields?

Is it possible to include custom tokens in an email script token? For example, I have a custom token that is manually updated at program level called {{my.Event_Start_Time}} and I want to be able to reference this in an email script token so that I can do {{my.Event_Start_Time}} + 1hr.

I noticed a difference between numbers returned by visits metric in Analytic workspace and visits metric numbers from Data warehouse report (on hourly granularity) From my understanding, it could be because of the following case- If a user visits my website and their visit lasts for 2 hours, then in hourly granularity, visit would be attributed to both Hour1 and Hour2 Can anybody help me validate my assumption? Are there any other possible cases where numbers would show a difference?

I created the Webhook for the Sendoso integration explained on their website. I see that my leads Call the Webhook and I have a 200 response code. However, I do not see any activity on Sendoso. They are unsure why this is, so wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue. Note, I made personal address fields ('strings') in Marketo as well. I saw in another post that the content-type can be a cause as there is no actual response. I used the content-type provided by the vendor.    

I will be migrating my Marketo instance.  Both instances (old and new) have a shared IP.  Do I need to worry about warming the IP in a shared IP scenario?

Hi Experts, Is there any way to change the render form from PDF to HTML on fly? In workspace some of the forms are submitted and not in complete state. I have just changed the profile settings like render from PDF to HTML. But when I open in chrome browser still it is trying to open in PDF format instated of HTML. Is it possible to open pdf form as HTML (profile change) form. Thanks,Srujan 

Hi All, How can I find out live copies for a blueprint page in my servlet or any backend class (event listener - node move of type cq:Page)? I have tried the LiveRelationshipManager API but it was not working? we get the live copies in the left side rail when select a blueprint page in sites. Thanks in Advance 

Hello everyone, We are having an issue with our JDBC connection pool on the Manager Web ConsoleConfiguration. We have created several custom workflow components that access a SQL Server Database and perform updates and inserts to the database. When it reaches the third component (Bulk Update Part 3), it triggers the following error: Cannot get a connection, pool error Timeout waiting for idle object, but it works just fine with the other two. I was able to find this article on how to create a DataSourcePool: http://scottsdigitalcommunity.blogspot.com/2013/09/injecting-datasourcepool-service-into.html Any ideas what I could change in the data source pool configuration?

Hi Everyone!I'm looking for a solution to share program templates we developed with workspaces in a way that editing is not possible on the originals, but it's possible to clone the program templates and then the users can edit the cloned version based on their needs. Sharing would be the perfect solution for this, however you can almost share everything in Marketo except programs 😞 Any idea how we can achieve this?  Thanks, Sophie

I would like to create a unique task report that uses a custom form attached to the task that can provide specific information needed on a report that will be sent to stakeholders. First, I would like to have a notes field that can be populated at the report stage that can be updated but also saved like a last note, so we can have the history of the notes for historical reference. I don't want to have to go into the task to make the note if at all possible. Second, I would like to have a custom field that will have an icon similar to the status icons that can also be changed at the report level without changing the actual task status. I have tried to make a calculated field or even a field that would use the value as an icon but no luck. FYI I know I can do this when I build a report but I cannot change it at the report level with advance options. Any help would be appreciated if it is a NO you can't do this. Thank you in advance.

In Adobe Launch I've created a rule using Adobe Client Data Layer Extension so that, when pushing a custom event into the adobeDataLayer, it fires the clearing of variables, the setting of some variables and launches the beacon. One of these variables is set through custom code, like this:s.prop7 = "RandomText3";, but when the rule is properly fired, prop7 is not set.However, just to test a hypothesis, I created another rule to fire on DOM Ready which sets the same variable in two different ways.First case - It sets prop7 using the standard menu.Second case - It sets prop7 using the custom code s.prop7 = "RandomText3";In the first case, after firing the rule associated to DOM Ready, I fire the second rule with a custom event and prop7 is set.In the second case, following the same procedure, prop7 is not set.I've been thinking and trying different things by I can't find the reason for this strange behaviour.Any ideas?Thanks in advance.IL.PS: I've just edite

Hello Everyone, I am trying to send a web app link in an SMS Delivery. Issues faced by me:The link is not getting shorten by all the Url shorteners If I remove the preloading URL, then the above case is possible. After which I added the preloading URL.If I click the above link in the Test SMS delivery it redirects and gives me an error that the requested URL cannot be foundWhat I want:I want to send a link with the preloading link in an SMS delivery so that whenever a customer clicks and the data related to the customer is updated. I would really appreciate if anyone can help me with this Thanks
